Our large family stayed here for Christmas and I cannot say enough good things. The house was in such a great location with beautiful views of the golf course from the backyard. The outdoor space was absolutely wonderful, we enjoyed the fire pit at night. The amenities in the house were just a fantastic! Plenty of space and updated. To top it off they had gone the extra mile to decorate for Christmas which made it even more magical. Check in was simple and check out wasn't overly complicated. The hosts communicated well and made us feel so at home. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Hadonica’s place was great felt right at home very responsive and very very accommodating to my needs. Hadonica made my trip to Memphis way less stressful and anytime im in Memphis i would only liked to be hosted by Hadonica!

We selected this beautiful home because of its size and proximity to relatives in the neighborhood. We were not disappointed! It was comfortable, roomy, and a short walk to my sister’s home. Parking was easy, as was access to the property. The only glitch came two weeks before our stay when our host informed us the home had been double booked. He offered us an alternate location, which we opted not to take. After much back and forth communication, Gabe honored our original reservation and left us a thoughtful welcome gift. We would definitely stay at this lovely home again!

We enjoyed our stay here for many reasons. It indeed is in a convenient place to get around town. We enjoyed going to the Botanical Gardens and seeing the six Dambo trolls that are there until the end of May. We hiked in Overton and TO Fuller parks, enjoyed the Peabody ducks, and the music on Beale Street. We were disappointed that the Shelby Farms park was flooded, but it was the only place that retained the recent flood waters. The neighborhood feels safe… which was very important to us. The house is older but is kept in good shape. The back yard is nice and mostly private. We wished that we had brought a frisbee and a bocce ball set as the yard was perfect for that.

The house is cozy and homey. Very clean and spacious. Love that it has 3 full bathrooms. Very equipped. Host is super responsive and accommodating. Would stay again

An exceptional experience that elevated our time in Memphis! From the hot tub to the arcade games to the ping pong table, we had so much fun being at the house. When we wanted to relax the TV and soda were comfortable. Plenty of room for cooking and eating. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were luxurious, the walk-in closet was awesome. Just an awesome place to stay!

Price was a bit higher than other comperable options in the area however off-street parking was a plus.

Great place to stay in the heart of Harbor Town. Safe location a short distance from the Mississippi River and Downtown Memphis. Enjoyed watching the sunset from the private balcony. House was clean and had everything necessary for a short or long stay.

Nice place to say. Host was very flexible and understanding. Would definitely recommend 10/10 place was clean and easily accessible.

All things considered this is a really good value. Nice place to stay. Very safe area in a very unsafe city. Definitely would recommend if safety is a concern.

Julie’s place is hands down mine and my husband’s favorite Airbnb. We travel for his work and we had the best experience here. Julie left us a note upon check in with everything we needed to know plus stocked the fridge with creamer for our coffee. The apartment is beautiful and so well decorated! You can tell they put time and effort into this place. She left food and entertainment recommendations which were super helpful. She accommodated our fur baby with a huge doggy bed (which made him feel like a king being 5lbs). She has everything you could ever need for your stay. Literally all you need is your clothes. We 1000% recommend anyone looking to try it out! We plan on being back!! Thanks again Julie!

Amazing stay! Mark thought of everything. The house felt like home. Full attention to every detail made our Memphis stay one of a kind. True Southern Hospitality at it’s finest. We were so appreciative of Jamey’s prompt communication and accommodation. The location is close to all of the main tourist sites in Memphis, and we had such a great trip in the city in large part because we had peace of mind about where we were staying for the extended weekend!

This was a great place to stay! We came into town with 8 friends to see two concerts at FedEx Forum and hang out. The place was clean and comfortable, with 3 king beds, plus a room with 2 bunks. Perfect for our crazy group. The living areas were also comfortable for all of us, with plenty of seating in the kitchen area for those who couldn't fit on the two couches and chairs to watch the SEC Championship game before heading out for the night. Central Gardens is totally walkable, and within half a mile of the best parts of Memphis, from Overton Park to Overton Square to Midtown to Cooper-Young. Ben was very responsive to my questions, and even offered up the basement for my buddy who had some storage bins in the back of his pickup he didn't want to leave outside or carry up the stairs. I will say, the stairs are steep and windy up to the property, so it might not be best for older folks with difficulties climbing stairs. Definitely would stay here again.

Cathy & Greg were great hosts!! They were very friendly and gave us our space, but were always ready to answer any questions we had. I came over to ask something and we ended up hanging out for the evening! We had a great time!! The apartment was cute and cozy and had everything we needed for our week's stay. Highly recommended!!!

This place is perfect for a single person or couple as far as space but could easily hold 3, maybe 4 if small enough. The hosts were super communicative and any issues i had (all small) were all resolved quickly. I will say if you are a light sleeper you can hear every noise the upstairs neighbors makes but if you can ignore it or are a heavy sleeper definitely book! Booked the airbnb because i was in town for a game and it is extremely close to the fedex forum so that’s a plus. Parking is included and secure.
