Was a great place to stop - beautiful scenery off the porch, made our own dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great spot!

Enjoyed the historical ambience! Baking was delicious! Bill was very responsive and friendly. We have enjoyed seeing the Rast Cape.

The home was well presented, loved that she used eco products. The host had thought of everything to make our stay an enjoyable stress free stay. It was very family friendly with games, books etc provided for the children. Overall this is an outstanding home and will definitely book again. Thanks Jemma

Jaye and Brent helped us out when we got stuck on the beach above and beyond. Also gave us fresh fish the first night awesome. We loved them and the lodge so much we stayed an extra night. Thanks for having us! On arrival we were incredibly surprised by the beach being almost at the door step was able to experience the sunset and the sunrise with only a 2 minute walk (if that) which was priceless! The place itself was comfortable from the warm greeting on arrival, the amenities, the bed and the lovely hosts! Was a wonderful stay, thanks again!

Bronwyn’s place was perfect for an overnight stay while travelling the East Cape and would also be perfect for a longer stay. It is private, peaceful, well equipped and has lots of fun things to do if you are keen.

Top place to stay at Tolaga Bay. Very well presented and maintained by the hosts. Everything you could need by way of facilities and amenities. Private and quiet.

We had a splendid time at Hayley's lovely spot. It is the perfect place to relax in a quiet and beautiful part of Aotearoa. The horses were friendly (particularly the white one!) Hayley is an excellent host; friendly, knowledgeable and a good communicator, we couldn't have been happier with our stay.

A really peaceful and beautiful place to stay. A warm welcome by the host and the dog. So much history in the area and very friendly people. Loved it. Great meals at the local hotel.
