The house was in a perfect location and exactly what we wanted. We had no issues during our stay and I know if we had, Mary would’ve addressed it immediately. She was an incredible host and I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommendation if you want a relaxing, stress free stay literally right on the beach!

Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great deal - enjoyed the entire home for less than a stay in one room at a hotel at the beach. Jennifer was friendly and helpful, too! Always answered our questions and really made us feel comfortable with her! Thank you, Jennifer!

this place is better than advertised. excellent location, footsteps to the beach and pool. lots of great restaurants around. very convenient unit! the hosts were very responsive and were extremely flexible on check in/out times. i highly recommend this location

Very nice little place, clean, easily accessible, as close to the beach without being on it, and the price is right. Would definitely stay again.

The view was amazing! So peaceful and we saw a lot of wildlife from the windows (turtles and rabbits). The unit was very spacious and well-furnished. The beach was very private and had a lot of big conch shells.

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Perfect spot right on the beach with newer amenities, a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Having two king beds was great and we really loved the walkable location and waking up to the peaceful sound of the waves. Scott was very responsive and very flexible to accommodate a later check out time. We had a great stay - highly recommend.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. We had a family vacation with our 4 month old and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for an at-home stay. There was easy access to the beach and pool, and great restaurants and shopping nearby. The Stay Better team was incredibly responsive any time we had questions or needed anything. We will definitely rent through them again!

It is an older, and a little outdated, condo unit but who cares. The unit was clean. There were plenty of nice towels left, both for showers and beach use. The location was fantastic. The area was quiet. We were there Sunday- Thursday. The view from the balcony was worth every penny. Being able to park in a garage was a super bonus. This unit is perfect for 2 couples or a couple with kids. They had everything you needed to enjoy your beach stay. Great coffee shop (Round bird) walking distance. Great restaurant (Salt Life) walking distance. Honestly if we came back to the area I would certainly book this location again. My only small complaint is that the window in the en suite shower should somehow be covered. I’m a 6’ tall woman and while I’m not naked shy by any means, I still felt… a little uncomfortable. But that alone does not stop me from giving this location, location, location a 5 star review.

Condo was very welcoming and amazing location, right on beach. Easy to access neighboring towns and local stores and restaurants. I am so grateful that we had found this condo to reserve and had the opportunity to view a different sunrise daily!

Michelle was very kind to respond to our requests and questions. Her house was so close to the beach! We loved the 5-minute walk. The home was in excellent condition with newer furniture, lots of sitting areas and the bathrooms were updated very nicely. We also enjoyed the fenced in private backyard with patio furniture. We were also very close to stores and restaurants so the location was really a gem. We are so happy we chose this beachhouse!

Everything was perfect. Location was awesome. For a house not directly on the beach I’d definitely stay here!! Ken was prompt to answer questions. Lots of supplies for the couple of days that we were there. This is definitely a place to stay!!

Great location, ease getting in and around the area. Lots to do and see. The home is well maintained, and the host is a great communicator.

This will be my go to place to stay in Jax Beach. Spacious. Classic. Wonderful neighborhood. It has all of the amenities that you need for a family beach vacation whether you will be cooking or going out to the many great restaurants. We will be absolutely looking here first when we come back. Thank you Courtney for such great accommodations.

Exactly as pictured - unit is very clean. Hosts were very proactive and accommodating. Short walk to the Atlantic Ocean and a wonderful stretch of beach for long walks. Close to many great restaurant choices. Centrally located to Nocatee and the beaches. Very peaceful. Guard gate access - secure location.

This was a sisters vacation and this condo was perfect for the four of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a perfect set up and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you may need. We loved the privacy and seclusion of the condo but we were within walking distance to everything. The beach and pool were just steps away as were the Omni shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to get away and enjoy a nice relaxing vacation with friends or family. Larry was very responsive to all of our requests and accommodated every one. I look forward to going back.
