Great location! Skiable out and in and a 5 min walk to the village for rentals and lessons. We enjoyed staying here so much!

This place is a cute lil studio. 2 very comfy beds. Tv, mini fridge, and microwave. There weren’t a lot of places open late near by so I suggest bringing some snacks. She was very responsive and quick with answering. Very close to the bus stop.

Lindo y cómodo , tenía todas las amenidades que dice en la descripción , fue fácil de llegar y está cerca de varias cosas en auto . Greg siempre fue muy amable y su tiempo de respuesta fue rápido . De hecho se nos olvidó un celular y nos avisó q se había quedado ahí y nos dio el contacto de la house keeper para que pudiera enviárnoslo . Los alrededores hermosos Regresaría seguro .

Best AirBnB experience ever. This unit is gorgeous, squeaky clean and fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home while you vacation. We have stayed in another Treetops unit before, but this one -although very similar bones- had more comfortable beds, more kitchen supplies, more cleaning and bathroom supplies and -best of all- a much prettier view with better balcony seating. Our host, Claudia, was also among the most responsive and helpful hosts we've ever experienced. The only complaint I have, which I will include to legitimize my otherwise glowing review, is that there were no games in the unit. Lots of books, but no games. Luckily, we brought some of our own- because we love to play, so our overall stay goes down as one of the best we've had in Vail. Thank you so much, Claudia. We hope to be back!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Condo was clean, had plenty of dishes, and met expectations. The entrance is hard to find late at night in the snow, but trust the map. There are a couple flights of stairs to the bus stop, so factor that in to your time.

The place was just as the pictures described. There was a path to walk into the village and a ski shuttle directly from the property. When the place seemed very cool the first night. Mara sent over heaters and a repairman replaced the battery in the fireplace starter. All the kitchen things we tried worked. The beds were comfortable and towels were good and plentiful. Mara was so sweet and answered questions promptly. She let us check out a little bit late and got us a good rate when we added an extra night. Mara was a superb host and we can’t thank her enough for her quick responses and answering our numerous questions. We had a great stay as evidenced by our requesting an extra night. My only suggestion is to not use generic checkin and checkout responses.

Awesome apartment in Avon. Great pool and hot tubs. The gym in the Westin is really superb. Easy access to all the restaurants and stores in Avon. If you have a kiddo in ski school, please know you'll have to take a shuttle/bus (which don't run super often) or your car to the base area to drop them off.

Dayle´s place is a wonderful home. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect, the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean, and Dayle´s proactive communcation was very informative.

Our recent stay at this ideally located vacation rental in Gypsum, Colorado, was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in a picturesque community alongside the Colorado River, the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house provided the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for our mountain getaway. The on-site community amenities, including access to three serene lakes and a shuttle to nearby ski resorts, added tremendous value to our stay. Additionally, the proximity to Glenwood Springs allowed us to easily explore its attractions, making this rental a prime base for both relaxation and adventure. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to experience the best of Colorado’s natural beauty and outdoor activities. The host communicated very well and was even a little flexible with our checkout time which was greatly appreciated. I would stay at this spot again

We first had the pleasure of beings Zac’s guest last year. We host friends and family in high country for a ten day retreat, A chance for us to take a moment to reconnect with each other, in a beautiful setting. Zac’s place works perfectly, great kitchen and nice big table to sit around as a group to catch up on the days adventure. Looking forward to next year.

We absolutely loved the place. The house has the most amazing views from all the windows. It is well equipped and very pretty. The surroundings and activities are great. We’ve stayed 20 days and didn’t have enough time to do everything there is to do. Gina was very helpful, she even brought us fresh eggs from the farm. We had all kinds of pasture raise beef, available to us. We didn’t want to leave

Stylish, comfortable, spacious house in a fantastic location with a lovely yard! Super comfortable beds, a great yard for kids and dogs, walking distance to restaurants and shops, and lovely, friendly hosts. The only thing to note is that there is not a microwave, so plan your menus accordingly! We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with our five kids. This place was perfect! We hope to come back again!

We spent a fabulous Thanksgiving week at Fisherman’s Paradise in Eagle, CO. The house is extraordinarily beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We cooked a huge Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and cozy, it was pretty cold when we were there. The heating is very efficient and the fireplace in the great room was terrific, it set the mood and kept us toasty. I’m not sure if there could be a prettier location. The house sits just slightly above the river with easy access in the backyard to the river. Eagle is stunning and has lots of walking paths with amazing views. We also took side trips to Glenwood Springs and soaked in the mineral baths at Iron Mountain Hot Springs, and also drove up to Leadville. I would highly recommend both! I just can’t say enough positive things about the property and the property management team were incredible responsive. We will definitely be back.

Matt’s place is easy to find and a short drive to the main part of Avon. Very peaceful area and beautiful scenery!

We had an amazing stay! Everything was well stocked, anything we could've asked for was supplied and made for a really comfortable stay. It was nice and cozy and we definitely enjoyed the fireplace with the cold weather. We booked it for its location, it was not a long drive from our day activities in Vail. Would definitely recommend to others for your next ski trip

Great place to stay for a ski trip at Beaver Creek and Vail. Check-in process at the management office was very easy. The shuttle made it easy to get to the mountain and the hot tub was great. Parking was a bit of a challenge on Saturday but easy after that. Comfortable beds.

We had a great stay at Erin’s place! It was clean, had everything we needed and the beds were all comfortable! Very convenient for skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail. We liked the close proximity of parking and hot tub to unit. One thing to note is that IF you have a Yakima or The box on top of your vehicle, depending on the size, you may not fit under the parking area. We just made it with a Yakima SkyBox on a newer (shorter) Ford Explorer:)

Great Location. Short 2 minute walk to bus stop. Then easy to get to Beaver Creek or Vail. Slightly longer walk on the return. Drops off at Avon Station. Just under a 10 minute walk back. Lots of restaurants and market near by. Hot tubs were great. Two bbqs in hot tub air that are available to guests. (Gas) Garage parking and a locker for ski equipment. The unit is a studio. Perfect for a couple. Will be tight for 3 or 4. But, doable if everyone is close. Kitchen seemed to have everything needed. Great water pressure in the shower. I would recommend for a couple or family. I will happily stay there again on my next visit. Easy check in. Owner sends an informative email with everything you need to know.
