Staley’s rental was perfect for our 2 couples. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the balcony view of the ocean and the easy accessibility! Beds were super comfy and nice to have our own bathrooms. We used the Beach Buggy service to get to the restaurants. Thanks Staley!

Very nice and quiet area. Beach is walkable. The property was very nice for 2 people. Host was flexible and accommodating. I would recommend staying here.

The unit was very clean, well stocked with everything you could need, and the direct ocean view balcony was perfect. Centrally located with multiple parks, restaurants, bars, and stores within short walking distance. It seemed like there was some nearby event every weekend during our stay, which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this for your next Jax Beach stay! We would definitely stay here again.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Exactly as pictured - unit is very clean. Hosts were very proactive and accommodating. Short walk to the Atlantic Ocean and a wonderful stretch of beach for long walks. Close to many great restaurant choices. Centrally located to Nocatee and the beaches. Very peaceful. Guard gate access - secure location.

We enjoyed our stay! We did a lot of walking, cooking and relaxing, and found Kim spot perfect. It is a great location, very close to so many things we like to do. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated the little things like laundry detergent, coffee, and snacks provided for us. Kim was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Thank you so much for everything.

great location amazing host we had an issue checking in , no fault of anyone just technology. Our host were very responsive within in minutes to help with the issue.

Awesome stay. Great place. Not only steps from the beach but the unit itself was beautiful, tastefully decorated, comfy and well equipped. The owners really put a lot of thought into this gem. And the touches like coffee pods, creamer, ziplock bags, paper towels etc really made us feel like we were at a friend’s place and not a cold, unwelcoming room. Thanks for the space. We will be back!

Cheryl’s She Shed was perfect! We walked the beach and enjoyed the restaurants that were walking distance on the Omni property. Close to Historic Fernandina Beach. Great area to walk and grab a meal or drink. St, Augustine is about an hour away. It was always good to get back to the condo to relax. Everything we needed was available. Hope to return soon, thank you Cheryl for a much needed getaway.

Very nice condo, well-equipped, spotlessly clean, very responsive owner, great mattresses, big TV, safe and secure, convenient pool, parking, walking paths, short walk to beach, close to Omni amenities. Would book again.

We were very comfortable in the Courtside villa; the unit was very well stocked. The check-in instructions were thorough and helpful. It was so convenient to have our dog there. We enjoyed the ten-minute walk to the beach. Be aware there are two sets of steps up to the door to the unit, which we didn't mind (but might be a consideration if you need something ground-level). We would stay again!

This was an excellent trip. The location is outstanding, right next to the pool and just a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. The beach is uncrowded and perfect for kids. The condo is extremely nice, and the hosts were very helpful. Highly recommended!

Great location, right across from beach access, beautiful surroundings, miles of walking/ bike trails. The condo itself is a tiny bit dated but it was very clean. I would definitely stay again though. I had a couple of last minute issues on my part and Amelia Destinations were extremely helpful, and replied back almost immediately, even after hours. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thank you for making it a great last minute trip before school starts back!

This is the PERFECT Villa for 2 adult couples!! Very roomy!!!! Love that it has two king rooms. We didn't cook other than bagels for breakfast but the kitchen is very well Stocked with everything you could imagine! The host has thought of everything down to beach toys, chairs and towels! Books to read and games etc. We love the coffee/cocktail bar!! Great for biking or walking! We were disappointed that the golf course was closed due to renovations as well as the Falcon sports bar. We usually go to Amelia Island a couple of times a year, This villa will be my first choice again if its available on our dates!!!!!!

We were in town for Pledge the Pink breast cancer walk and had a fantastic time on Amelia Island and surrounding areas. Home was beautiful, welcoming and well cared for. Communication with Natalie was smooth and check in/out was effortless. Thank you for the many recommendations for restaurants and activities. Walk to the beach was as stated and enjoyable. We enjoyed visiting the surrounding towns and loved the Jacksonville Zoo. Thank you for having us and highly recommend this home.

We've stayed at many different condos in the Omni Plantation Resort and this was our favorite! The layout was great with amazing views from every room. You are just steps from the beach and the beautiful shared pool. The bathrooms have been redone which you don't always find in these buildings. We hope to rent again!

I recently stayed here in Jacksonville and had an incredible experience. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They provided a variety of snacks, drinks, and even dog treats, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this place!

We had no power due to hurricane and luckily found this gem. Roxanne was so fast to respond last minute and extremely friendly. Upon arrival the condo was even better than the pictures. Everything was so clean and every detail down to dog bowls were provided. There were even laundry pods. The condo was within a short walking distance to the Omni and right next to a beautiful walking trail. We will definitely plan another trip soon. Thank you Roxanne!

Very well furnished and comfortable condo with ideal views of the ocean from the bedroom, living room and kitchen plus easy walkable access to just about everything you could possibly want. The host, Moore Amelia Island, was very friendly and made the check-in and check-out process very seamless. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Amelia Island!

A great spot for a vacation! Nothing better than having coffee on the balcony while the kids sleep in!
