Highly recommended. Barbara was a gracious and knowledgeable host. The flat was well equipped, well positioned if you prefer access to the city without being in it and very comfortable and well presented. We would return - which says it all.

Me and my daughter stayed here for two nights recently, to attend a local wedding. Vicky went beyond what was expected of a host. The dwelling was decor throughout to a very high standard and was very welcoming with some very personal touches . Personally I struggle to sleep with the road traffic noise on the front of the house, but my daughter Absolutely love staying there and we come back again as would I . Thank you very much Vicky, I would say Beeswing Airbnb is the best todate I have stayed in .

Warm welcome, beautiful surroundings, peaceful short break. Host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable by putting the log burner on before we arrived as it was a cold day. Amazing breakfast.

Wonderful short stay and the perfect base for a travel stop as we went on to the Highlands.. We arrived to some thoughtful welcome items of milk,bread, butter, cereals, and jam - thank you David. We stayed for 3 nights to visit relatives in Edinburgh and Falkirk and we were most comfortable and warm. Easy check in and check out - a beautiful Home with a really interesting history. Really enjoyed visiting The Kelpies in the day and the evening. Recommend visiting the palace and going on a barge on the grand Union canal with the local volunteers who were really knowledgeable & seeing the Falkirk wheel in action! The Boardwalk restaurant near the Falkirk wheel is well worth booking! Food was lovely.

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

Loved staying here and Marie was the best host. The house was just outside of the main part of the city which made for peaceful evenings and the bus stop was less than a minute walk away and so easy to buy tickets. We did the whole week trip using public transportation and walked to the grocery store around the corner. Marie gave us all the information we needed on how to navigate the city what was nearby and even offered to call us our taxis on departure day. Marie was such a sweet and thoughtful host and the house was so cozy and comfortable for our party of 7 (2 adults 2 seniors and 3 kids 10 and under) if we ever have the chance to make it back to Edinburgh we won’t stay anywhere else!

Emily and Nick's apartment in Edinburgh's Old Town, in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle and moments away from Victoria Street, is the perfect location to explore the best parts of Edinburgh. The apartment is Perfectly appointed, pristine, with beautiful views. Emily and Nick were extremely responsive and Nick met us at the apartment to give us a walkthrough and help with our luggage! Would 100% recommend this to anyone we know traveling to Edinburgh!

David certainly put a lot of care into this space keeping all age ranges in mind. The flat was open, spacious and super clean. He has everything you need including tea,coffee &hot chocolate, cereal, oatmeal, bread,jam and a pint of milk. Beds are comfortable. There is a washer and dryer (so nice to have). David was responsive within 5 mins of any of my questions and was proactive in welcoming me to Edinburgh with info and codes needed for check in. Public transportation close by ( less than 10 mins). There are 3 flights of stairs but easy to climb and the view of the castle is spectacular. If ever in Edinburgh again, I would certainly stay again and recommend to friends visiting as well. Thank you David for providing a comfortable and safe place to unwind after lots of sightseeing.

We had a wondeful weekend in Edinburgh and the apartment did not disappoint. The location is ideal, close enough to the main sites, but still private and quiet. Paul left some essentials in the apartment, which was much appreciated. The apartment felt bigger than on the pictures and had great touches, from original features to modernised fixtures.

James’ place is perfect for a long stay. We had 6 nights and the apartment is well appointed, feels welcoming and homely and so close to everything you might want to see. We had a lovely stay in this beautiful city.. and the weather was sunny every day!

Wonderful apartment in a central location, convenient for everything Edinburgh has to offer. Parking on-site was an added bonus. Bernard was an excellent host; we would definitely stay again.

The flat is in what felt like a youthful, vibrant part of town, so not as picturesque as central Edinburgh, but with some great (and good value) local restaurants, and close to the water at Leith. The flat itself is ideal for 2 with a full kitchen and comfortable bedroom and lounge, and even though it's by quite a busy road and in a fairly large building, we found it quiet and bright. It's also extremely conveniently located close to the tram, which we used a lot, and to Tescos. Our host was very helpful throughout.

Thoroughly enjoyed my two-week stay. Jennet was the consummate host: Friendly and attentive, with breakfast in the morning. Beautiful flat within easy walking distance of downtown Edinburgh. Peut-être reviendrons nous un jour à Édimbourg, cette belle capitale, et à ce moment, n’hésiterons pas une seconde pour retourner chez Katrina que nous embrassons bien fort . The perfect little cottage within walking distance to everything! And John was the perfect host! His entire family worked as a team to insure our stay was amazing. They communicated well, always had great recommendations, and provided everything we could possibly need. This cottage is so close to EVERYTHING! I can’t stress this enough. There’s a GREAT restaurant, quaint little shops, a bakery, a convenience store, local attractions, etc. literally across the street. And I’ll add, while the cottage is central to everything, just off the main road, it’s sooooo quiet. You can’t go wrong booking John’s place!

Super adresse quand on veut visiter Édimbourg qui est à 15 minutes en voiture. La chambre était propre, salle de bain attenante petite mais fonctionnel. Lit de bonne qualité. Et petit déjeuner super. Je recommande l'adresse !

Our family of four had an amazing stay in Berwick, Caroline and Stewart were fabulous hosts. We absolutely loved the property and we all loved the breakfasts (the freshly baked bread was a lovely touch). The view from the first floor lounge area over the Tweed and the Royal Border Viaduct was mesmerizing. There were games and toys for the kids which was an added bonus. The property is within walking distance of the high street and all Berwick has to offer. We would love to stay again one day. Thanks again!
