Tom is a super friendly host with a lovely home. We really enjoyed the views from the cabin and the deck amenities (hot tub, string lights, grill). The porch right inside had a great sitting area and view of the lake during the day. This was also very close to a number of things, including Ann Arbor, which was really convenient.

Was a great place to spend the weekend with friends. Amazing lake view and a beautiful house! Host responded extremely quick to any question.

Lori and her husband Rick were fabulous, My friends and I absolutely loved them! We highly recommend this cute cottage by the lake. The house smelled amazing! No chemicals just a wonderful beautiful scent that made me smile. The warm fire roaring at night while drinking a cup of hot tea and the beautiful view of the lake was a wonderful way to start my healing journey. Everything is neat and labeled for you and she goes above and beyond to really make sure that you are happy. We had quite the snow storm while hunkered in and Rick cleared the walkway, drive way and stopped in to get our trash. They live right next door which was great incase we needed anything but still had complete privacy :) Location is great and you’re not far from stores, restaraunt, etc. I highly recommend, you will feel like you are visiting family.

We traveled to the area for a wedding and appreciated finding a very reasonably priced place to stay for the 7 of us in our group. The house was clean and owners very responsive. As other reviewers have mentioned, the signage in the neighborhood against Airbnb's made us a little nervous, but we had zero issues with neighbors and the entire time we spent at the house was quiet and peaceful. The pizza place and general store near the house were great stops for food and drinks/snacks when we arrived in town. When our daughter forgot one of her dolls at the house, Greg quickly mailed it back to us which was very appreciated. If we had to do it over again, we would have gladly stayed in the same house.

We were so pleased to stay at this cozy lake house. Everything was just as described. The beds were comfortable and the area was so peaceful. Dave was very kind and helpful.

We loved this cabin. Real kayaks to use and are easy to access. The yard is amazing, neighbors are nice and gave us tips about the lake. The lake is beautiful and peaceful. The house itself is incredibly clean and cozy, and has all the things you need. I read some previous reviews about the water; I can see why it’s surprising to people who have only had city water, but I think it’s pretty typical well water and is fine to use and drink. The owner also provided bottled water.

House was clean and cozy. Heating and water temperature were nice. beds and linens were comfortable and the area wqs cozy. Only negative that I can really think of is the low water pressure, which can fallen anywhere and still worked fine. was a great stay and Dang was very attentive and responsive.

Great central location for visiting family in Michigan - east to get to lansing and Ann Arbor. Peaceful little place to relax

Had a great weekend at Jessica’s. Cute little house with all the amenities we needed. The beds were SUPER comfortable. Plenty of food and grocery options available in the area. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the Detroit area.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the cabin to ring in the New Year 2025!! The property is absolutely beautiful and so much to do during our stay. We wanted snow and we sure did get some snow!! It was a magical winter wonderland.

Very cozy home on the lake! Felt spacious, very clean, and as described! Our family loved the couch, large TV, and view of the backyard. We stayed in the winter so we stayed inside - besides using the hot tub! I’m sure it’s even better in the summer months with the lake. We would stay here again!

Our stay at Erin's place was amazing. She was very accommodating including delivering canoe paddles immediately after we had trouble finding some. The pond is beautiful and access to the boats was a major perk! I highly recommend staying here.

Airbnb was perfect to accommodate our group of 6. Home was clean and super well stocked. The home did not smell like dog as other reviewers mentioned. If there was ever a dog smell it’s completely gone. Super peaceful location. Could use a few more patio chairs for the fire pit. The only “negative” was the smell of sulphur from the showers. We are not from the area but have been told that this is a common occurrence. It would have been nice to have that in the listing. It was rather surprising that first night. Water filters for clean, drinkable, water are present at the sink and fridge.

Erin was incredibly accommodating and super responsive! The cottage is charming, clean and relaxing with a great view, and had all the necessities and more. I felt very taken care of and recommend this spot to anyone looking to feel away from it all, yet in a safe neighborhood, close to many great restaurants and shopping with easy access to the freeway. Thank you to Erin for being a great host!

Great deal! The house was right on the lake and the inside was clean. It was also very easy to find and the check in process was simple.

This place is beautiful and Carol was amazing! This is my first time using Airbnb and she made it the best experience I could've hoped for.
