Peace was a great host, easy to contact and quick with answers. Beds very comfortable, flat was warm and cosy and had everything we needed, the fresh milk and tea & coffee were a nice touch.

Danny was a great host and excellent communicator. The apartment was immaculate with plenty of bedding, sheets and towels. Didn’t want for anything whilst we was there and the location was excellent for the bull ring which was a 10 minute walk.

Für unsere Ferien war die Wohnung perfekt. Die zwei Schlafzimmer haben je ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Und es hatte immer einen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr weiter empfehlen.

We had a lovely stay at Jonathan’s place. I would recommend it if you are wanting to visit Stratford upon Avon. The location was perfect right in the centre and the addition of the permit parking was really helpful. The apartment is a good size for 2 of us and a dog and was really clean and well equipped. Everything is walking distance from the door yet it’s peaceful inside no issues with noise from the town centre. We would definitely stay here again

The house really all in one everything was there with a big kitchen space for hangout while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. A group of us were attending a wedding in the area and needed a place to stay. I found Lizzie's air BnB only 10 minutes away from the wedding venue which was perfect. Not only was it a great location but a great place to stay, it is well kept and had everything we needed for our stay. Lizzie had also left us a welcome pack with some bits for our stay as well as a lasagne. Overall a great stay and perfect location for the wedding we attended.

Had a lovely two night stay, just what we needed for a weekend getaway to relax. Loveliest of hosts, very responsive & gave us late checkout which was a lovely addition! The hot tub was lovely, and the house was very clean and had everything you could have expected! Private parking, with cctv overlooking the car which put us at ease. Would definitely come here again! ☺️

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Jon’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Jon was smooth and prompt, making the booking process and subsequent communication hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and Jon kindly left us mince pieces, champagne and some basic supplies, which we were grateful for. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with a thriving high street a stones through away, lots of lovely restaurants and pubs and The RSC not even 5 minutes away. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall amazing. We cannot recommend Jon and his property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

Paul was a lovely a host and very responsive. When there were some issues with the hot water and laundry machine he came and fixed them immediately or gave me a quick turn around time. Great location - in city centre

AJ restored my faith in Airbnb after having 3 bad experiences. He met me as promised at the property, was a no nose to the point host, totally legit and a really nice guy. Had no problems at the apartment, and everything from start to finish was completely smooth. Everything an Airbnb should be. I will genuinely book with AJ again next year. I recently stayed at Emerald Haven and had a fantastic experience! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The cozy decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the views from the window were stunning, both day and night. Massuh was an exceptional host—very friendly, quick to reply to messages, and genuinely concerned about my stay. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return to Emerald Haven on my next trip to Birmingham.
