We got very lucky; finding Rosie and the condo in an awesome community. A great view from the condo and a short walk to the beach, pool, tennis courts, and 2 great restaurants. Good snorkeling in your back yard. They also have rentals for kayaks and other water sports. The condo was very clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Rosie's recommendations on Captain Charters, Driver, and where to hang out were first class. A must do is to rent a boat w Captain to go snorkeling and view the islands from the water. We were there the weekend of the College Football and NFL playoffs. We figured out how to stream the games on our laptop. We wanted to watch on the TV; but needed a HDMI cable to do so. Rosie had one delivered within 45 minutes of the request. Awesome! 5 - 10 minutes from Redhook stores and restaurants and other marinas. You can walk to the Ritz across the street and get a day pass for a change of scenery. A great spot and great host! Thank you!

Shawn’s place was nothing short of amazing! We booked it for our honeymoon, and it was fantastic! The private pool was super nice, the shower was amazing, and it was walkable distance to the beautiful Sapphire beach. Shawn was also very helpful in recommendations for things to do around the area.

This was a great stay. Marie was incredibly responsive and helpful. The place has a beautiful view and the walk to Sapphire Beach was an easy five minutes. The staff at Sudi's, directly across the parking lot, was also friendly and informative, furthering the overall feeling of being a friendly and safe community.

Bert's place was pristine and very comfortable, and exactly as pictured. Point Pleasant resort is quiet and lovely. The two on-site restaurants are great and the pools were good. The unit is very close to the Hilltop pool which we had mostly to ourselves. You are also in close driving range to 3 beaches--Lindquist, Magen's Bay and Sapphire, each of which has its own special qualities. Go to Pangea for dinner just a mile or two down the road. It's an easy walk to Margaritaville next door. Red Hook is nearby for groceries and more restaurants. Bert's place is not great if you have mobility challenges. We're in our 50s and in good shape but we found the steepness of the property daunting at times. And while the views are lovely, you are also close to a truck depot and a main road. It can get pretty noisy during the day. None of these were dealbreakers for us, just surprises. We had insight into the daily life of this wonderful island and how they're rebuilding from past hurricanes.

YES! yes, yes, yes - stay here. We would absolutely come right back to this spot if/when we return to St. Thomas. Gorgeous view, comfortable bed, clean space, loved the balcony, LOVED having all of the beach/snorkel gear (!!!). Kimberly's communication was top notch - everything from booking to checkout. There were two power outages on the island while we were there and Kimberly reached out to me to check-in to see if everything was okay. I feel like her communication and recommendations went above and beyond my other AirBnB experiences. My husband and I were incredibly satisfied with our whole experience. It was sad to leave! Most of our days were spent exploring different beaches, but for those who like to stay put, the pool and convenient restaurant on the property would be great for you, too. We absolutely loved staying here! We just wanted a nice relaxing place on the beach. This location was awesome! The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded. The unit was updated, super clean & spacious. Also very close to many places to eat that had great food. We even booked an excursion that left from the Sapphire Marina just a 10min walk away. Amazing experience! (Breakaway) Host were always very responsive to our questions no matter what time we sent message. Would we stay here again? Absolutely YES! Note: There is no laundry in the unit but there is one on the property.

Great, special place unique to the island. What a treasure. Tons of space. Loved the deck, hot tub, design, high ceilings, rustic vibe, open showers, and beautiful plants. Not sure the bean bag works as a queen bed, but all the other rooms and beds were cozy and spacious. Perfect for a group who doesn't mind an open layout. The tiny home is great for a single adult and small child who needs their own area and is okay with an outdoor bathroom. We rented this as a wedding party and had no trouble getting taxis (a must), others had a car rental which helped. Fun times! Thank you!

This peaceful, private, and very clean studio apartment has its own entrance facing the ocean underneath the main house. Morning coffee lounging on the big, cushioned chairs and evening dinners at the cafe table on the covered patio taking in the panoramic views of the beaches below, mountains rising up out of the sea, and St. John across the water was incredibly relaxing. See Aaron's Guidebook for recommendations for a supermarket in Red Hook for bottled water and groceries, and, a local rental car company which we used (pick up/drop off at the airport was super convenient; having a rental car over paying exorbitant taxi rates is the way to go). Would like to mention the full kitchen is awesome; it is well-stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishes. We found the bed comfortable, slept great. There is a mini split and ceiling fans for climate control. The walk-in shower is really nice. Enjoyed being in touch with Aaron and Amanda. This is an Airbnb we highly recommend.

The home and the host were amazing. We owned an AirB&B & stay in them all the time, this was by far our best experience. From the fresh flowers on the counter, to the stunning view, beautifully decorated home, to the home being very clean (and I’m Picky about cleanliness) everything was perfection. I was very nervous planning this trip as we had never been to St. Thomas, but this home made this our best trip ever. They also have a concierge that was extremely helpful. We also appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked to cook a few nights in so we didn’t have to go out to eat all the time. There is also a very organized tray of sunscreen that they leave for use if guests have leftovers. This is something that meant a lot to us, upon arrival to have some reef safe sunscreen to use right away. We replenished what we used, but so thoughtful. We watched the boats go by on the water, read by the pool and had a cozy dinners. TY for memories for our family that will last a lifetime.
