We had a wonderful time staying at Lorraine’s place, She is a super host guided us really well. We got a free upgrade to an appartementen which itself a great experience. Worth visiting and will 100% coming pack.

I spent a month at Anna and Mario’s place because I was an exchange medical student at University Hospital Crosshouse. Mario and Anna are a lovely couple and nice persons, very kind and polite as hosts. I felt welcomed and even though I only rented a room I was able to freely use all the common areas, that is to say, kitchen which was excellent for cooking, washing machine, etc. Wi Fi worked excellent. The apartment is located in a very quiet zone, 2 km away from city centre, and is right next to 2 bus stops. There’s free parking outside if you are planning to rent a car. Convenience store right below the apartment with a lot of variety. 30 min away from Crosshouse Hospital by bus I would definitely stay again if I happen to be back in Scotland.

Stayed at this property while working in Glasgow for 4 nights and what can I say. It was a lovely and clean and provided all the necessities. Spacious living area with TV/entertainment with patio area looking out across the park. Beautiful decking area with small firepit which was very peaceful on a night time. Felt like I was on holiday every night after work. Bed were extremely comfortable providing a good nights sleep. Host was also responsive and left a clear list of instructions on how to get to and inside of the property and we had no problems at all. Great place to stay if your in the area and would highly recommend!

My partner and I had a lovely, relaxing stay. 2 seconds away from the beach & a lovely children’s park & no more than a 5 minute walk from the town. It’s a perfect space for two people and we had everything we needed.

Great location. Clean, comfortable and well appointed flat. Was ideal for a short work trip. Only thing was that I don't think I was provided with the flat number until I phoned the Pillow Partners helpline (the helpline staff were also very helpful). Also I found the description of where the lockbox was confusing. Otherwise no issues, would stay again

What a great place to stay; the view is stunning, so relaxing. I requested to stay longer but someone else beat me to it unfortunately; I should imagine this property is very popular. Richard was a fantastic host and couldn't do more to be helpful. Many thanks.

I've got the pleasure of highly recommending this charming, beautiful, luxurious, spacious and comfortable Airbnb. It's even better than the photos! The place was immaculate and well kept. It has a great, big kitchen with plenty of cupboards, easy to use washing machine, microwave and cooker with both fan and conventional ovens. It has everything you need for cooking. The lounge has beautiful comfy sofas and a large screen TV with over 200 channels to watch plus a movie channel and YouTube. Fast WiFi. A pleasant bathroom with a new walk in shower. Places for toiletries. I loved the two bedrooms that have super comfortable beds, duvet and pillows. Also lots of wardrobes. I loved the fact that it's very quiet, private and I felt safe. It's ground floor and a short walk to the beach and Ayr town or a 5 minute drive. Supermarkets are also close by. The location is perfect. The owner Kashif is very friendly and helpful and is available 24/7. I will definitely be returning!

A very nice place to stay. Looks exactly like pics. Hazel was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended.

The flat is immaculately clean and tidy. No unnecessary clutter. Fresh fruit, flower, milk and prosecco were great touches. Access and parking is easy. The area is a regenerated dick area - hence 4 stars for location but views acrois the river Ayr and watching the tides are great. It is quiet and undisturbed and you can walk to some restaurants nearby. i would have booked again but there was no availability sadly!

Lesley was a welcoming, kind and friendly host. Everything was perfect in the apartment and exactly as described. It was helpful to have her living on site as she could assist us with any issues immediately; especially with bad weather warnings and giving directions and tips about the area. She was flexible with the checkout times due to the snow which helped us alot. She facilitated our pet cat very well. We are grateful to her for sharing her beautiful home so warmly and generously. We highly recommend this location as its beautiful and would come again. We give Lesley a full, 5 star thumbs up for her impeccable service. Thanks!

Lorraine’s place was great, big living space and comfortable beds with an apartment full of great amenities. 9 of us across 2 apartments was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again. 5/5

I booked on behalf of two workers who had a brilliant stay. Lorraine is a brilliant host, super helpful and quick to communicate.
