I had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Rachel’s. It was walkable to my event I was attending which worked out perfect. The listing is amazing and very comfortable with all the essential needs for your stay. Side note; access is in a dimly lit alley way. As a solo traveling female, I did feel a bit nervous entering/exiting in the dark. This may not be a concern for males or couples, just an FYI.

We felt right at home here. They went above and beyond in providing everything we needed for our stay. From breakfast items, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and spices to toiletries in the bathroom, games in the living room and dish and laundry detergent. It was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable beds and peace and quiet. They were great to work with and very accommodating! Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

This was a phenomenal Airbnb! The place was just like the photos. It was very comfortable and private. We loved being able to walk to restaurants. We also loved the coffee shop and bakery that were only a few minutes away! Highly recommend!

Great place in a quaint neighborhood and very welcoming and responsive host. Clean and convenient. Location is perfect for people with dogs, near parks and walking path, short drive to Broadway.

We had a great time staying at Amy's place in 12 South. The location is great for anyone that would like to explore the 12 South area, or take a quick ride downtown.

The place to stay when visiting Nashville. Hosts are the best. A mile from 12 South downtown shops restaurants. You can walk thru the beautiful park to get there. Central location to get to downtown Broadway (15 min drive), to the Gulch (10-15 min drive) and to/from Franklin.(20-30min). The loft sits behind the hosts house. It was beautifully decorated and lots of amenities provided. We felt right at home.

Great little place to stay, right by 12 South on a quiet residential street yet all of the bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

We loved staying here! It is in a great location, with an excellent coffee shop and restaurant nearby. The apartment has a clever layout and feels open and spacious, with lots of natural light. My husband is a builder, and he continually raved about the smart construction. We had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely stay here again!

Great and convenient location in East Nashville near the entrance to Shelby Bottoms Park. The unit is exactly as described and perfect for a couple. Very clean, easy check-in and check-out, and very convenient private parking spot just steps from the entrance. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at the Carriage House! Perfect size for two of us, cozy, charming, and clean! Great location, we loved walking to restaurants on 12 South and found a great running route! Will definitely stay again!

This was the perfect spot for a weekend trip. Everything was exactly as it was pictured or mentioned. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The shower was amazing, hot and perfect pressure. This place exceeded my expectations. The host was very responsive and friendly! 10/10 recommend!

An oasis of calm in East Nashville after a day spent downtown. Exactly as it appears in the photos. Ideal for a couple - super bed, enormous shower and every thing you would need while visiting Nashville. Would highly recommend. Such a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood with fantastic houses.

My mother, sister and I had a wonderful stay, Christianne was kind enough to bring over a flashlight for us when the power went out in the neighborhood due to weather. We would definitely stay here again!

We were delayed in arriving due to heavy rain on our drive. No problems getting there a little later. this is our second time staying here and is a very nice accommodation. We have family near by and we're able to walk to visit them. We felt safe at all time of day in the neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable and lovely place to stay.

This home was exactly as described, and more. Everything was spotless and the linens were top notch. Great location with great restaurants and bars within a short walk. The recommendations I tried in the provided visitors guide were a 10 out of 10. Very private location in a beautiful neighborhood, with a private entrance and appreciated parking spot. During severe weather in the early hours of the morning; Matt reached out with clear instructions on where to find safety. My new favorite place to stay in Nashville!

I would recommend this space to any of my friends and family visiting Nashville! Very centrally located in 12 south, it is extremely walkable to great restaurants and shops. The space is super clean and comfortable! The entry is very private and makes for a peaceful stay!

Place was easy to get to, beautifully decorated and very clean. Bed and linens were fantastic. I would recommend this cute little home away from home.
