We absolutely loved our stay at this AirBnB. The hosts were excellent communicators who ensured we had all of the information required for an easy check in and great stay. The location was perfect--quiet neighborhood, very close to the rail trail, and a central location on the Cape that made driving to several different areas easy. The home was so comfortable and incredibly clean! It had everything we needed for a great weekend getaway, and we felt right at home. This experience is what we hope for every time we use AirBnB. We had a great time and hope to return in the future.

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

The Edgartown house is absolutely lovely. The owner has definitely invested alot of time and effort into the house - not only is it very very clean, they went really out of their way to have "al the little things" that you don't see in many AirBnbs - coffee supplies and both a drip and Keurig machine, a bowl of packaged snacks, hotel style towels folded on the beds, qtips and bath essentials; even mints in the bedrooms. The table was even set for a party of four with dishes, folded napkins and the works. You don't normally see this level of detail and effort in places - it's clear that Genianna knows exactly how to setup a home for a luxury stay. Of course I'm always on island in the off-season, so I didn't spend much time outside. But the deck, furniture, fire pit and hot tub do look like a great place to spend a summer evening. I almost feel like AirBnB should have Genianna teach a class to other owners how to setup a home for rental. Everything was perfect.

BEAUTIFUL, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND FURNISHED! Directions, Entry Instructions and communication from Xuan could not have been better. The area is clean, residential, and Cape Cod quaint...and 4 minutes from some great restaurants, a Stop & Shop, and auto shops, as needed. Close to Route 28, so access to the entire Cape is easy. The 3 Bedrooms were great; there were 2 futons in the Living Room to accommodate extra guests---we had 2 couples + 1 single and were very happy. Modern, undamaged furnishings made staying there a breeze. The kitchen was great, clean, stocked with utensils and cooking necessities and very functional (although we really didn't do lots of cooking). Backyard and fire pit were nice, off of a great deck...but there was a state-wide ban on fires, so we didn't use the backyard on cool evenings. For 5+ people, very fair daily cost. Thanks!

I came here in December, it was quiet and peaceful. The house is very clean and it has a lot of space. If you bring a dog they have a huge fenced-in yard. The kitchen is very well equipped and I had everything I needed. It’s very close to the beach and there is plenty to do here in the summer. If you have kids, they are going to love it here! If you want to explore Cape Cod, this is the time of year to do that. The beaches are beautiful and so many wonderful downtowns. I hope to visit again next year.

Our family had a great "first" visit at the Cape and staying at Leslie's place was truly the best possible choice for our extended family. Having two grandchild under two - the layout of the house was absolute perfection. Not only enough space to spread out, but also the privacy and quietness of the upstairs bedrooms was wonderful. This separation of space allowed all the adults to be loud and have fun in the evenings without disturbing the babies. The private back yard, Adirondack chairs and fire pit allowed for some great conversation and lot of laughs. The kitchen provided everything we needed to make a few great meals. Leslie was great with answering any questions we had and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to someone looking to visit the area. Three local beaches within 5 or so minutes. We had a few great meals in downtown Hyannis and also so conveniently located to hop on the ferry to Nantucket or the Vineyard for the day. (Which we did!) Great stay!

Haochi was understanding and was easy to communicate with. Very proactive when he was going to be out of touch for a little bit.

Darryl was very accommodating, and was very communicative before and during our stay. I would recommend staying here, and would stay here again myself!

We absolutely loved staying at this Airbnb. Even though Karen was out of the country, she was incredibly communicative and her husband was very easy to get in touch with as well. Any questions that we had were answered, the house was clean and inviting, and we felt right at home. They had also set out different brochures of things to do and had some supplies for us that we might need. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much! We loved staying at your place. The apt is so wonderful, sweet and charming, and bigger than expected! Plus the location was perfect - we walked to just about everywhere we wanted to go within Bristol. At night, we relaxed and played Miles Davis, and it was so lovely. Comfy, cozy place with sweet little touches throughout. Huge thanks to Barbara for always being so responsive and thoughtful! Yay - great experience and we will definitely return.

We loved the space and Sean was great!! Our only negative is the size and comfort of the beds. I knew they would be full size but they were pretty noisy and not so comfortable. Loved that we were able to walk to Amica Arena as our grandson was playing basketball there in NCAA March Madness. We actually had grass in the back yard which was so helpful because my schnauzer is pretty finicky about going on grass! Loved having the huge sectional sofa - my husband and I could both lay down and watch tv. Shower was great - that’s always a big thing with us. Thanks Sean for making our stay a great one - helped that our grandson won their first game too!!

My husband, 2 yo son and I had a wonderful stay at Erin's beautiful home! It was quiet, clean, spacious with wonderful natural light. It was a perfect location in Plymouth, close to great restauraunts, breweries and the ocean! Erin was incredibly helpful - making sure we had everything needed for our toddler, helping adjusting check in/out with his nap time and giving us very helpful suggestions. We look forward to staying here again and would recommend her home to any one coming to Plymouth!

the most coziest stay ever. hosts were super nice and responsive. their dogs are loud but very cute and very fun to watch as they are super happy dogs

Ryan’s place is exactly as described. Great location for very easy access by the blue line train to almost everywhere you want to go. Studio was clean and tidy but towels and bedding were still going in the dryer on the wrong setting hence it not drying until I noticed why and needed to be folded and put away when it was done. Nothing that would stop me revisiting the place however. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this lovely air b n b studio

Carol and John’s home is a hidden gem! It is located right on the beach and you can wake up every morning to the most beautiful sight. My husband and I wanted to go away from the weekend but not have to travel too far. This was the perfect place to allow us to relax and unwind for an extended weekend. The hot tub and fire place made everything even better! We’ll certainly be back! :)

Beautiful, cozy cabin! Will definitely stay again!

My boyfriend and I were beyond ecstatic about this tiny cabin. Very clean and just as described. The comforts of home, outdoors. It was cold during our stay (there is no heat or AC) but extra blankets and plenty of firewood was provided! We saw otters, bald eagles, deer, blue jays and beautiful sunsets. We brought our electric scooters and scooted to the town of Ayer which was absolutely adorable! Highly recommend “Tiny’s” for breakfast, “Nashoba club pizza and taproom” and “Gibbet Hill Grill” check out Bancroft Castle while at Gibbet Hill Grill. We were very happy with our stay. Snacks and drinks were also provided at the cabin. Thank you for sharing your property with us! We’ll be back!

Fantastic experience! Beds were very comfortable and clean! This was a bit more than a competitive listing but well worth it! As soon as we saw the photos and read the amenities! Felt warm and inviting with anything you could want. Full kitchen. W&D & fireplace (didn't use) We especially loved the seating and island counter and table for our laptops. Property is beautiful and peaceful. Serene feel. The host was gracious, kind and friendly! We felt at home. Thank you!

Bill was terrific and there are tons of super thoughtful things around - I had access to a fire pit, amazing place for socialization (with fridge, stove, TV, rocking chairs, tables, etc.) The studio was the perfect place - it had everything I needed - but was simple and not fussy. I really loved the property, loved the accommodations, loved the location and the host was super nice and helpful and present enough, but not too present! I knew I could find him if I needed something! His place also felt very safe and a terrific place to be if you are interested in the beach and ocean, but also close to a lot of amazing attractions and food! Would definitely recommend!

The cozy venue is beautifully located, offering all the comforts of a small Cape Cod cottage on the salt marsh. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, ensuring that everything was available for a comfortable stay and making themselves accessible at any time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a super unique, peaceful retreat that has convenient access to endless activities. The property is situated in a unique, serene location with easy walking access to local parks and a variety of quality restaurants. The water is perfect for paddling to explore the large area of connected coves. It’s a short distance to the Cape Cod Canal Railroad Bridge and the canal trail. There's little need to leave the property but there is much close by to explore. I'm looking forward to returning to experience everything again, and maybe, experience and discover even more next time.

Casey’s place was cozy and spacious, accommodating eight of us comfortably. We enjoyed a restful and peaceful stay after the Narragansett marathon. The location was conveniently situated within walking distance to everything. Casey was friendly, easygoing, and responsive. We will certainly return next time we participate in a marathon.
