Was able to work from the cottage during the day and enjoy evenings and weekend with my friend in the area. Very clean great basic kitchen amenities for coffee, breakfast, lunch. Exactly what I needed!

Amazing and receptive hosts with great recommendations. On the beach in minutes with private beach access. Close proximity to TPC Sawgrass one of the top golf courses in the country. The BnB itself had everything we needed and more to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend!

Mateus and John are truly the most wonderful and kind hosts! I needed to check in a day early, and they graciously accommodated me at the last minute without any hesitation. Their home is SPOTLESS and beautifully decorated, featuring modern appliances. I appreciated having my privacy during my stay, while still knowing they were always quick to respond and available whenever I needed anything. I felt completely comfortable throughout my four-week stay!

**5 stars – Great stay in Jacksonville!** I had a fantastic 4-night stay in Jacksonville! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with easy access to restaurants and Walmart. Check-in was easy with the passcode, and Maria was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area. Highly recommend!

This place was great for my sister and me! We needed a spot close to the Florida Theatre downtown and we were about fifteen minutes away staying here. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and it was quiet at night. We crossed paths with the host and chatted briefly and he was very friendly and welcoming!

It was a perfect little place for what we needed. Just got married and we enjoyed our first week together there very much!!

I had an amazing stay at Kristina’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect—check-in was seamless, and the space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. On top of that, it smelled incredible—I couldn’t get over how amazing it smelled! Kristina is a fantastic host, going above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special for me and my daughter. The location was fantastic, especially as a Jacksonville native. It truly felt like a home away from home, with a peacefulness that made the experience even better. One of the highlights of our stay was getting to feed the horses and pet the farm animals—it was such a cool and memorable experience! Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful, always providing great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond in every way and was, without a doubt, the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to book again soon! All the best,

Nice place, not far from the beaches. Host was quick to respond to questions. Just a little hard to find at first since it’s a property within a property.

Couldn’t recommend Natasha’s place more! She responds quickly and is extremely accommodating. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and the softest towels. The location is great; it is not far from the beach and close to all the shopping. The decor is an added bonus, I personally loved the green and the unit is very cozy. I went from staying at Natasha’s place to the Hyatt for a conference, and the hotel was a definite downgrade. Overall a wonderful experience and host.

I stayed here for my anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. My husband actually wanted to do another night there so we definitely enjoyed ourselves. Definitely do plan on going back again just to kind of reset. It’s definitely a reset vibe to just kind of communicate relax, and just step away from every day life

As always Jorge never disappoints! This is my second stay with him and my first at this location. It was super peaceful and relaxing. I had everything I needed and felt right at home! There are lots of restaurants around and I feel like it’s walkable. Not too far. We enjoyed breakfast right around the corner and enjoyed the scenery as well. Thank you for having us! Again it’s been a pleasure!

Leslie and Aaron's apartment was a great place to relax while in Jacksonville! Easy to find, park and access. The apartment is perfect for two people--had everything we needed and more (including vegan coffee creamer, gluten free welcome snacks and freshly ground coffee from a local coffee shop). The decorations / design is on point (looks just like the photos), the bed was comfortable, the screened deck was a nice place to read in the mornings and also to enjoy a rain storm. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part and the apartment is within walking distance to quite a few restaurants and coffee shops and a few bars. We sent a few Qs to Leslie and Aaron about things to do locally and they responded really quickly with some helpful recs. Lovely hosts and apartment...would recommend and stay again!

I honestly have no complaints… there is a lot of trees around the BNB and yet, I didn’t even see one bug… the communication was great as I called them when I needed help finding the home and was answered almost immediately. The area is also pretty quiet with multiple fast foods within a 10 min drive.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Enjoyed the waterfront views by the pool and on the dock. Waterfowl and Dolphins were added attractions. Dawn was an Excellent host. Look forward to our next stay here in JAX. Thanks JB & GP
