If you are heading to Nashville make sure to check out Stephanie's home. It was warm, cozy and made us feel like we were home as soon as we walked in. She is very responsive and helped us with an earlier check in since we were driving down from New York and got there earlier than expected. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and she had a drawer in the bathroom filled with things you might have forgotten like razors, toothpaste, bandaids and medicine. She even had a case of toilet paper delivered while we were there incase we didn't have enough. The house was perfect for our party of 5. The common rooms and yard were big enough for us to all sit together while also having plenty of privacy when that is what we wanted. It was a nice, quiet location only a short car ride to downtown, the gulch and other popular areas. A binder filled with suggestions of things to do, places to go and where to eat was left on the counter making things really helpful.

This BnB was great!! Very clean and tidy. Plenty of room to spread out, girls watched TV upstairs while the guys played pool downstairs during our evenings at the house. Being able to park in the garage was a huge plus!! Unlike most BnBs, the “cleaning” list before checkout is very minimal making the cleaning fee worth it!

Quit neighborhood. Was not to far from broadway. Would recommend for any one especially a large group.

We stayed at Julie’s Airbnb for about five days and had a wonderful experience. While the weather brought a few unexpected challenges, Julie went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Her kindness and thoughtfulness truly stood out, and it was clear she genuinely cared about our stay. The location is perfect—just a quick and affordable trip to Broadway and all the excitement of downtown Nashville. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our 3 night trip to Nashville. The location of this home is so convenient no matter where in Nashville you want to visit. We mostly stayed off the interstates and found driving through downtown the easiest way to get across the city. Great being 5 minutes from downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. It is an older home so some parts of the home are a little run down, but has been remodeled well and overall we felt comfortable staying here. Was bigger inside than we thought it would be. Only negative was the vinyl player was broken and didn't work, but otherwise everything else was great. Having 3 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms was a big plus.

Dango’s listing is exactly as described and an incredibly comfortable stay. I would highly recommend staying here with a small group of friends or family. Small touches like breakfast amenities and coffee, to luggage racks with built in laundry hampers went a long way. Highly recommend this Hermitage home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood and area is very nice and friendly, and the location makes it easy to get to all parts of Nashville. The house is cute and cozy, and matches pictures and description well. The back yard is huge and fantastic if traveling with pets.

John’s hospitality was amazing! There were a couple tornado warnings during our stay - one at 3am - and him and his family welcomed us into their home in case we had to go to the basement for safety. Not only this but the location of the rental was amazing and perfect for our visit. We would definitely come back. Thanks John!!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

It was exactly as described and in pictures. Beautiful, elegant, well themed, clean and lovely location. We enjoyed our stay and our little boy had too much fun. He loved it.

Julie's place was so comfortable! Streaming services were included on the TV, it was in the back of the house with plenty of trees around with a beautiful deck so it was very privately. We never saw another person. There was a small fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and regular sized stove. The place was well decorated. There was a record player with plenty of records. The beds were soft, every room was a decent size and it was an open space so you can sit in the kitchen or dining room and talk to somebody in the living room. There was no exhaust for the stove, carbon or smoke detectors and the shower was a smaller standing shower. Otherwise we felt so safe and comfortable!

This was a very nice place to say at. Rachel went above and beyond when she texted me at 3 am to get into a safe location in the residence due to a tornado being in the area. that showed me she truly cared about the people she has staying there. she had lots of things already available like pots pans etc which came in handy. i love me a hot shower and that shower can get as hot as you want it or as cold. same with the environment. i love the heat and it gets hot in there or as cold as you want it. neighbors minded there own business. parking was easy. idk what else to say other then if your visiting nashville and want a safe, clean, and beautiful location. Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

We had a fantastic time at Timothy's place. I absolutely loved the East Nashville neighborhood. It was close enough to the typical venues you want to see when touring Nashville yet far enough away so you were in a nice residential neighborhood. I am a runner so it is important to feel safe and encounter beauty on area run routes! My favorite route passed by a home with 4 cats in the yard ! The apartment itself was very spacious and probably the cleanest airbnb I've stayed at. We like to do all of our meal prep in house to avoid eating at restaurants and this was very easy here as Aldi and Publix were very closeby! A real perk. We took a road trip to Loretta Lynns ranch mid week and found that the location of Timothy's place is situated so you can easily access the highways in multiple directions! I felt at home here and we will be back again to Timothy's place when we return to Nashville.

Wendy’s place was great. Very clean and matched the description. She was flexible with check in. No problems whatsoever and would recommend to anyone visiting the Nashville area.

The condo was perfect for our group of 3. We were able to walk all of downtown easily from the unit. The neighborhood was nice and clean. The unit was well decorated and had all the right amenities. Beds and linens were GREAT, made getting a goods night rest easy after a long day of exploring. I would stay here again.

River view and wildlife were great!

Liz was overall an excellent hostess. She is very responsive and provided clear instructions. Overall the location was great and it was walkable to several areas. We ended up ubering downtown quite a bit but was very close to Germantown and several restaurants. Could potentially walk downtown within ~25 minutes. The condo itself was very clean, maintained well, and the small balcony was a delight. The area itself is pretty industrial and there’s a lot of surrounding construction but that’s my only minor complaint. I’m sure that vibe will improve after they get all finished up. Would definitely recommend!

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

Kimberly is a top-notch elite hostess. Extremely seamless process from booking, to checking in to checkout. Upon arriving Kimberly immediately resolved an issue that unexpectedly arose. She's reliable, kind, & accommodating. If her place is available, book it!!!

This place was very clean and cute! We very much enjoyed our stay! I loooooved the rainfall shower!

This was a perfect size condo for our family of 5. My boys loved the bunk beds and watching out the big garage window. The condo front door was around a corner from the main hallway which I appreciated. It was within walking distance to a nice coffee shop. We felt safe. We noticed the noise from the interstate because we live in quiet neighborhood, but it didn’t keep me up at night. Our host was lovely and helpful!

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!
