Incredible property and house. Outstanding location. It’s in the most beautiful 2 miles in Ponte Vedra. The coastal oaks on the property are gorgeous. The pictures of the waterfront in the listing does not do it justice. We watched the sunset every night on the dock. This is a fisherman’s paradise if that’s your jam. Very high end property. The host built it himself. Amazing craftsmanship. Jim was very responsive and answered any questions I had quickly. I had a special request before we arrived and he was happy to accommodate. So glad we found this house. We can’t wait to stay again! Thank you for letting our family stay in your home, Jim!

This was a beautiful stay! The dogs are really cute :) everything was well maintained and easy to navigate, Johnny’s quick response time was very helpful. And it was very clean, not just tidy.

Everything about the stay was great and Cassandra was awesome! We seriously felt right at home! The place was clean and had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back and stay!

Lacey's place was amazing. close to the beach, shops and restaurants. As soon as we opened the door we felt right at home. Everything was super clean and organized, lots of pots and pans in the kitchen. When we come back to Jacksonville this house will be at the top of our list. Do not hesitate to book if available.

We enjoyed this home for Memorial Day weekend to celebrate my son's graduation. The host, Ms. Colleen, was not only amiable and informative but also incredibly responsive and available during our stay. She made herself available to answer any questions via text, often responding within minutes, which greatly enhanced our experience. This home was a true delight, and the amenities were top-notch, surpassing our expectations. Ms. Colleen's attention to detail was impeccable, providing us with everything we needed and more. The beach was a mere three to five-minute walk from the house, making it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy the sun and surf. The neighborhood was a tranquil haven, yet within easy walking distance of all the surrounding areas. I highly recommend rebooking this home for your future vacations.

Overall a nice place right on the water. Kayaks were fun going out on the river. Kind of a bummer you cannot access the deck area though. Very clean, alot of amenities which is nice. The beds could use a little upgrading though but other than that I would recommend this place to anyone for a relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and beautifully maintained villa—perfect for our family of five. The home was peaceful and quiet, thoughtfully furnished, and well stocked. The hosts really went above and beyond with the little details that made our stay extra special. We especially appreciated the Shibumi sun shade, beach toys, chairs, and wagon—everything we needed for a perfect beach day. The beach access was super close, which was so convenient with little ones for bathroom breaks or snack runs. The pool was a bit chilly for the kids, but it was peaceful and had a lovely view of the golf course. The golf cart was a huge hit and made getting around the property a breeze. The hosts were incredibly friendly and proactive, checking in to make sure everything was going well. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend!
