It’s a great place to unwind, Mr.Bao is friendly and accommodating, the property is close to both coconut basket ride and old town and you can even rent motor bike to get arround. Overall, had a great experience.

Nhu Nhu was a friendly knowledgable host. The villa was very spacious and comfortable. There are two “wings” of bedroom in the house. The ones at the front do get some street noise that one couple in our group found a little annoying. Those of us in the other wing were not bothered by street noise. Beds are comfortable and clean as are bathrooms. We didn’t cook for ourselves but certainly could have as the kitchen is very well-equipped for this. A full breakfast was prepared for us each morning by the 2 domestic helpers who were there each morning. We enjoyed the one dinner we asked them to make for us. We recommend a stay at Nhi Chu’s place.

Bao was very responsive and friendly. He help organise a driver for us from the Airport and was always helpful. Our stay was relaxing and fun. Highly recommended.

Bai's place exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful and big clean rooms. The pool was only for us to use We felt so at home and breakfast was great. BAO was the best super host I ever encountered. He helped me with bookings of the drivers and massage He surprised us fresh fruit and tea on our pool table every night. I wish we could stay more. I would recommend it to everyone who's looking for some privacy and at the same time luxury. I would love to go back again in his Villa. My family and I would like to thank Bao and his staff for a job well done👏👏

The best airbnb we ever stayed in! Bao’s place exceeded our expectations by far. Our family had an amazing week in one of Bao’s villas with private pool. Everything was perfect, and Bao and his whole team are very nice and helpful. They made us feel very welcome! The villa was beautifully decorated and the pool was larger than we thought, our kids really enjoyed it. The breakfast and room service was so delicious! Bao even brought homemade chips for our kids. We had 2 free dinners included in our stay, and the food was absolutely amazing! We will recommend his place to everyone. If you are looking for a retreat for your self and family in beautiful Hoi An, this is the place to book😃

I had a wonderful three-night stay at this beautifully designed Airbnb! The property is incredibly well-built—solid construction, thoughtfully planned interiors, and every detail taken care of to ensure comfort and style. The Private Pool with each room is the highlight, and we enjoyed it every day of our stay. What truly made the stay exceptional was the host, Bao. Incredibly helpful, responsive, and warm—always available to answer questions or provide local tips. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests' experience. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place with a host who goes above and beyond!

We had a great stay. The place is very comfortable especially when the weather is good. Great beds and showers. No washing machine was a slight concern, but the very good laundry service eased that. Delicious breakfast provided. Really lovely quiet area but easy to Grab or cycle into the busy old town. Both Breeze and Tok restaurant recommendations were a hit. Mark was very easy to communicate with and really helpful. We hope to be back soon.

Mark was a great host and helped us arrange a transfer 9 seater from Danang directly to the house. He was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us the two villas. Both were lovely, had comfortable large beds, and good hot showers. All were very happy with the accommodation. We spent Christmas here so found it a bit cold for using the pool. The villa itself is located out of Hoi An in a small local village area. The excellent restaurant Breeze is a 5 minute walk away and we loved dining in this jungle like location in comfortable bamboo open air building, The owners spoke good English were most accommodating. We had our best Vietnamese meals here. Mark also had arranged for our breakfasts and we chose from a Vietnamese or Western menu. This was a great treat. Both villas had kitchen areas but we didn't use them as found eating out and breakfast kept us happy. The cost of food was very reasonable. Download the Grab ap for taxis, try Lim Dining for Italian food.

Amazing house! Everything is over-value. Good sevice and good view. The house is beside the beach, you just walk there in 5mins. The kids love it. They can run and play in the house safely. We are party and swimming. Everyting is wonderful.

Nice villa, Good planning and spaces. All bedrooms are on first floor. Villa is in peaceful neighbourhood. Location and beach view is great. Also easy to go to da bank hoi am and ba na hills as it is situated between all 3

Anna was a great host - she was very responsive with replies within 30min to the hour. She also communicated well in English, and coordinated activities for my family such as BBQ, massages and also came down personally when we needed help at the villa. The chefs they engage for the BBQ prepare good food, and we were happy with their service as well. You will have to pay additional fees for such services. Overall, the place was clean and had enough facilities to engage my family for 3 nights - a footsy table, karaoke room, pool, and huge dining/lounge area. The walk to the beach takes only about 5-10 minutes via private access within Ocean Estates. Place is cleaned and tidied by the time we get back at the end of the day with fresh linen and toiletries. The place might be slightly far from the main attractions in Da Nang, but transport is relatively easy to get and affordable, so no need to worry about that if you don't mind a 15-20 min ride.

Ngoc's apartment is relatively close to the ancient town, maybe 10-15 walk. The apartment was nice, clean, with a comfy bed and shower. The best thing about this place is the hosts' hospitality - they let us borrow bikes for free, store our luggage for late evening pick up, and even check out a little later than we were supposed to as we were running late from an event. Ngoc's responses are quick and helpful. One thing my girlfriend wanted me to mention is that walking to the apartment during the night was a little scary especially due to the lack of street lighting so if you're a solo female, that's something worth considering. That said we really enjoyed our stay here and might do again if we come back to Hoi An.

Nhi est une hôte formidable. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et avons eu la chance de séjourner dans l’une des meilleures chambres, avec une vue magnifique sur le petit canal. Le balcon est un véritable atout : parfait pour admirer la vue (et couché de soleil) tout en prenant un café ou même pour manger. Le logement était absolument impeccable en termes de propreté, sans humidité, avec une belle luminosité et un petit réfrigérateur pour stocker quelques aliments ou boissons. Petit point à noter : le lit est à ressorts, ce qui pourrait être légèrement inconfortable pour les personnes en surpoids, mais il reste quand même bon pour dormir. La cuisine, séparée et située en bas, est très fonctionnelle et propre, avec l’essentiel pour cuisiner. Le lieu dispose aussi d’une petite piscine extérieure bien entretenue, idéale pour se rafraîchir par beau temps. Enfin, vous serez à côté de la vieille ville (comptez 5 min à pied), c’était idéal. Nous recommandons !

I had such an enjoyable stay here. A family run business, I was made to feel welcome from the start. Always attentive to my needs, if I needed a trip booking or a taxi, they could arrange that for you. The breakfast was lovely, cooked fresh for each person and fresh fruit. So tasty! I had a bedroom which was really big, had good views and the bed was so comfortable. I slept so well every night. It was around a 10min walk into old town, over the bridge. You can use grab app if you have the app (taxi app). There were so many good options and spas around, not just in old town. I would most definitely come back to stay here. Thank you for a great time.

We were blown away by GreenHill Villa. There was hospitality was untouchable from the moment we arrived everything was taken care of and we sat down and were shown good places to see, explained where breakfast would be, offered us bikes which are free or you can rent a good scooter for the day too. The rooms were unbelievable, the space and size of the room was amazing and well looked after rooms as well but not to mention the bath tub which worked so well especially after a long day of touring around Old Town. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to fly back home but if we could we would have stay for 8 days easily ! Highly recommended and you won’t regret it

Host was friendly, Check in was easy. Location is good, within surrounding of local activities and market area. Worth the money.
