Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

Booked this location for a golf team training trip and it was perfect to fit my entire team and provided lots of activities within the Airbnb to do in their downtime that allows great bonding time experiences. Will definitely be booking here again for future training trips if it is available!

Great stay for me and 6 friends. The directions to the gate were spot on and really helped us get there. Some followed the address of the condo and that did not work well. It was clean and we had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Beds were comfortable and we had all we needed to make our coffee and breakfast before we were out the door. Unit is on the second floor and elevator was great! The unit has 3 floors, so for some that was tough on old knees but we knew that going in! Beach was just a walk away! Gopher tortoises and bunny rabbits were an added treat! Great Stay! Thanks!

We had an amazing time at David’s home. Everything was conveniently labeled and clean. The home is beautiful and located very close to downtown and the beach. David was responsive with any questions or concerns we had and was extremely nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and roomy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, loved the area for a 2 week stay with our dog. I will definitely try booking again next time we visit our daughters. Great communication with the host too! Overall an excellent experience!

Amy is awesome. Her response time is extremely quick. I liked the place. You can tell it’s a up and coming neighborhood as is all golf that area of Jacksonville. I definitely felt safe. Overall, very satisfied

The house was in a perfect location and exactly what we wanted. We had no issues during our stay and I know if we had, Mary would’ve addressed it immediately. She was an incredible host and I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommendation if you want a relaxing, stress free stay literally right on the beach!

We had an absolutely idyllic stay at Richard’s! We were greeted with a sweet treat and hand written note when we arrived, making us truly feel welcomed and at home from the start. We had so much fun learning about the history of the building and taking in all of the intricate details and artwork. We all felt like we were staying in museum. We spent our mornings and evenings on the two porches on the back of the house, enjoying the scenery and birdwatching. The house was stocked with more than enough toiletries and conveniences for our stay. The neighborhood felt safe and we enjoyed the shops and restaurants within walking distance. We look forward to returning and would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

The condo was so convenient to the beach and walkable to restaurants. The sunrises from the balcony were spectacular!

Mateus and John are truly the most wonderful and kind hosts! I needed to check in a day early, and they graciously accommodated me at the last minute without any hesitation. Their home is SPOTLESS and beautifully decorated, featuring modern appliances. I appreciated having my privacy during my stay, while still knowing they were always quick to respond and available whenever I needed anything. I felt completely comfortable throughout my four-week stay!

This condo is an absolute gem and the hosts are simply wonderful. The location is incredible, quiet and peaceful and the unit is very spacious for a 2/2. The small courtyard grass area is such a wonderful area, especially with children. Max and Sara were extremely responsive and literally have everything you could possibly need at this unit. I will only stay here when visiting Jax beach for now on. Thank you Max and Sara for the wonderful trip!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

John was friendly. He responded quickly to any issue we had, and wee had very few. The water pressure was low. I was unhappy with the neighborhood, which was on its way to becoming a slum. But John was the BEST host ever. He always responded almost immediately. It was too cool to use the pool. We were close to our friends and Church. I would rent from him again.

Our family really enjoyed staying at Bill's place, The Oasis at South Jax Beach. First, the location was perfect for walking to the beach as well as nearby restaurants. It was more residential than some of the Jax Beach areas further north, so we loved the peaceful setting. The house itself was as described. The bedrooms all had everything we needed, and I appreciated the extra pillows in some rooms. We didn't use the pool due to it being chilly, but the backyard area was very nice for relaxing during the day while grilling out and we enjoyed the secluded fire pit at night. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Bill was very responsive about any questions. We had a great stay and would love to go back!

This rental is absolutely spotless and has everything needed for a perfect stay. The host communicates very quickly and makes sure to answer all questions. I felt right at home in her rental and will definitely stay here anytime I’m in the area. I wish that I could give this host 10 stars!

Beautiful and comfortable home, easily accomodated our group of 12. Perfect for adults as well as small children. In spite of being on Omni resort, the home felt quite private (great private back yard) and was on path with a peaceful 3 minute walk to the georgeous beach. Can't wait to come back. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back again. The living room and bedrooms were quite spacious. The kitchen had all modern appliances and really nice high quality eatery and glasses, better than you'd find in 95% of comparable accomodations. Also, they had beach chairs and beach towels you could use, and the place was stocked with paper towels, TP, and even some dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets so you didn't have to rush out and find a store right away for basic necessities. They thought of everything! Also the Moore Amelia Island folks were super responsive to anything we needed or had a question about, and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We would highly recommend!
