Renta de lofts vacacionales en Flandes Oriental

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable en este espacio. Zona muy tranquila y bonita. A unos pasos de una parada de transporte. Thierry siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestra instancia. Nos volveríamos a quedar sin duda!

Excellent apartment with very friendly hosts.

L'apartament de Maarten i Veerle està en un lloc molt tranquil però molt a prop dels llocs que teníem previst visitar. Tot està en molt bones condicions amb tot allò necessari, des de sabó de plats fins a vinagre per a les amanides. Hoste molt atent, de resposta ràpida i solucions a problemes domèstics. Llibre d’instruccions súper bé. La cambra de bany és molt espaiosa però té l'inconvenient que has de baixar tres o quatre esglaons per a accedir-hi, i una porta una mica baixa. Ens va agradar molt i els vam agrair en persona, trobar-nos un petit regal de benvinguda a la nevera.

Jennifer was very thoughtful and communicative. Since I was visiting end of September she made sure that I was warm enough; offering me more blankets and even moving me to warmer room. Their home is beautifully decorated and close to the train station (about a 7-10 minute walk.) I enjoyed staying there as it was a quiet, safe place to come back to but still very close to the train station and the main center of Brussels; so, it was easy to explore Brussels and the rest of Belgium

This apartment is super spacious and really comfortable. The balcony is terrific, with amazing views of the church steeple an clock tower (beautifully lit at night). Could not have found a better location with public transportation/street cars just steps from the front door. Step outside and wander on foot to all the major attractions. The TV projector was a bonus feature - the super large "screen" made watching Formula 1 races (which we never miss) extra exciting! We really enjoyed the sounds of the church bells - immersed us in the history of the place with a volume equal to that of wind-chimes hanging on a front porch. Above all, Nayibe and Dirk were wonderful hosts - super responsive and supportive. Two items of note: earlier reviews mentioned thin drapes in the bedroom. There has been an upgrade since then as during our stay there were blackout curtains installed which kept the bedroom nice and dark. Also, there is a sliding door separating the bathroom from the bedroom.

Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay, it’s perfectly situated and ideal for a long weekend! We would definitely come back!

Everything is just like how it's written in the description. Jennifer was always friendly, and her lovely son Quentin was a great friend for us. I even want to visit Quentin at some point! They share their living are with you, so please always follow the rules! I wouild like to add, in the mornings, it's impossinle to keep sleeping after 9, bcs there's always some sort of noise. The house has a silence rule between 22.00-08.00, so this was fine, but if you plan to rest and sleep until 10 or 11 am, this is quite impossible. Keep it in your mind, and enjoy the holiday! Herman is een vriendelijke host die graag verteld over zijn hobby's. bij aankomst hebben wij gezellig iets gedronken met Herman en wat gebabbeld. De loft is ruim en je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. langs de tuin kan je rechtstreeks op het jaagpad om te wandelen of fietsen. vanaf het terras heb je ook een prachtig zicht op het water. op een mooie dag zie je dan ook veel mensen passeren langs het water.

We really enjoyed our stay - the loft was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. We didn’t stay that long but for longer stays it has a dishwasher, washer, and dryer and lots of cooking utensils. Highly recommend if you are looking for a home base in Gent!

Studio très agréable, décoré avec goût, très propre et avec une courette sympathique dans un quartier qui peut surprendre sur le coup, mais très calme et à proximité des bus qui vous emmène dans le centre. Je recommande vivement.

La casa és meravellosa i perfectament equipada. No hi faltava res. Molt ben situada si et mous amb cotxe. Bones vistes i lloc tranquil. La casa està bellament decorada, extraordinàriament còmoda, nova, cuidada, neta. Filip i Annick foren molt amables i atents. Sempre disposats a ajudar-nos en tot el que li demanàvem referent a la planificació del nostre viatge. Smooth stay and very easy communication with Sophie. Good to know that the 2 single beds are in the children’s bed rooms and that one of them is a bunk bed (so less suitable for older people). Happy to stay at Sophie’s again in the future!

This place was perfect for our family of 6. We are a middle-aged couple traveling with our four nieces/nephews ("niblings") who are all in their early/mid-twenties. The niblings stayed in the upstairs where there is a private bedroom with king bed and 3 other beds in the lofted area. The bathroom is a bit exposed, but they worked it out together. The middle level was a living space that we enjoyed together over games and movies in the evenings. The downstairs was perfect for us to have our own bedroom and access to the very nice second bathroom. Overall the place has a lot of character and stairs (quite steep!). The place was walking distance to the downtown and heated up nicely (however the ground level stayed quite cold) for our early January stay. Myriam was very responsive and accommodating. This place is best for people who like open space and are okay with some reductions in privacy if you're a larger group (i.e. more than 5 people). Hard for anyone with accessibility needs

Geweldig verblijf! Het uitzicht is adembenemend, in werkelijkheid zelfs nog mooier dan op de foto’s! We hebben enorm genoten van de prachtige stad en de sfeervolle accommodatie. Alles was goed verzorgd, en het was heerlijk om hier tot rust te komen. Een kleine opmerking: de keuken had iets schoner gekund en de ramen verdienen een opfrisbeurt, maar dit deed zeker geen afbreuk aan onze geweldige ervaring. Absoluut een aanrader!

Superbe appartement moderne, spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. L’immeuble était très calme. Super d’avoir un parking. La communication avec dieter était facile, il était très réactif !
