Em's place was perfect for our 4 night stay. Location was great and i loved the milk tea special at Buong's infront of the place. Everything was walkable. I had a hiccup on the first night and they changed my room and even offered a few extras to ensure we were happy.

호이안 올드타운이랑 가까운 숙소 중에서 아이포함 일곱명 대가족이 한꺼번에 묵을만한 곳을 찾았는데 가격대비 좋았어요. 부엌이 방마다 붙어있지 않지만 쿠킹스쿨과 식당을 겸하는 큰 부엌이 따로 있었구 설거지나 집기 준비 안해도 되니까 좋았네요. 물론 사용도 자유롭게 할수 있었구요. 지도상으로는 잘 몰랐는데 알고보니 코코넛빌리지 문화유적? 안에 있었어요. 코코넛배 타러 오는 사람들이 엄청 많았고 주로 한국인 관광객이 많았는데 그래서인지 가요가 엄청 크게 많이 들렸어요. 원래 낮에 여행하느라 집에 안들어오니까 몰랐는데 애가 아파서 일찍 들어온 날 좀 놀랐네요. 너무 가요들을 많이 틀어서.. 하하 관광 코스 안에 있으니까 어쩔수 없는 부분인듯... 아 코코넛배 타실거면 해질녘에 타시는 것도 좋은거 같아요. 저희는 첫날 일정이 좀 늦어서 어쩌다보니 저녁 다될무렵에 탔는데 관광객들도 싹 빠지고 강도 한가롭고 조용하고 노을도 조금씩 보이고... 분위기 좋았답니다. 코코넛배 운전하는 청년들이 자꾸 한국 가요 불러주고 춤춰주고 그런 서비스를 하는데 됐다고 앉으라고... 그래서인지 코코넛잎으로 이것저것 예쁜 것들을 많이 만들어줬어요. 애들이 너무 좋아했어요. 집주인 친절하고 사모님도 친절하구요, 집주인이랑 영어가 잘 통합니다. 슈퍼 같은것은 근처에 없는데 옷이랑 가방 파는 기념품가게는 많이 있구요. 과일 먹고싶은데 좀 사다달라고 부탁했더니 사다줬어요. 맥주랑 물은 그냥 집 안의 식당에서 사먹었습니다. 슈퍼에서 사는거나 같은 가격이길래... 방이 넓고, 좋았어요. 아침 포함이라 더 좋았고, 택시 그랩 부르면 올드타운까지 잘 다닐수 있었어요. 아참 유적지 안에 있는 집이라서 관광하고 돌아올때 입구에 매표소에서 표 사라고 할수도 있어요. 숙소에서 주는 지도 갖고다니면서 여기 숙박한다고 보여주고 그러면 들어올수 있어요. 한적한 동네에서 잘 숙박했습니다. We initially had some trouble finding the place because maps was showing the wrong location. Our host Vy was lovely and walked up to meet us and help. The place is very spacious and perfect for our family of 5. The school next door can be quite loud, but didn’t bother us much - the kids were cute and no louder than our own children! It was easy to walk across the bridge and access everything in the old town on foot. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

10/10, we loved everything about this home and the beautiful hosts, Mr. Dat and Mrs. Thuy, and we hope to stay here again on a future visit! Location: we enjoyed the 10-15 min walk from home to Old Town, as it meant it was quiet and beautiful at our home yet close enough to get into the beautiful chaos of Hoi An when we wished. We also enjoyed the music from the show on Memory Island when we home in the evenings -- it always ended much earlier than bedtime, but the windows of the home are also double-paned or extra thick and keep our street sounds. We used the Laundry service next door and we're very happy with that. Amenities: The bikes provided were lovely. bathrooms are modern and lovely. Toothbrushes & paste, shampoo, conditioner...Kitchen is just enough. The 3rd floor deck w/ chairs gives access to sunsets & evening breezes. bedroom A/C is perfect with plenty of oscillating fans in other areas. Hosts were so kind, responsive and generous. They made us a beautiful dinner.

Vicky was super friendly and enthusiastic from the start. The room was clean and sunny, just noisy because it’s near the motorcycle bridge that a lot of other reviews mention. On arrival, the bathroom’s drain was leaking and there were ants, but they fixed everything they could quickly to the best of their abilities. The laundry service was quick and good. The room is true to pictures—nice and big with comfortable beds. Note that the bicycle for rent is broken, but you can rent next door for the same price. They gave me fish and rice when I was sick and let us check out a little late. They also gave us snacks and sandwiches for checkout. Very kind people run this place and it’s walkable to the ancient town. Thank you so much again!

Great stay. We loved that they all were smiling and lovely each day. Pool was clean and refreshing. Walking distance to night markets and free use of bikes.

This sweet little villa was the perfect place to spend my time in Hoi An. Located in what feels like a rural area it’s just over the bridge from the town centre. The hosts are incredible. They went above and beyond to accommodate any needs. Thank you for your hospitality!

The place is located away from the Old Town so there are less tourist. Surrounded by nature and away from the crowd, it's perfect for people who arr looking for a retreat. It is really peaceful. The unit was clean when we arrived and is perfect. However, please do note that there's a farm nearby so you can hear the rooster crowing. If you are a light sleeper, you will need good earplugs. You can have your food delivered by Grab so it's good. The owner also arranged an airport pick up at a very affordable price. She also know a motorcycle rental. We would recommend Mona Apartment for anyone looking for a place to stay from the touristy spot and the crowd.

Trang made our stay so great - she is super accommodating and the breakfast was awesome too!

Kim’s place was wonderful - we were received with warmth, offered pick ups and drops from Da Nang for competitive fees, and given lots of good food and shopping recommendations. The old town and night market are very close. The room was perfect for us, with a lovely balcony with a view. It’s also very smartly laid out, and felt big enough for the 3 of us. The bathroom was really nice too. Complimentary filter coffee at the entrance added to it all. Overall the best place we’ve stayed in so far in Vietnam, thank you so much Kim!

The location and decription of this hotel/Homestay is accurate. The place is as described. It is clean, quiet and close to so many restaurants and amenities. The host is extremely responsive and offers some great local recommendations. Highly recommend this location.

Lovely and comfortable apartment with good amenities. Great to have a washing machine and dryer available. The rooftop pool was fantastic and we had it to ourselves every day. Walkable to town. Hoi An is beautiful. Highly recommend.

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Great stay for its price! Nice and quiet area not far from the old town. There are separate bedroom and kitchen, two tables where we could settle with our laptops, and nice balcony where we had breakfast. There are several cafes and restaurants nearby. The hosts are very friendly and nice. Although there were no bicycles in the villa, the hosts helped us rent two bicycles and even compensate their cost for us. I totally recommend this apartment if you need a quiet stay not far from the old town for reasonable price.

We loved our stay here. Lovely view. Lenh was super friendly and always responded when we had questions. We had breakfast every day in the restaurant that belongs to the resort. The amenities are amazing. I highly recommend this flat.

We has a wonderful stay, our host Kathy was amazing!!! We had every thing we needed. Beautiful room, great location in between Da Nang and Hoi An. The two pool areas are big with another pool for kids, a great place to come with children. We had a buffet breakfast in the hotel and received a discount as an Air BnB guest. Highly recommend, cannot wait to cone back. 5 golden stars from us. X
