Garrett and Paul's place met our needs well. We spent very little time there, but the beds were comfy, and the place was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet, and felt very safe. There are a couple of kitchen features that would keep me from a longer stay if I wanted to cook there. Do look at the photos carefully...there is only a plug-in single-burner cooktop. Also, the sink in the bathroom doubles as a kitchen sink. Just depends what the renters' needs are. It definitely worked for our needs.

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Jim’s beautiful old home. So clean, so thoughtful & tasteful decorated. Great first sunny day for biking & hiking on Harlem Valley Rail Trail and close to restaurants in town. But also great second day when caught in snowstorm. Jim’s house is warm, cozy, comfortable, perfect for a day to relax, read, watch movies, cook, and enjoy the beautiful view. Thank you and we will certainly come back.

Cute and well-designed house in a beautiful location right on Esopus Creek but still very close to Saugerties town; a great spot for exploring the Catskills in winter. The kitchen was well-outfitted and we enjoyed the fireplace and available games and puzzles! Very comfortable king bed in the primary bedroom.

We had the absolute best stay at Jeanie’s home! It was beautiful, spacious, and so well decorated, and the property couldn’t be more peaceful. The chickens and ducks in the backyard were so fun to watch, and really made the stay so magical. Jeanie was so helpful too, with lots of local recommendations and made our whole trip so easy! The house oozes with charm and character, and we couldn’t have loved it more!

Traveled back to this area for several New Year’s celebrations. Extremely convenient to Buttermilk Falls Farms and nearby restaurants. Will stay here again in the future.

The historic home on River Road in Hyde Park was really cool. The home is cozy, decorated beautifully with art and interesting pieces. The rooms were spacious and were perfect for our needs. The location was GREAT, the views of the Hudson River were lovely and it was so easy to get to Rhinebeck, Hyde Park, as well as Poughkeepsie, and the bridge to the other side of the river. Very quiet street and the Amtrak train whizzing by was not an issue at all.

Great spot for our family weekend! Plenty of room, large well supplied kitchen easy “check in” and great communication with host!

The 5 of us, plus a little dog thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at this super spacious, clean, and well-stocked house. The house is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in town. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the area!

Pictures don’t do justice! Craig’s place was lovely, from the amazing kitchen to the spacious living room and the outdoor patio. For a group getaway this is the perfect place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The Little 9 guesthouse is home away from home for our family. The house is comfortable, the kitchen lovely to cook in, and the hosts are friendly, responsive, and gracious. It is our favorite weekend spot for a break, with bonfires, star-gazing, walks in the fields, sledding in the winter, and the kids (and I) love Magnolia, Razzle and Dazzle, the 3 goats.

The place was much bigger than the photos and we enjoyed the stay! especially the indoor fireplace and the house is beautifully decorated. Blake was a great host, she did a quick tour of the place when we arrived and gave us some flexible check out time because of the weather/road condition (thank you!) even though we left just before the check out time. Overall, it was a wonderful stay :)

Upon entry, my architect husband said "Cute Cottage; Susan you did it again." Plenty of room for a couple in their mid-seventies, and a Millennial daughter. The cottage is very well insulated such that I didn't have to run the heat except for fifteen minutes at bedtime in mid-October, yet there is a big south-facing sliding door in each of the rooms where the sun and moon shines through. Beautiful woodland falls away from the cottage and small patio beyond the sliding doors, and moonlight is magic on all the leaves. If we had more time we would have investigated the many books in the shelving. We will find excuses for coming back to the area and will stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Tina’s Airbnb! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Tina was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and stay longer. We loved the large windows, high ceilings, and especially the glass door that opened to fresh air. My wife particularly enjoyed the bathtub. We had a wonderful, restful time and will definitely be visiting again!”

This was a great place for a solo vacation! I was able to do yoga, go in the hot tub, and take a walk around the property!

Tiffany’s place was easily accessible, clean, and well stocked. We spent the weekend with friends, our 10 month old daughter, and our two dogs. Everyone was extremely comfortable in the home and had a lovely time exploring downtown Beacon. Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the pool!

Owen’s place was great! Perfectly located, a mere 5 min walk from Main Street where you can also catch the bus to mount beacon for a hike (which is what we did). Place was clean and Owen was extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

Was an incredible stay. Short, but so memorable. Would absolutely come back!

We had a very nice winter getaway at Janet’s place. It was super clean and open. There is mindful decor throughout. It is a short ride into town with many funky shops, and about 20 mins to Woodstock which is also great. The hot tub was nice on a cold winter night, and the yard was great for our old dog who was very happy to get to go on vacation. That being said, if you don’t have dogs do NOT worry about any traces of a dog having been there. The place was immaculate.

Mike is a great host who offers a wonderful place to stay for a short trip to Beacon! Highly comfortable with plenty of space for two, you really get your moneys worth, especially being in close proximity to Beacon as well as the main highways of the Hudson Valley. Highly recommend

The A-Frame in Rhinebeck was a perfect place for us to stay. We loved walking along the gravel road with views of Silver Lake, and very happy that the home was pet friendly, our traveling cat was very cozy in front of the heaters. Amy was easy to reach and communicative during our stay, and the kitchen is in fact fully-stocked for cooking, we were able to make full meals without missing utensils or pots/pans. The main bedroom with the queen bed faces the east and gets full morning sun, so bring an eye mask if you're looking to sleep in. We'd be happy to return as this was perfect proximity for us to some of our favorite places, Branchwater Farms, Suarez Family Brewery, Holy Cow Ice Cream and the Golden Russet.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time staying at Alex's place. The space is gorgeous. We loved seeing the snow fall through the beautiful window as well as the stars that we saw from the skylights. This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Alex is a great host as well. It snowed quite a bit and our car and the driveway was covered in ice. Alex cleared the driveway for us and also helped us clear the snow off our car. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place! We recommend Wilson's bakery and cafe in Kent! It's about 10 minutes away.
