We had a wonderful stay amidst a snowy winter wonderland! The house was so spacious and had everything we needed. The beautiful view of the creek bay, plenty of sunshine and gas fireplaces made it cozy and perfect for our family to relax and enjoy time together. Would highly recommend.

Tim & Angela’s place was even more beautiful and serene than advertised. The view of the Esopus Creek through the kitchen and bedroom windows was absolutely glorious, and despite the wintry conditions, we loved having our morning coffee out on the back patio overlooking the creek. Would absolutely stay again!

Marianne's is a legit pre war upstate house and the vibe is very homey. We stayed at this property for two nights over New Year’s Eve 2024 and had a very pleasant experience. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing, which we appreciated. Communication with the host was smooth and straightforward. Overall, a great option for a short stay—would recommend. Would probably be great for a week or more 😊

What a gorgeous stay. My partner and I celebrated our five year anniversary here and each detail was perfect. The home is wonderfully curated, with stunning art, decor, puzzles, plates, you name it! And by the window, the feeders attract all kinds of birds that I’ve never seen so up close. Woodpeckers, cardinals, chickadees. You hardly need the TV, it’s so entertaining. The place is spotless and serene. And Rosy is so responsive while giving you complete privacy! You can tell she really cares about the experience she provides. If you’re looking to stay in an artfully cozy home, this is the place.

I chose this lovely home to host a teacher training gathering for a few days after a conference in the area. It was a perfect size for our small group. The barn acted as a nice meeting space, and felt spacious with the big doors open! The home is tucked away on some beautiful land, with a waterfall and a pond in walking distance. Cool art all around and eclectic furniture. Would highly recommend!

Spent the night in Kingston after going to a concert in Woodstock. The location was great (walkable to coffee and restaurants) and off-street parking was a plus. Carin provide clear check-in and check- out instructions and some great local recommendations. We hit up Rough Draft before leaving town for some excellent coffee and grabbed a new book.

Great stay at this loft apartment in Beacon. We visit the area several times a year and will look to return in the future. Graham is a great host who provided very simple instructions for check-in.

Ann Marie was incredible, and so was the space! It was clean, freshly stocked with anything we could possibly need, and Ann Marie was incredibly attentive and communcative. She left absolutely no stone unturned and was available if we needed anything at all - she even came out while I was cleaning snow off of my car to give me a better brush to make that easier as well. I've stayed at a number of Bnb's in the last few years and I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I've ever had. If you're looking to stay in the Hudson Valley/Beacon area, I cannot recommend staying here enough, you won't regret it. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

Great stay at Bill’s place during the start of the beautiful Fall color in the mid Hudson valley! In town to visit my son, a student at the Culinary Institute of Anerica, we also went to the NY Sheep and Wool Festival in Rhinebeck and toured the Vanderbilt and FDR homes in Hyde Park. It was just an hour drive to a waterfall hike at Kaaterskill falls. The apartment was well appointment, bottled water in the fridge, well stocked kitchen utensils and cookware, and so many towels. The stairs within this apartment are steep, so take this into consideration if you want to book this place and you have any mobility issues. Great shower, shampoo, body wash provided. We felt safe and at home right away. Located at the north end of Poughkeepsie, as you are going into Hyde Park, so in a really great location. Close to grocery store and restaurants like Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s, Chipotle. Bill was quick to respond to any question and I would definitely stay here again.

Vicky’s place was great. Close to town and it has a great back yard. Would definitely stay again in the future.

What a nice change from the standard 2 person Airbnb. It was spacious, comfortable and so nice to have division between the living spaces. It was surprisingly bigger and better than the pictures. We would definitely stay again if in the streets. We really loved the stay.

I recently stayed at this mid-century oasis in the Hudson Valley on a family getaway from New York City. One of the highlights was the impeccable design—stunning architecture paired with thoughtfully curated interiors and furnishings by the owners truly set the tone. We felt like we were at a luxury spa (especially with the soaking tub and hot tub). The property is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and easily accessible by car or train + Uber (15-20 min ride from Beacon and 10–15 min from New Hamburg stop). The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, with plenty of extra sheets, towels, and amenities. The surrounding area is absolutely magnificent—lush wooded forests and a snowy landscape that made the hot tub experience truly unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly responsive, providing great local suggestions and even recommending a private chef who delivered a spectacular dinner. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing and memorable escape.

The house was lovely and very clean and Piotr was an excellent host and even met us at check in to show us around. There are 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very convenient for us. The kitchen was well stocked and It was very comfortable stay for my family of 7 adults and two babies and two dogs. One bedroom is on the main floor and two bedrooms are on the walkout lower level and one bedroom is on the upper floor. To get to the upper floor there is a steep winding staircase that wasn’t an issue for us, but I would not recommended it for small children or toddlers. The outdoor hot tub was a nice addition.

We had a wonderful Hudson Valley stay at this property. Our grand-daughters loved sleeping together in the bedroom with two double beds; and my wife and I, plus our two daughters and their husbands enjoyed good nights of sleep in the three bedrooms containing a double or queen bed. The kitchen was well equipped; and the huge living room with large dining table was perfect for the children to play, the adults to relax, and all of us to eat. The artwork in the house gave it character, the views of the Hudson River were a treat, and the location was great for visits to Storm King Art Center and Legoland NY. The email which I brought along from AirBnB had the correct street, but the wrong numerical address; however, AirBnB promptly helped us find the correct address and helped us get into the house. Of all the houses which we have rented for family weekends, this was absolute the best one.

Our second time at Hopewell Junction did not disappoint. We love this home because Anuja really understands what a guest needs and would like - so many extra touches, like beautiful linens, nice soaps and shampoos, wood for fire, lots of cookware and serving pieces, and beautiful art. Beds are comfy and towels are top notch. It snowed while we were there, beautiful, and the drive was promptly plowed. Our friends speak Danish, and they kept using the word hygge for the house. (Cosy and welcoming) We agree and will definitely be back. Thank you Anuja for another lovely stay!
