Antika is a first class host. She was highly responsive and helpful. Her villa is easily accessible, clean and tidy with restaurants, supermarket and laundromat located nearby. A value for money accommodation!

Stayed at this villa as two families of 5 and 3 had a great time nice clean villa tucked away from the busy streets but still close enough to walk for plenty of shopping and great restaurants, Joel and his co-host Mr Dewa were very quick to respond to any questions we had, Mr Dewa was also available via phone at any time we needed. Cleaning staff were very friendly Egik in particular was very polite and respectful and always up for a good friendly chat and always helping with any issues or recommendations for days out and great restaurants.

Schon beim Betreten des Anwesens wurden wir von einem traumhaft schönen Garten begrüßt, der mit einer Vielfalt an exotischen Früchten und Pflanzen verzaubert. Der kleine Swimmingpool genossen wir für tägliche Entspannung. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Karin und Made, die mit ihrer herzlichen Art unseren Aufenthalt zu einem echten Wohlfühlerlebnis gemacht haben. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit hervorragend, und wir fühlten uns rundum willkommen. Ebenso möchten wir Ketut hervorheben – eine unglaublich liebenswürdige und fürsorgliche Person. Sie stand uns stets mit wertvollen Tipps zur Seite und hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. Dieses Gästehaus ist ein wahrer Geheimtipp den ich jederzeit empfehlen darf.

Great little villa with a very nice pool. Really clean and beautiful! If you are not accustomed to noise bring ear plugs for sleeping. Great location near all the shops you need. Felt safe and secure too.

Kadek was a nice host and very responsive. Helped out with all minor issues we had during the stay. He also helped us to book tickets to go to Gili Air - great hospitality!

This place is an absolute GEM ! The location is close to alot activities and restaurants and walkable . The Villa is in pristine condition. Everything looks new. The Bathroom had great hot water, amazing water pressure, amazing lighting with a skylight that brings in a lot of natural light during the day. The bedroom is perfectly designed, has a lot of bedside outlets. The blackout curtains blocked out tons of light when we wanted to sleep in. The outdoor kitchen has an high quality water filter that puts out ice cold water or hot water and a full sized fridge. This Airbnb was serviced everyday with fresh towels, which was a highlight. The pool is in excellent condition, along with all of the patio furniture. I got amazing pictures poolside The Villas staff are beyond helpful and amazing caretakers of the property. They do offer flower pools and floating breakfast. And I do think the property has breakfast available everyday I would absolutely stay here agin 10/10

lovely house in a Balinese family compound. very clean and quiet (so quiet that we ended up over sleeping!) the host is very responsive, they came over immediately for 1-2 queries we had. the floating breakfast is a beautiful touch — simple, tasty and enough for 2 people with sandwiches, fruit, coffee and juice. value for money! thank you for your hospitality.

An amazing villa in a family home surrounded by rice terraces. We had everything we needed and Eni and family couldn’t have been more helpful with scooter hire and anything else we needed in the villa! The photos don’t do it justice, would 100% recommend to get out of the hustle and bustle of Ubud.

We absolutely loved our stay at Deni's place and will definitely be recommending it to anyone we know visiting Bali. The place was exactly as described and Deni was a responsive host. We made good use of the local recommendations and the driver, Raka, and the Wayans (who look after the villa) were kind and helpful. We had an electrical problem during our stay and Mr Wayan came around immediately to help us out and an electrician was arranged for the next day. I highly recommend Deni's place to anyone visiting Seminyak.

This villa was fantastic for our stay with 2 couples + 2 young kids. The hosts are amazing and were so incredibly accommodating to our needs. The only thing I’ll mention if you have young kids is the concrete stairs do not have a railing and are steep. But pascale arranged a baby gate at the bottom and also helped en arrange pool fencing and a cot to make things easy. They had an incident where the internet was cut and pascale was all over it and found us a replacement instantly. Absolute fantastic hosts and great villa. Would stay again. Walking distance through a short cut to the beach was good for prams etc

Putu ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Er hat auf alle unsere Bitten schnell und zuvorkommend reagiert. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sie ist ruhig und sehr privat gelegen. Das Bett ist gemütlich und der Ausblick ins Grüne phantastisch. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit eines späten Auscheckens, was vor einer langen Rückreise toll war. Vielen lieben Dank auch an Juni für die frischen Blumen.

I habe stayed in many airbnbs but this was the best airbnb experience I have ever had. Anna went above and beyond to provide an exceptional stay for my friend and I. She booked our airport transfer and even showed up at the airport when we arrived. She showed us around the villa, which was just as pictured. The rooms are really nice, the aircon worked great in the rooms, and we had everything we needed. As the listing stated, you can hear the nightclubs nearby, but that was the appeal to my group. We walked to Finns and Atlas for our nights out. You can hear the bass of the music at night but it was not that loud and did not bother us. We loved being so close to the clubs! Anna help setup all of our excursions and tours as well. We couldn't have asked for a better stay or host. If you are debating on staying here, you should book!

вилла нам понравилась, было очень уютно и комфортно для жизни. на кухне было все необходимое для приготовления еды (даже маленькая духовка) уборка была каждый день. Очень удачное расположение, до пляжа пешком 10 мин Хочу отметить невероятную отзывчивость хозяйки. Всем рекомендую эту виллу.

There were some technical issues at the property and we got upgraded, we loved the place though, it’s comfy and the location is just perfect. Brio’s team helped us 24/7 and very responsive. All the amenities are great and they’re lovely.

The villa is beautiful and comfortable with a great pool and garden. It is very private and peaceful. Accommodation is comfortable with a great bed and good linen. Kitchen well supplied. Wayan, the caretaker, is very helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions. He organized a scooter to rent and we hired him for local tours and airport transfer. Made the stay very easy. We are keen to go back.

It was a great stay. The only minor issue was the pool water was a bit salty. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

This was a very comfortable and welcoming space with boats available to answer any questions and help arrange things like transportation and laundry. It was so kind and helpful of them to set up a car pickup from the airport, and they kept the space beautiful and clean with every other day cleaning. This level of service went above and beyond and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and impeccable hospitality from our hosts. Highly recommended!!

This peaceful place was an amazing space. Had great areas for relaxing, quite pool and located away from the main street but close enough to walk everywhere. The host were sensational, always checking in on you but giving you space when you need it. Would recommend this spot for a few mates, or a couple to relax but be close to the action.

My partner and I spent a few nights at 4 Angels, before arrival Anton shared with us many details about how to find the house. The place is spacious, tidy, clean and with a beautiful garden including cocunut trees (that can be harvested upon request!) ;) Anton is extremelly friendly and helped us a lot to find activities based on what he understood we like, which is something we really appreciated. The suggestions were spot on. The position is on top of the "main road" which is only a plus since it is a very quite place (lots of pricacy) and through the road is possible to directly access every direction. The house is located close to many points of interest, only 25 minutes away from the capital, very close to the port of Bangsal and surrounded with beautiful nature, animals and very nice surfs spots (for beginners). Villa Batu Sisi was a wonderful home for our family of five for a month. The staff (the original crew since opening in 2009), are darling. So sweet and unobtrusive. Our kids loved them too. The pool is great. It was very quiet and private. We all slept well. The garden is absolutely gorgeous, and the house had all we needed. All questions or issues were resolved promptly by the team. Would HIGHLY recommend the in-house chef!! We had Wayan and her assistant come 4 times. The kids loved helping in the kitchen, and the food was delicious. They even took us to the market to buy ingredients for our meal one week. What an experience!!! Internet and AC worked great the whole time. Would highly recommend and would stay again! Our only issue was not having much to walk to, but it was Ramadan so maybe there is usually more open???
