I had a very comfortable stay with my dog Bud and Liz was very helpful checking us in. The room had everything we needed and there was a park nearby which was great for dog owners.

We had such an incredible stay at Pauline’s. It is only a 30 min drive into Glasgow and well worth being on the peaceful outskirts if like us, you want to visit the hustle and bustle but then escape back to a peaceful haven at the end of the day. The place was beautifully presented and incredibly clean. Everything was so easy and Pauline really went the extra mile with lots of bits for us to make it feel really special. 10/10 perfect stay - thank you so much for having us Pauline and for making it so lovely.

Great place super clean and comfortable. The Airbnb had everything you could think of. Extremely peaceful with great views. I would definitely recommend this place.

I cannot speak highly enough of this property! Exactly as described. Beautiful/peaceful location with plenty of grounds to walk the dog in. Great communication with the owner. Even fresh eggs from their chickens! Can park the car right at the door. Great showers. Kitchen had everything in it we needed. It really became a home-from-home for us during our stay. If you’re thinking of booking this place, then do it! You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful and spacious house. It had all the required amenities. Host arranged everything that was mentioned prior to our arrival.

This was our first attempt at a Airbnb and wow what a great start. First look from the outside it looked tiny but once inside wow it was like walking into the Dr Who’s Tardis. Everything was spotless and in some cases looked new. The Kitchen included all the everyday essentials and some not so. There was Tea, Coffee and Sugar which I didn’t expect and even a pint of milk. The accommodation was warm and included a open fire which put my Scouting experience May years ago to good use 😊 Nothing was too far away with all the major supermarkets catered for. Cannot fault this location at all. Thank you Bruce.

Good sized home for a family to stay in. Very clean and we really like having two bathrooms, not that common in Scotland, bathrooms were also updated and modern. Note that both bathrooms are downstairs and bedrooms are upstairs. We really appreciated the washing machine. Kitchen was excellent and well equipped, Victor even left us a welcome bottle of wine! Beds were a little uncomfortable and could do with replacement mattresses. Good house and value.

This was our third trip staying at Dodside which speaks volumes in itself. Colin is very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Lots of woid provided for the woodburner which made the accommodation very cosy. Would recommend but only if you drive as it's rural and a couple of miles from the nearest shops. Lovely and quiet though.
