The Palm offers excellent value for money. The location is perfect—centrally situated, close to the bay, and surrounded by restaurants. The stay itself was very comfortable, with a good bed and a nice bathroom. Additionally, the view was beautiful, making the experience even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was smooth, and it was great that I could leave my luggage for a while after checking out. In short, highly recommended and definitely worth a repeat visit!

We stayed here after a cancelled flight left us stranded in Labuan Bajo, it was just what we needed and the team replied straight away so that we could check in. Modern and super clean and tidy, has everything you need . The room is entirely self contained with a lock on the front door , which wasn’t super obvious from the listing. So we had no complaints whatsoever. Kindly we were offered a lift to the airport from Andro which really helped and was so appreciated

This place is great! We really enjoyed it. Good value and very clean. In the centre of Labuan Bajo. Can easily walk to waterfront or nearby shops/ grocery store or pharmacy. We did not find it loud at all but earplugs were available. We did not use them and were not disturbed one bit. The host was amazing and very accommodating for our stay/ needing a bit extra time before check out. Thank you!!

Really great place with really big rooms. Great spot and the staff are insanely lovely and amazing. Highly recommend!!

We stayed for 2 nights and we really like this place. It’s cozy and you can find anything that you need as travelers: utensils in kitchen, many electrical outlets, etc. They even provide us with eggs, cookies, and instant noodles! Rooms are nice, neat, and clean. Mama Nita is also a great host. She will do everything she can to make your stay comfortable. The only drawback is that one of the glass walls in the front bedroom doesn’t have curtains. At night, the bright light from the garden shines into the bedroom. As a result, we couldn’t sleep well because the room couldn’t be darkened. Our suggestion is to add curtains to that part. Other than that, we like this place and recommend it for anyone who want to stay in the heart of Labuan Bajo.

Clean and tidy accommodation with a very impressive view. The staff is friendly, discreet and always helpful. A good opportunity to also learn about the benefits of Moringa!

Really nice place, very clean, staff friendly!! Bacala restaurant was really good as well! Just the wifi does not work at all. You cannot do anything, so if you come to work, forget it.

We really enjoyed out stay at this apartment. It’s really nice, modern and has everything you need. The location is great, very close to the main street with good restaurants. The view from the balcony is very good, it’s nice to watch the sunset from there! In the reviews we read a lot of complaints about the noise from the mosk. We did not have any problems with this. Compared to other places we stayed, this one was relatively quiet. I am a very light sleeper, but didn’t use the earplugs and never woke up from the mosk during our stay here. Very happy that we stayed here for 4 nights!
