The place was easy to find and the secured parking was ideal. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would be more than happy to stay here again the in the future.

What a wonderful apartment and so close to the centre. This was a gift for my mum for Christmas who’s never been to York. My mum has to use a wheelchair and this was perfect for accessibility and allowed us to venture into the city easily. What a wonderful host, small touches like leaving milk, juice, snacks and a nice bottle of wine made us smile. I would definitely stay here again Thank you ☺️

A great place to stay, the check in was seamless, the flat matched the description and our expectations. The location is spot on and within easy reach of all amenities and sights of interest. The easily accessible secure parking is an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay for a family of four. It had all we needed for self catering and was near enough to walk to all the sights and amenities of York. It was also really close to the station - an easy couple of minutes walk The flat is modern and also warm and welcoming, perfect combination! Thanks for the welcome gift too that we made good use of. I’d gladly stay again here.

We had an absolutely great weekend at Seashells. As a three-generation family group, the house was perfect for us. Diane was very responsive and helpful. Before we even left we booked to go again next year! Great for families - location, layout, amenities, comfort!

Wow when you walk in the door, extremely clean, very pleasant decor and furnishings, Nice walk straight out of site, Great local beaches, parking outside front door for easy unloading. Can’t find a fault with anything.

This was a great place to host a family get together. lovely furnishings and features. Alice was a great host who was quick to answer any questions we had ahead of time and during our stay.

The property was excellent and exceeded all expectations. It was well decorated, had every facility you could think off, large rooms with plenty of space, two superb bathrooms, great kitchen, and all very comfortable. The seafront, visible from the property, was just down the road. The hosts were also very helpful and responsive. All round an excellent place to stay.

Wow! What an amazing place this is. Just as seen on the pictures. Beautifully furnished, the hosts have thought of everything you might need for your stay. The location is right on the beach with access to Filey and other places only a short drive away. Vanda is a great host. She was really flexible with our requests for extra time to check out and responds quickly. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage, it really is a beautiful and very comfortable place to stay. Our trip couldn’t have been better. I’d recommend the cottage to anyone - the cottage has everything anyone could possibly need for every type of trip, and Jane and Grace are really helpful hosts. 5 stars x

Fantastic house with lots of space for a grown up family of 4. It was a little tricky to find but the instructions were excellent which helped. We loved the location. I would recommend this place to stay for those wanting explore York on foot. The description mentioned two parking spaces (we only had one big car) but we were asked to only park inside the garage on the arrival day. There was a table in the other advertised parking bay. Our car did fit in but with probably 2 inches clearance per side at the entrance of the garage. However, once in it was lovely to know the car was secure for the duration of our stay. The crockery and cutlery was not clean, we didn’t report it but instead put the whole lot in the dishwasher ( plenty of tablets provided) and headed out to the nearby pub. I think this was more from the previous visitor but maybe the cleaning team should have checked. Also there was some underwear left in one bedroom when we arrived.

I couldn’t recommend the location of this immaculately furnished apartment highly enough. The loft, Bootham House is perfectly situated for every attraction that York has to offer. We parked our car in the secure car park and walked everywhere. The apartment is exactly how it looks in the photos and is a real “home from home”. Beautifully furnished, comfortable and impeccably clean. Caroline furnished us with a list of recommendations which was incredibly helpful. Those we experienced did not disappoint. We will definitely be returning. Well worth a five star review. Thank you for your hospitality and ensuring our break went smoothly.

Perfect little Airbnb. Location was perfect as it was less than a 10 minute walk to the town centre of York. Furthermore, the place was clean and tidy and more than if enough for 2 people! I will definitely be returning for when I stay in York again!

I had the best bnb stay at this apartment. We had everything we needed, good quality items used throughout the whole apartment. The host was amazing from start to finish. Weve recommended it to family and friends who attended the wedding with us. We will certainly book again next time we visit York, location, apartment and host are the best weve experienced.

Apartment is immaculate, in a great location, close to town centre but away from traffic and crowds. Paul is a top host who has clearly given a lot of thought as to how to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This apartment in a word is FANTASTIC. It is very beautiful, exactly like the photographs and even closer to the city than we thought. Literally there in a couple of minutes. It was freezing weather when we went but the apartment was beautifully warm especially the master bathroom floor.

Beautiful accommodation just right for two with everything we needed. Very new and modern bathroom - lovely big, fluffy towels - and a super king-size bed. Well-equipped kitchen, dining table and cosy lounge area made for perfect accommodation. Rachel’s instructions were very clear and she always responded immediately to queries, both online and by phone. The EV charger was a real bonus. Can heartily recommend the Milking Parlour and hope we might have the opportunity to stay there again.

This is a great apartment - the bedrooms have aircon and everything you’d need, there’s a large on-suite with rainfall shower - and small touches like the walk in light sensor just elevate the comfort levels. The living room is a decent size with a really (no realllly) comfy sofa, there’s plenty of space to eat and chill in the dining area and the kitchen has everything you would need whilst away. WiFi is very fast and there’s virgin media to watch TV… however, the wrap around balcony is the star of the show! Whilst it does overlook a T junction, theres plenty of privacy and surprisingly little noise. The area is largely businesses so after working hours it’s quiet… the view is great as well. You can get to the bars/market/river front in about 10 mins walking, everything you could need is around you within 1-2mins, it’s really well located. I’d happily recommend this place to anyone, great service by Rebecca and a great property - all round excellent stay! Thank you 🙏

En fantastisk fin leilighet i et rolig og flott område. Sentralt. Koselig overraskelse ventet i leiligheten. Hun svarte raskt og det satte vi stor pris på. Sengene var litt fastere enn jeg liker, men jeg sov godt.
