My husband, 11 yr old son, and I stayed three nights while visiting Nashville. This location was perfect for us, an upscale neighborhood right next to a huge park, and within 12 minutes drive of all the places we wanted to check out while in the city. John's place looks even bigger and better than the photos, with fresh, clean, wonderful smelling towels and linens, super comfy queen bed, and bonus queen air mattress. Attention to detail is seen in the provided extras such as toiletries, coffee, a thoughtful binder of local recommendations, and cold waters in the garage fridge. Ran into John just once as we were always on the go, but had a nice chat and he's super friendly. If you have three or more in your family just be prepared to either take quick showers or alternate am and pm showers as the hot water tank is limited. We didn't have a problem but noticed we were using it up quickly. Thanks for the awesome hospitality! 5 stars!

Absolutely loved Catherine & John’s place - they were so kind and accommodating! My partner and I arrived on a red eye and they were super communicative working out an early check in, which was so appreciated after a long flight from CA! Aside from the great hosts, the unit was adorable - uniquely decorated and the perfect size for our group of 4. We were visiting for a wedding and we all had plenty of space to get ready, as well as relax after the wedding was over. The location is great and super quiet, walking distance to some great coffee/bagel spots. Will absolutely stay again if we come through Nashville!

We loved our stay at Amy’s place! It was clean and comfortable, with every possible necessity thought of! As a group of females traveling alone we felt very safe in the BnB/neighborhood. If we come back to Nashville we’d love to stay here again.

Cute little charm. The place was very clean and beautiful just as the pictures. Very private and quiet. Felt super safe and at home. There is a home parking space available which is very secure. I am currently relocating so my car was full of stuff and my car was in very good hands. Very safe neighborhood. 100 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Chris (and Tom) were wonderful! Their place was everything I already stated at the beginning. I loved the style/warmth of the decor. There was everything anyone could need while away from home. This property is only a half mile from my daughter's house so we will certainly be back! Most of all, though, the helpfulness of Chris and Tom was exceptional and communicating with them was very easy and pleasant. All good!!

Overall, great stay for the weekend. Not too far from downtown. Good experience.

Nice little place decently close to downtown Nashville and also if you have to go to the Gaylord for any sort of conference and don’t wanna pay for that hotel, it’s a fairly short drive or Uber.

My wife stayed here when she attended Meridian Institute of Surgical Assisting. She said it was an easy drive to the school and back. The place was cute and had everything she needed. It was exactly what she needed for the week.

The description matched the venue. Really close to down town. I felt safe walking our dogs around. Allyson was great at communicating. I would love to stay again.

Our stay here was fantastic! John was an excellent host; very proactive and attentive to our needs. Space was comfortable and check-in was easy. Highly recommend John and his place!

Jessica hat uns bei allen Fragen rund um die Einreise und unseren Aufenthalt weitergeholfen. My sister and I stayed here for a half marathon we were running and it was perfect. During our stay there was a tornado warning and the power lines were knocked down but Bryana and Scott were very responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to answer all of our questions about where to go and what to do during the tornado warning. They checked in on us multiple times to ensure we were safe. We ended up staying with a friend after the tornado because the electric company said they wouldn't be able to restore power until later that night or early the next day and Bryana and Scott even offered to reimburse us for our Saturday night since we didn't stay there. They were very kind and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend their place.

This is such a nice stay! The location is great; really close to the City but in a quiet Neighborhood. I loved the Jacuzzi tub and overall the place was just so comfortable and nice. I hope I get to go back.

This was our second time staying at Linda and Jeff’s cozy apartment! The location couldn’t be better for us while we were at Belmont for the weekend. It has great character and is super clean. Our only regret is that we have missed out on being able to book it for our next two trips to Nashville, as someone else snagged it before we could. We will keep be back, though!☺️

This was a great little spot! A great location from the city and surrounding areas - not too far from anywhere we wanted to go. The space was cozy, felt like a home away from home - safe and comfortable. Deb was awesome and kind and always very responsive to messages. She even asked what my favorite musician was before check in and picked out some records for me based on that. Other than the occasional train it was quiet. Would stay here again!

Perfect spot for a visit with our Belmont daughters! it was clean, comfortable, quiet and easy to access! It was well stocked and the host was kind enough to reach out to me during a Tornado warning to make sure I felt safe and offer the use of their storm shelter for my safety. Very kind! We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Kim’s Airbnb was wonderful! It was very convenient to the Opry area which is where we were spending most of our time. We also drove into downtown Nashville one night and it only took about 20 min or so. The apt was very clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were beautiful (loved the rain shower) and the bed was comfortable. Thank you for a great stay Kim!

We loved staying here! Super clean, beautiful neighborhood and view. Very quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Plenty of room for our group, 4 adults and one infant. Anna messaged back quickly, gave easy directions to follow, and all cupboards in the space were labeled so you could find everything easily. There was even a welcome book that listed different things to do in the area. We would definitely stay again if we're ever in the Nashville area!
