What a beautiful holiday home! Our family instantly felt at home in this wonderful beach house. The view is simply breathtaking. The home is perfectly set up for a relaxed and chilled family getaway. So much space, a huge deck, everything you need for a relaxed family break. The hosts are incredibly helpful and responsive. The beautiful welcome note with chocolates and wine was a such a lovely touch. We will be back for sure!!!

We needed accommodation as we had a family funeral. Keith’s place was perfect. Very clean. Everything was as described and more. It is well stocked with the 1 percent’s -(not that we cooked anything more than toast) but there were lots of condiments, a spice rack, paper towel, liquid hand soap. Just lots of little things that make a stay more homely. Definitely recommend.

We loved this beach house right next to the lake. It had everything to guarantee a comfortable stay and more. The yard was secure for our dogs and right behind the house is a walking path taking you along the beautiful lake with many beaches and beautiful areas. we had a wonderful stay and our dogs loved it too.

Thank you Shannon and Stefani for allowing us to stay in your beautiful paradise! Had everything we need for a large group and we had a spectacular sunset. Spent most of our time out on the beautiful deck overlooking the water! Shannon and Stefani also accommodated us for early check in which was very appreciated. Highly recommend!

Was a great place and very good location with a private beach. We had such a lovely Easter break. Also having the boat docked outside the property on the private sandy beach was the best. We’ll definitely come back to stay again. Thanks Helen and Barry

We had a fantastic stay at Katie’s place. The house is beautiful and we just loved the waking to the sunrise and stargazing of a night. There was lots of bird life and just a short trip for fishing.

Catherine and Bob were wonderful hosts and we had a lovely few days in their beautiful apartment. The garden deck with a view of the sea and bush path was gorgeous and we fell asleep and woke up to the sound of crashing waves. Catherine and Bob were also very kind and generous when we had a medical issue and went out of their way to offer help. Not to mention offering home grown treats from the glorious garden. The beach is steps away and the cafe and tavern were a walk along the beach or quick drive. We would love to stay again next time we are in the area!

Really great place to stay especially if you have a boat. Walks around the arm are easy and you meet lots of friendly locals.

The apartments are just as beautiful and spotless as they are in the photos. The gorgeous tree lined street that these apartments are located on was an added bonus - the welcoming canopies of the giant Maple and Elm trees beckon you to explore the neighbourhood. The apartments are an easy walking distance to shops, lakes and gardens. The beds are hotel quality and are deliciously comfortable, we also really appreciated the fresh, crisp, superior quality white sheets on the bed. We stayed in this apartment for 2 months and settled in very quickly as the apartment was furnished with everything we’d need for our long stay. We were so happy that the lounge was NOT a sofa bed as, in our experience, we find them very uncomfortable to sit on for more than a short period. I can definitely say that our stay in Sale was enhanced by the fact that we had a beautiful, comfortable apartment to come ‘home’ to everyday after touring the Gippsland region… Can HIGHLY recommend Peppertree Apartments

Our stay was incredible. Great location. Clean/tidy place with a beautiful view out the front and also from your bedroom! We bought our boat which was great having the jetty. Heaps of wildlife and great restaurants. Metung is great!

Lovely comfortable place and walking distance to town. Was a perfect peaceful getaway for a family of four and pet dog.

The location was fantastic, with most places like restaurants, cafes, the lake, and the supermarket within walking distance. The easy access to the ferry for Raymond Island was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, close to shops ...wonderful view. Lovely board walks around Metung. Very cute village feel. We enjoyed our relaxing stay.

great place for a small group

perfect home for furry friends fully fenced back yard with lush green grass. nice outdoor setting and BBQ. the house itself is home away from home, everything you need. the kitchen is full of useful items. this place definitely recommended to all. family friendly, peaceful clean and relaxing. Will definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay. The cottage was beautiful and the surrounds were peaceful. Location was great too. Definitely stay again!

We had everything we needed and more for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. Meals etc take a bit of planning as everything apart from the pub and the small supermarket seems to be shut by mid-afternoon but that was more of a positive aspect when we'd worked it out and got organised. There's plenty to do tho - the lake is perfect for swimming and is only a 5 minute walk, the drive around the national park is worth it and we even played tennis at the courts up the other end of town. We'll definitely be back.

A great place to stay in Metung. We were travelling with baby & a dog and found the home very cosy. The dog run kept our labrador entertained and a really nice addition to the garden area. Kate was a great host and very responsive. We had to change the dates of our trip due to other circumstances and Kate was very understand & accomodating. We'd love to be back again soon.

Had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house with a few mates on a fishing trip. The views were absolutely amazing from the huge deck space with sunsets like no other. Only 2 min walk to the tavern and boat ramp. Plenty of space to park a boat and 2 cars. The best beds we all have slept on was a nice surprise. The house has everything you need and the hosts are very responsive if you ever need anything. Thanks Ro. We will be back.

We had a very enjoyable few days at McMillans. The listing is as described. Staff friendly and helpful, gave us s late checkout. We enjoyed the sauna and other amenities.
