Absolutely loved my stay at Catherine's apartment. The location could not have been more perfect, very much love the Germantown area. Within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops and a short ride or nice walk to Broadway and all the action. The apartment was beautiful and very peaceful - loved the private deck. Catherine is an excellent and very responsive host and I will definitely look to stay here again. Highly recommend as someone who comes to Nashville quite often.

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Nashville. It was in a quiet neighborhood, and within easy walking distance to several good foods (we ae foodies). It was also only about a mile from downtown talking. Easy to take scooters or Lyft around. Sharon was so wonderful to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this to anyone else who is looking to be close to it all, but not in it as it can be overwhelming. Also there was a fabulous breakfast place less then 2 blocks away.

They were able to accommodate us on short notice and everything was as shown in the photos. We also really appreciate how responsive they were. Overall, great comfortable stay!

Alex is very nice , it is rarely to see a single man can keep his house so clean and tidy. It is a 2 rooms housing with simple but fashion design and decoration, Alex is very friendly that he allows me to use everything in his kitchen, it is so amazing because i am from China and i can cook Chinese food here myself. He picked me up when i arrive and helped me with my luggage. He also brought me to nearest tire shop and gas station as well supermarket. I never saw so enthusiasm household before. It would be perfect if the room with individual lock so feel more secure in the room and the bathroom. Anyhow it is wonderful to live here, very good place that is not far away to any places of Nashville.

I wasn’t in the stay much, but the experience was great. I am not very comfortable around dogs, but this wasn’t really a problem during the stay as Emma did a great job of ensuring all occupants felt safe and welcome. I would recommend the stay!

Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

Clean space, great location! Dane was very responsive and we had the best time in this Airbnb, was perfect for a bachelorette!! Would definitely book again if I come back to Nashville with a big group!!

5 stars! This is an amazing house on a beautiful property surrounded by nature with modern landscaping and touches. The property has some great animals, including goats, a pig, ducks, and even peacocks! The hosts truly make the experience memorable, and are accommodating, kind, thoughtful, and generous. The WiFi was perfect throughout my stay and I had no issues with video meetings throughout the day. The property is a peaceful retreat from busy Nashville, but close enough to enjoy dinner and a concert in town. There are great activities nearby, such as visiting the Hermitage, the Cumberland River, Percy Priest lake, horse back riding, and going to great restaurants, including an authentic, old school steak house. I will be recommending this property to all my family and friends! Thank you for an amazing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Kayo was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Check in/check out was seamless and the house itself was great. Beautiful rooftop, clean bathrooms/kitchen, large open space on bottom floor where 10 of us could hang out comfortably.

Great place to stay! My friends and I had a great time. It was within a reasonable distance from everything we needed, but secluded enough to stay peacefully. The host was also very friendly, clear, and responsive. Definitely would stay again if I was coming back into the area.

The host was so accommodating and very responsive. The property was amazing!!!! It’s located right on the river. It was absolutely beautiful, serene, and quiet. The location was perfect because it’s peaceful but only a short uber ride away from Broadway. Our group had the best experience and definitely recommend. If I visit Nashville again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

We went to Nashville for a wedding and had an awesome time playing pool and enjoying the 70’s boot house! The decorations were amazing to look at you found something new the longer you looked around!

Excellent stay. If we come back to Nashville, we will likely book this same place! Quiet location with a river view — yet close to everything, what’s not walkable is cheap few minute Uber ride away.

Beautiful apartment located close to downtown in a nice area. Listing was accurate and we loved our stay. Being able to sit on the balcony watching the sunrise was a hidden treat. We would definitely return! Thank you!

Rebecca’s place was just as described in the listing. The covered parking was an added bonus. We didn’t get to go when the pool was open but did check out the gym. The room seemed to be undergoing some sort of rehab and could have used mirrors but this is by no means a reflection of Rebecca or the condo. Great location on the Cumberland River that was convenient to everything Nashville had to offer. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely LOVE this location. Right on the Greenway, and we actually ventured off a little bit and ended up walking around the adorable Germantown streets. The scooters outside the complex to rent are so fun to take down to Broadway- maybe a 10-15 ride. Love being close enough to easily get down there, but far enough way to enjoy the quiet on the river.

Rebecca was communicative and provided great instructions for the stay. Her rental was in great shape and exactly like the pictures. The heat/air worked well, the view of the river was exceptional, the kitchen was stocked w Keurig cups and creamer, and the place was very clean.

Rebecca’s place was everything we needed for our Nashville stay. Germantown is lovely and walkable, downtown and the Gulch were an easy uber or longer walk. He place was very clean and the view was beautiful!
