I had a great experience staying at Luke's place. The communication was seamless, and Luke was so welcoming. The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities I could need, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This apartment was a great place to stay! The welcome basket was a nice surprise to see. The whole unit was very clean, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed! There were several air freshener plug-ins, so for those with asthma/sensitive lungs, be aware :)

I had a fantastic stay at Eboni's! The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxation. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The highlight of my stay was the patio by the water, the view was simply breathtaking and added to the overall comfort. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

The house well maintained and modern. It is in a great location and walkable to many local restaurants, parks, and the water front. Julie was responsive, polite, and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend the house to anyone looking to visit the area.

Booked this home as a visiting medical student and certainly overpacked because Jason’s place had everything I could think of needing and more. There is limited text, so here are some quick highlights: really great & fancy washer/dryer, nice furniture/living rooms with roku tv, fast wifi, kitchen is so stocked with every utensil/tool/cookware, comfy clean bed, clean showers and linens, easy check-in, desk area to do work, lots of lamps to customize your lighting preference, pretty back yard. Location is very quiet and safe, neighbors friendly and nice. Felt safe as a young lady to walk around neighborhood and to nearby shops/restaurants located ~10 min walk away. If you like cats, you can meet Pooh-bear, a friendly cat of the neighbors who brightened every morning of mine. Host is kind and has everything you could need. If you’re looking for somewhere near UF-Jax, it only took me 12-25 minutes depending on traffic Place was so nice I’d be happy living there full time tbh

This stay was AWESOME. The place was so clean and the games were all just great. Waylon and Jessica are amazing hosts also. They were very responsive and always checked-in to make sure we had everything we needed. We may have to make this an annual thing!

Cute house in walking distance to restaurants and such.

This was one the best stays we had, we had a large group so it made it challenging to find a play that would accommodate 6. When we first spoke to Host they were very inviting and courteous.. Even better they were very responsive when we arrived and the code was not working. After riding for 4hrs that's the last thing that you won't to have happen. But I must say with a couple minutes of sending the host a text we had access via the garage code and front door... This was one of the better stays that we have had Two thumbs 👍🏾👍🏾

We enjoyed a 5 night stay at the townhome. It was stocked with everything we needed, tons of towels, 2 washer and dryers, lots of coffee, any cooking utensil you could need. It was a very quiet area and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Very comfortable and perfect for our stay!

Cottontail Manor was a beautiful home away from home! We had plenty of space for our family and it was well stocked. We loved the proximity to TCC so we rented a golf cart to get around. We hope to stay again!

This is the PERFECT Villa for 2 adult couples!! Very roomy!!!! Love that it has two king rooms. We didn't cook other than bagels for breakfast but the kitchen is very well Stocked with everything you could imagine! The host has thought of everything down to beach toys, chairs and towels! Books to read and games etc. We love the coffee/cocktail bar!! Great for biking or walking! We were disappointed that the golf course was closed due to renovations as well as the Falcon sports bar. We usually go to Amelia Island a couple of times a year, This villa will be my first choice again if its available on our dates!!!!!!

Luxe Amelia could not have been nicer. It was exactly like it was in the description. SUPER clean!! Probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and I’m very OCD and picky. Owner was very responsive and even brought over the bathroom key for the pool bathroom from HOA the second or third day we were there. Everything was first class from the espresso machine down to the toilet paper. We loved Amelia Island and I’m definitely bookmarking this property and our family will return.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The price is unbeatable for the location. Walking out of the condo to the sand on the beach really sets this place apart from others. The condo was easy to find and easy to check in. They offered a guest portal that was convenient for locking/unlocking your door right from your phone. The condo was clean, comfortable, and decorated very cute. A few beach items are provided outside which was nice. The only problem we ran into was that there was no grill at this unit. We were under the impression it had a grill from the photos and ordered groceries on the way it. It was disappointing when it was time to grill and realized the grill was no longer there. Overall, it was great and we would stay again!

Stayed in apartment 17 early March 2025. The view I was exactly what I was looking for.Front door with deck, kitchen and one of the bedrooms faces the ocean. Pros: very clean and tidy,ample parking and that VIEW! Cons:minor repairs needed. Faucet in the bunkbed bathroom sink is loose, shower faucet in common bathroom is loose, slow leak in the common bathroom toilet,suggest repairing and adding more solar lights to the outside stairs. We visit Jacksonville several times a year and plan on making this apartment our home away from home going forward.

Another great stay in Jax Beach with Nomad. We are returning guests, we always try to find a Nomad property any time we are in the area. We love the transparency of knowing exactly what to expect in their well designed, well stocked properties. This particular home was a great location to the beach, only steps away, with ample parking for our large vehicle. As always, a great experience! Thank you!
