I enjoyed the authentic experience of staying in the heart of Jo'burg and the quality of the room and furnishings was excellent. Qiniso was super helpful and showed me around (to buy groceries) on my first afternoon and gave some useful tips. Walking in the CBD might not be for everyone but I had no issues, and Uber is very reliable and safe if needed. Overall I can recommend 1407 The Franklin.

Sidick is a really kind guy, who responds quickly and helpful to messages. Everything was really easy with him. The airbnb was really big, so you have lots of space and we had a nice garden. The location is perfect as it is 7 minutes away from the beautiful beaches and 5 minutes away from a large shopping mall. The small distance to the airport is also a great benefit so we were really happy with everything. Thanks a lot!

The apartment is fantastic - spacious, spotless, and offers total privacy. The garden is beautifully maintained and the pool is perfect for cooling off. Charl and Nelly are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist with anything you need, making the stay even more enjoyable. I’ve stayed here several times and it never disappoints, don’t waste your time searching for alternatives - this place has it all. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Le logement est non seulement spacieux, mais il est également équipé de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable : cuisine entièrement équipée, salle de bain pratique. Au regard des prestations offertes, le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement imbattable. Pour un logement de cette qualité dans un emplacement aussi central, je considère que c’est une véritable aubaine. Nathalie est une hôte accueillante et soucieuse de la satisfaction des voyageurs. Elle accorde une importance particulière aux détails, c’est pour cette raison que le logement est impeccable. L’emplacement est juste parfait, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage et du supermarché. La piscine est un plus qui n’est pas négligeable. Je précise que la résidence est placée sous vidéosurveillance, ce qui est un très bon point pour garantir la sécurité. Toutefois, il faut être informé que Nathalie visionne et utilise les images a d’autre fin que pour assurer la sécurité.

Logement refait à neuf dans une maison d'un étage. Le propriétaire a été flexible sur mes horaires, a été réactif lors de mes demandes et était à proximité en cas de soucis. Je recommande le logement qui est idéal et tranquille.

Attu's place is located in very safe street close by to the police station, security guarded and monitored with CCTV 24/7. The landscape and garden outside are well maintained which provide a comfortable outdoor atmosphere. The kitchen is full equipped with all the essential utensils for cooking, eating and coffee making. The internal decor and amenities are of high quality designed to give you a sense of luxury and value. The room is spacious with Queen size bed, and I found the mattress to be very comfy covered with very clean sheets. She has installed water system that ensure the water running in the house is clean and safe, the water from the tap is portable. Reliable power with standby generator. I had warm welcoming to the house especially from Mama Agnes who always available whenever you need her help. The host respond swiftly, and she is ready to go extra miles to ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient. This is one of the gems in town and I would recommend to anyone.

Stewart was an absolutely amazing host, he helped me with everything I needed and beyond. I enjoyed my stay way better than I expected.

We really had a good time staying there, very quite neighborhood and clean. Close to shops and Malls! Loved the area! They welcomed us and the the staff was very courteous and made us feel comfortable! They fulfilled our request! We will definitely come back again if we happen to be Harare! We had an amazing stay at Kosmos Heights. The place is exactly as you see it in the pictures. We had a peaceful stay, felt very homely and we got welcome drinks. The hosts were communicative which made us feel at ease.

Hands down the best airbnb I have ever seen in Kenya. From the security guards at the door to the cleaning room lady, everyone was highly professional. I stayed with my two kids, it was safe and conveniently located like 3mins walk to Sarit Center. They have a small restaurant on site with diverse menu. We loved everything they made. Kids especially lover their pancakes! There is so much positives to say about these apartments so let me just say I will never stay anywhere else while in Nairobi as long as they have availability. Thank you Patrick! Thanks Mary our cleaning lady! Thank the restaurant staff and all the guards. I highly recommend this place!

Positive: a lovely, spacious place to stay. Very comfortable bed and mattress. Beautifully decorated inside. Love the huge windows and peaceful environment. Had a few electrical challenges that were attended to very quickly. Can highly recommend. Challenges: the open shower leaves the bathroom very wet. Not enough shelving/storage space if staying for a bit longer. It forces you to live out of your suitcase. The security gate closes automatically after only about 20 seconds once opened. Be aware of this as it closed on my car while reversing out.
