An amazing space in a great location especially for skiing. 5 mins from beaver creek lots and 15 min from vail parking. Views from house were amazing. If you are looking specifically for a place with a working fireplace or BBQ grill then I would confirm their availability before booking as we did not get either of these during our trip. Overall amazing place and would love to come back and stay again!

Tasha and the co-hosts made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful and responsive when we had any questions. They also had great recommendations for places to eat. The place was cozy, spacious, with everything we could have needed. Private hot tub while watching the sunset was a highlight. Proximity to Aspen/snowmass was great for us. I hope to be back as soon as possible. Would stay here again for sure.

Our recent stay at this ideally located vacation rental in Gypsum, Colorado, was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in a picturesque community alongside the Colorado River, the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house provided the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for our mountain getaway. The home itself was spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The on-site community amenities, including access to three serene lakes and a shuttle to nearby ski resorts, added tremendous value to our stay. Additionally, the proximity to Glenwood Springs allowed us to easily explore its attractions, making this rental a prime base for both relaxation and adventure. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to experience the best of Colorado’s natural beauty and outdoor activities. The host communicated very well and was even a little flexible with our checkout time which was greatly appreciated. I would stay at this spot again

We enjoyed our stay at Alexis’s place. It was in a great location and had plenty of room. Great communication made it very easy and pleasant. Would stay here again!

We stayed here for our 8 year anniversary and it was the perfect place. It was small but it had everything we needed and was comfy and cozy. The location was insanely perfect (3 minute walk to the slopes, we timed it) and it was steps away from all Lionshead Village has to offer. The views were to die for. We could see the clock towers and ice rink from our balcony and enjoyed our apres ski out there every day watching the village! The kitchenette had everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning before hitting the mountain and the fridge had plenty of space to hold what we needed for the week. I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone seeking a simple, quiet vacation. The bathroom was gorgeous and shower was refreshing after a hard day skiing. We will for sure be back!

Great spot close to Aspen. Clean and cozy space, great for 6 people. Gathering spaces for the group, and also spots for some privacy. Note that the room with the twin beds is attached to the room with the king bed, there is a doorway, but no door separating them. Really enjoyed our stay!

The place is just as shown in the pictures, it’s a great lay out for a family of four. The full size kitchen had everything you need & more. Curtis is a great host, super responsive and answered all our questions! The bus stop to Avon Station/beaver creek gondola is a quick walk from the condo. The yard is great for dogs, and the pull out couch mattress is memory foam- super comfortable for the kids. Towel warmer & large shower is a plus too. Curtis worked with us and moved up check-in an hour (based on house cleaner availability). Overall the place is quiet, clean and has a minimalist decor that adds to the charm!

This unit is perfect. It has everything you could ever need. It's updated and extremely well kept. It's located within easy walking distance to free shuttles that take you anywhere in the valley. So, it's perfect any time of the year. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were there any time we needed anything, which we didn't need much. The Eagle River is in your back yard along with a view of Beaver Creek. Jason

Perfect Airbnb if you’re in the Avon area trying to ski Beaver or any resort that is a close drive. Julie and her team are awesome communicators and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend!

We want to give a huge thank you to Amber for allowing us to stay at her condo! The stay couldn't have been any better! The condo itself is much larger than we anticipated with plenty of room for all of those in our party! The place was clean when we arrived. Additionally, Amber has done a great job of including board games, boot warmers, and other thoughtful items that made our stay extra comfortable. Since this condo is directly in Avon, there's plenty of things to do that are within walking distance! If you're here to ski, there's a shuttle that comes around frequently for pick-ups! As for Amber, she is an excellent host! She was incredibly friendly throughout all our discussions. Check in and check out instructions were thorough which made the entire process a breeze. Additionally, she was open to providing local suggestions of the area which could be very helpful if this is your first time in Avon! Overall, I'd highly recommend! Thanks again Amber!

We had a fantastic stay at Dain's condo in Avon. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and perfectly located for a ski weekend. The proximity to the gondola to Beaver Creek was fantastic. Getting around on the shuttles was a breeze. A bonus was how close the unit is to the hot tubs and heated pool. I would happily rebook Dain's place if we make our way back to Beaver Creek.

Excellent location and great little place! Basalt is a really cute town and a lovely place to stay close to Aspen. This place had everything we needed!

Great home base for skiing at BC and Vail - quick walk to the shuttle.

Location was perfect for skiing, very short walk through the Westin to ski valet and gondola. Also can easily walk to many restaurants. We plan on trying to stay here for years to come!
