너무나 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 바닷가 뷰도 너무나 멋지고 프라이빗한 공간이 매력적인 숙소 였습니다. 부산여행을 할땐 꼭 여기를 이용하고싶습니다^^

We enjoyed our stay at Jiwon's place! The location was excellent, and we enjoyed the home and its amenities. The neighborhood has lots of delicious food and great vintage shopping. (The macaron place on the corner is delicious.) Jiwon was a great host—very communicative, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions that I had. (Her luggage storage also saved the day on our final day in Seoul, so we didn't have to drag bags around between checkout and our flight in the evening.) I would caution potential guests that the loft is on the 4th floor and has no elevator. There are also a lot of stairs in the apartment - so it may not be a great fit if you're hauling large bags or have mobility issues. Second, the closest subway station is about a 12-15m jaunt, depending on your speed. If those two things don't deter you, then this is the spot for you!

The place nearest train station is at Odakyu Line called Mukogaoka Yuen station. It is 20 minutes train ride from Shinjuku station. Neighbourhood and quiet environment which my family loved. From the apartment is merely 9 minutes walk to train station. The apartment is small and cozyvand well equipped just nice for my family of 4. The host Yui is very nice to pick us up at the nearby train station with a car and help us carrying all our heavy luggages. She guide us how to manouver the aircon/heater and all the electrical item. She goes way and beyond to assist our needs and concern for us if we manage to take train back to Shinjuku on our last day as there was a train delayed on that day. We will love to stay at Yui other apartment if we return back to Tokyo.

Great location! Super convenient to train station and also plenty of restaurants and shops around. Only thing to point out is that it isn't super soundproof so you'll hear some noise surrounding the place. Other than that it's a good value and I enjoyed my stay!

這次來台南住一晚，帶了一幼童+一嬰兒，房間有澡盆小椅子方便幫嬰兒洗澡，也有適合不同年齡層的玩具，房間除了浴室以外，還有一個流理台很方便可以清洗物品，這裡交通位置方便、好停車，整體體驗經驗佳。

不錯的地點離景點和夜市都很近

Very convenient location. just a few minutes walk to the metro with easy access to downtown Seoul. Excellent shopping nearby, and good restaurants and cafes on the doorstep.

We had a great stay in Seoul! The host was very responsive and the accommodations were exactly as described. The apartment is conveniently located near the subway so transportation was a breeze and there was plenty of restaurants right downstairs. As noted in the description, there is elevator noise that can be heard throughout the night. Otherwise, this stay was perfect!

난방을 켜놓고가주셔서 체크인시 굉장히 따뜻했고 내부가 오래되었음에도 깔끔하게 관리하신게 느껴졌어요 뷰도 좋고 근처 인프라와 인접해있어서 밤에 걸어다니기도 좋았어요 오랜만에 힐링하러가서 너무너무 편하게 쉬다 왔어요 감사합니다~

We had a fabulous stay at Emily’s place. The loft was bright and clean and spacious, with lots of thoughtful amenities. The neighbourhood was reachable via subway, close to a night market and many other eateries. Best of all, it was peaceful and quiet at night so we always rested well after walking around the city. Emily was very responsive whenever we had questions and was kind enough to accommodate our request for late check out. Highly recommended and looking forward to come back again.

My flight got in at 5:30 am in the morning and Lirong was very kind to allow a very early check in time. We needed an extra mattress and Lirong came back a few hours later with a brand new mattress! The place was very clean. She provided many extra things to make it feel like home-- extra instant coffee packs, tissue paper packs, toothbrushes and a full size toothpaste, extra cleaning supplies. We cooked breakfast and lunch for a good portion of our two week stay. There is a great supermarket just around the corner with fresh vegetables, fruits, meats, anything you want. The kitchen is stocked with pans, utensils, cooking oil and basic spices. It's very close to the MRT station. We will be back again.

very nice stay. close to ximen train station. walkable to all stores and food. easy accessible. Place is very spacious. only thing to remember is to empty the humidifier every night before sleep as it may overfill and during the daytime. it's very humid in Taiwan. thank you for the stay.

We had a lovely stay at Namsan-Artmonstay. The staff were friendly, the place had a really cute cafe and it was at a great location walkable from the subway station. Thank you ^^

Had a wonderful stay, Phillips is the perfect host. The place was so clean and he even stocked it with toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, and more; even some fruits and drinks in the fridge. I had everything I needed, from dishes to towels to laundry liquid. He always responded instantly to any messages I sent and during the big earthquake he had messaged me within a few minutes to make sure I was okay. Upon check-in he was waiting outside the apartment to greet me and proceeded to show me everything I needed to know, including how to work the washing machine. Everything in the apartment was functioning correctly and most things were brand new. I recommend this place to anyone coming to Taipei, especially students as it's a 5 minute walk to NTNU. Phillips really goes out of his way to do everything he can to make your stay as good as it can be, 5*

I was there for 7N. The loft was really amazing. It was clean and well maintained, the service also was on point. Sudeep was kind enough to let us extend our stay, we had a late check-out as well. I really loved the stay here it felt homely. It is closer to the tourists spots as well but in a quiet locality, the view from the apartment is amazing and would book it again when I'm in Sikkim again. Overall I'd rate it a 10/10 and would definitely recommend this stay!

Very cozy cute space. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful. Had placed a hamper with munchies and softdrink/ juice which was very thoughtful . Had all the required amenities.

The best deal, food & location in Taichung. The owner Tim provided very generous discount for a month stay. It saved me a lot of money that provides good budget to enjoy all the super yummy food in town. The elevator building is very private. My cozy apartment was a great home away from home. Perfect living space for a backpack traveler. Close to the metro station for high speed train system, all 4 major bus transport stations to anywhere in the island. Department stores, & the famous night market are in walking distance. During my stay, the weather was unexpectedly extraordinarily cold in this part of sub-tropical island. Tim provides me extra blanket that is so fluffy and clean. The washer is located in the same floor I stayed. Super convenient to take care of the dirty laundry. Can’t ask for a better place to stay in such small budget.

Mon séjour de longue durée s’est très bien passé. L’hôte était très réactif à la moindre demande :) J’étais dans le toit donc en été il faisait un peu chaud mais il y a la climatisation. La salle de bain est un peu petite et étroite mais on s’habitue. Tout le nécessaire de base est fourni avec le logement. De plus il est dans un quartier qui donne l’accès facilement partout dans Séoul, tout en étant un peu reculé dans une rue très calme. Je recommande ce logement !

We stayed here in November 2024. Both the Owner Sailik and the manager Joydeep are very helpful and friendly. They were ready to help and the apartment was very clean with good privacy. The main roads are outside the housing block and therefore it was comfortable to sleep with less noise . There is a big balcony to dry clothes etc. The balcony can be improved and made attractive with green plants and flowering pots. In the bath room, at present there is no fast flow of water on the floor, which needs to be improved. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay very much. I will recommend this to all who like to have more than just a hotel room. GS Road is very close and one can get bus from there to any place.

房東很友善，會幫忙佔停車位和推薦附近美食，也有贈送在地農產品。房間有點舊，沒有電視機，有家的感覺，房源需要爬坡，但可以看到海，推薦大家假日來放鬆。
