Great location right down the street from where we live and perfect for having friends in town. We will use this again. I do think it’s a little on the pricey side, but it was a great place. Thank you Max for everything. The guys that run this Airbnb are fantastic! It was a crazy weekend with the flooding in Memphis this weekend. We couldn’t get in the front door for a while, but that subsided, and the house held up and everything was super!

We selected this beautiful home because of its size and proximity to relatives in the neighborhood. We were not disappointed! It was comfortable, roomy, and a short walk to my sister’s home. Parking was easy, as was access to the property. The only glitch came two weeks before our stay when our host informed us the home had been double booked. He offered us an alternate location, which we opted not to take. After much back and forth communication, Gabe honored our original reservation and left us a thoughtful welcome gift. We would definitely stay at this lovely home again!

Co-host was very responsive and helped us with some issues upon check in. Beautiful, well appointed home within walking distance to shops and food. Kid friendly with games comfy beds. Would stay here again!

My wife and son enjoyed staying at your home. It was very comfortable and private. We would stay there again if we find ourselves playing in another tournament in the area.

Look no further and book this house!! Location is key . . quick walk to Beale Street 3-4 minutes tops! This house was everything that we had hoped for when booking for our family of 10. We had plenty of room and it was all around comfortable. Everything was clean, well kept, and updated. We loved the detailed touch of what the city is known for! From the guitars on the walls, cool paintings and the Memphis light over the sofa.. so awesome! Rochelle was helpful and informative. she always replied quickly and addressed any concerns we may have had. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Can’t say enough positives about our stay! We had an excellent host, that made us feel right at home. Everything was laid out and the communication…you couldn’t ask for better! My family will definitely be back and we highly recommend this listing! He even called to check on us during the storms!

Great overall experience! We liked the off street parking, the local recommendation, and the space was as shown. We did have a minor issue but Stephanie was quick to respond and had a solution ready to go. There was a grocery store and pub in walking distance that we liked. Easy to get around to other places as well. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at Don's place, and couldn't ask for a nicer host! We were in town for a basketball game at FedEx and the house was convenient to downtown and everything we needed. It's the best decorated Airbnb I've stayed in, with antiques and art, and the beds are comfortable too. They are very animal friendly. Check in and checkout was super easy, and Don is a really nice guy to talk to.

It was very nice staying here, very happy that I was able to park my car for free next to the building. Would recommend this place!

Julie’s place is hands down mine and my husband’s favorite Airbnb. We travel for his work and we had the best experience here. Julie left us a note upon check in with everything we needed to know plus stocked the fridge with creamer for our coffee. The apartment is beautiful and so well decorated! You can tell they put time and effort into this place. She left food and entertainment recommendations which were super helpful. She accommodated our fur baby with a huge doggy bed (which made him feel like a king being 5lbs). She has everything you could ever need for your stay. Literally all you need is your clothes. We 1000% recommend anyone looking to try it out! We plan on being back!! Thanks again Julie!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. Clear instructions and communication. There are several places to sit outside and take in nice weather. It’s a short walk to many bars and restaurants but is a very quiet, residential street. We really loved our stay and our pup, who can be anxious in new settings, seemed right at home.

Great stay overall! The space had all the amenities listed, and the location was excellent; close to the city with quick and affordable Uber rides to just about anywhere. I loved being able to walk to a delicious brunch spot nearby, too. It’s a renovated motel, so you can expect some city noise, but nothing out of the ordinary for an urban stay. The parking was a bit tight, but my car felt completely safe the entire time thanks to the locked gate. My advice: park your car inside the gate and use Uber to explore the area, it made things super convenient. We had two cars so we parked my car in the gate and parked our second car (larger truck) in the monitored ally behind the building. Would definitely stay here again for the location and ease!

Amazing place to stay! It was the perfect amount of space for my small family of three. The microwave and stove were nice and not the standard ones that are usually in other houses. The bathroom was amazing! The heated flooring did not work (to be fair I didn’t let the host know because I had brought shower shoes), but there was a bathroom heater which was nice! The bathroom had a beautiful mirror and countertop which was perfect to get ready in front of. Both the bed and the sofa couch were comfortable to sleep on. We did hear gunshots, but they sounded far away which regardless is out of their control. However, I never felt unsafe, and it was really close to the Medical District and Downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very clean, quiet and roomy space. Spent two nights, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location is great, right next to the National Civil Rights Museum. Christopher was very responsive, and provided clear instructions. Would highly recommend.

This was an extremely new and well designed condo. It was close to Beall and everything going on in downtown.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is within walking distance to Beale Street, FedEx Forum, the Orpheum, the Civil Rights museum and more. The apartment was very cute and clean and our hosts were super responsive, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

This location is great walkable and makes getting to any area of Memphis very easy. The space is big and having a gated parking area is a plus. Jon's place is my go-to when I travel to Memphis.

This is a beautiful condo. When you get in, you will feel right at home. The hostesses were very responsive. I recommend this location for anyone coming to Memphis. It is close to everything (shopping centers, the regional mall, and restaurants). AND it is unbelievably quiet.
