I stayed in town for a work-related trip, and Juan and Kathy's place was perfect! My bag was lost at the Reno airport, and they were very communicative and responsive when I told them I wouldn't be checking in until later. The house was also spotless and stocked with any amenity you could ever need. They really are very thoughtful and do everything they can to make sure you have a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again!

There have been some upgrades to this home since we visited last year. It’s a perfect place for an overnight stay! Well maintained and all the amenities you could hope for.

Stephen is a great host. He gives clear and concise instructions and is very responsive. If there are any problems or questions, he will try to make it right. The description and photos of the place is spot on. Good place to stay and relax. It is quiet and peaceful, and the sound of the creek is relaxing. There are a lot of stairs. It is NOT for the physically impaired. The upstairs bathroom /shower is smaller than what I am used to. The downstairs (2nd floor) bathroom is good, but it has a tub. Beds are firm and comfortable. Kitchen and living area are great.

Stephan was always available to answer any question we had, the house was recently renovated and was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again.

The RV park was a great experience. Quiet, clean, and Frankie and everyone else we encountered were very friendly. We would definitely stay again in future.

I have stayed at Juan’s places several times over the last few years and have never been disappointed. Always very clean and comfortable with just about anything you need in case you forgot to put something in your dop kit. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking at home.

Angie the Airstream was a restful home away from home. Clean and tidy, easy to access, warm and cozy on a very chilly night, easy to cool when the weather turned warm. Well stocked kitchen with all the basic utensils and appliances for meal preparation...and a super fresh vegetable (when in season...we were there at the right time!). We could have cooked on the outdoor barbecue. And we did enjoy the picnic table for dining in the shade of a juniper tree. Two twin beds with firm foam mattresses and very comfortable duvets as well as a sofa bed. Plenty of hot water! All in a beautiful setting next to a vegetable garden, hedge of Modoc plums and views of the Warner Mountain! Such a nice place.

Exactly as described. Frankie is very helpful and responsive, Loved my time fishing up there. It's almost Nov and very cold most nights. I had a small space heater with me, without that it would have been too cold for me given lows were 28-33. Hope to make it back !
