Sofia’s place it’s a nice cozy apartment situated in the Jogjakarta resort just in front the beach of Kuta. The apartment comes with all the equipment for cooking you meal and with an important plus, a great collection of dvd movie. The mattress is very comfortable as hotel standards and the aircon works well. We will definitely come back here again!

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Everything was as advertised, the two bedrooms were really spacious and comfortable. There is a daily cleaning service by the staff, keeping it remarkably clean, making it a very pleasant stay. The baths are modern and of gargantuan size for the condo as a whole, which is a nice bonus. The only minor inconvenience is that there is no ac in the common room, only two ceiling fans, leading to some increased temperatures around noon, but you can circumvent this by keeping the bedroom doors open. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay for the quiet surroundings, easy access to the beach and downtown Kuta and Seminyak. Well worth the trip.

The apartment is in an excellent location. Two hundred meters walk from Jl Werkudara and Jl Padma Utara. There is a huge selection of shopping, restaurants and sports bars to chose from in both locations. In the other direction you will find the beach. It's also a 5 minute walk to the main road in the other direction. Despite the convenient location, the apartment was quiet at night. No noise from the bars and clubs, which is a rarity for the neighbourhood. Within the laneway there is excellent local food at Warung Mimpi and Komang's corner sells cheaper drinks than the mini mart. There is also a cheap laundry a few doors down. The WiFi was good enough for zoom calls most of the time. I did have to hot spot to my phone at times though. Highly recommended.

Pasamos una noche en el alojamiento de Andre y si hubiéramos podido nos hubiéramos quedado más tiempo. Más que cumplir con nuestras expectativas, las superó con creces: limpio, espacioso, agradable, camas muy cómodas, cuidado.... Respecto a la ubicación, llegamos por la noche y pensé que estabamos alejados de todo y cuando salimos a cenar, nos dimos cuenta que no era así. La carretera que da acceso al alojamiento es adecuada para ir por la noche. No nos pareció tan oscura como leímos en alguna crítica, pero es una opinión personal. Si tenéis la oportunidad, alojaros!! Es un lugar ideal para familias o un grupo de amigos/as.

I travel quite a bit, but have only stayed in a handful of AirBnb's because I generally prefer a hotel experience. This was the best of both worlds! The room was beautiful with a really nice view of the beach. There are two patios, and either is perfect for relaxing with a book, dining, or watching the sunset. There is a small cooking area, but cooking isn't really necessary because the hotel restaurant offers many delicious food options with room service, if you like. There are also many, restaurants within walking distance, and Grab food delivery is always an option as well. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful, and housekeeping cleans the room daily, including washing any dirty dishes you may have in the sink. If I had to make a suggestion for improvement, it would be to consider placing a microwave in the kitchen area. I brought back some leftovers one night and had to reheat them on the small twin burner stove, which was not very fast or convenient. Highly recommend!

Stayed at this villa as two families of 5 and 3 had a great time nice clean villa tucked away from the busy streets but still close enough to walk for plenty of shopping and great restaurants, Joel and his co-host Mr Dewa were very quick to respond to any questions we had, Mr Dewa was also available via phone at any time we needed. Cleaning staff were very friendly Egik in particular was very polite and respectful and always up for a good friendly chat and always helping with any issues or recommendations for days out and great restaurants.

This villa was fantastic for our stay with 2 couples + 2 young kids. The hosts are amazing and were so incredibly accommodating to our needs. The only thing I’ll mention if you have young kids is the concrete stairs do not have a railing and are steep. But pascale arranged a baby gate at the bottom and also helped en arrange pool fencing and a cot to make things easy. They had an incident where the internet was cut and pascale was all over it and found us a replacement instantly. Absolute fantastic hosts and great villa. Would stay again. Walking distance through a short cut to the beach was good for prams etc

The villa looked exactly like the pictures! It has parking space for a car, although it might be a bit challenging to park due to the narrow alley. However, it's within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Additionally, it's close to a night market where you can buy local foods.

I stayed in this beautiful billa during nyepi and it was an amazing experience. The Villa is spacious, clean and has a nice kitchen, equipped wirh everything you need. Highlight is definitely the pool area and the very comfy bed.

Incredible stay! Extremely private yet just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The place looks exactly like the photos—huge, spacious, and instantly feels like home. The pool is large and very clean, perfect for relaxing. Everything was well-maintained, and the location makes it easy to explore Sanur on foot. Also, the host was amazing—even when I accidentally broke the keys, they quickly arranged a locksmith to help me out. Highly recommended!

My partner and I spent a few nights at 4 Angels, before arrival Anton shared with us many details about how to find the house. The place is spacious, tidy, clean and with a beautiful garden including cocunut trees (that can be harvested upon request!) ;) Anton is extremelly friendly and helped us a lot to find activities based on what he understood we like, which is something we really appreciated. The suggestions were spot on. The position is on top of the "main road" which is only a plus since it is a very quite place (lots of pricacy) and through the road is possible to directly access every direction. The house is located close to many points of interest, only 25 minutes away from the capital, very close to the port of Bangsal and surrounded with beautiful nature, animals and very nice surfs spots (for beginners). We stayed at this villa for 3 days, and it was amazing. The villa is in very good condition, very pretty and close to restaurants, the beach and Finn's. We wished we have stayed longer, will come back!

We had a good stay at Davids place. Located in a nice resort complex next to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Everything was as advertised. Good wifi. No outside noise from nearby bars. I'd stay again.

Our second time here… love the apartment and location. We felt right at home having stayed last year here too. Being able to use the pool at the hotel next door is great… the staff are really nice… and you can’t beat the location…. So close to the beach and great restaurants - yet it is such a peaceful location in a quiet alleyway.

The accomodation was better than what I expected and it surpassed my expectations. The grounds were constantly being maintained and every few days, the staff would clean my room. The host shared suggested places to eat that were all highly rated and within walking distance. The location was also very peaceful and surrounded by nature sounds. For the standard of the accommodation and the area, I'm still surprised at what I paid. I highly recommend this place.

This has become my go-to place when I’m in town. The main reason is Sri, one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She’s always there to help me out if I need anything.

Simply a great option for your money. it's worth every cent. The apartments are located in the Oakwood complex with its own swimming pool, complex reception, security and maintenance of the surrounding area. The territory has rules prohibiting smoking in the pool area, the pool has its own 4 sun loungers in a slightly tired state. Despite the small number of sun loungers, we did not encounter any problems with the location, since the guests of the complex practically do not use their own pool due to the proximity of the beaches and the low occupancy of the complex itself. The complex itself is a single completed building which consisting of 3 buildings at all. 2 buildings of the complex are idle. In the apartment you will find all kitchen utensils, bathroom accessories, a private terrace on the ground floor and all the necessary services within walking distance. The owner is always in touch and organizational issues are resolved quickly, friendly and efficiently.

Elshinta is a great host and very responsive. The Airbnb itself is located inside the Jayakarta Bali Resort which is a great place. Right next to the beach, great pools, restaurant and bar. Easy to self check-in.

Sari made it very easy to find and had great communication for check in and a very helpful booklet about the apartment and surrounding areas felt like home straight away. A neat little hideaway surprisingly quiet for its location. Just a short walk from the beach and close to some really nice spots highly recommend sari and the apartment will stay again.
