Just got home from such a beautiful stay in York at this amazing apartment. Would definitely recommend staying here, easy to get to, parking included, easy walk into the centre and a gorgeous modern apartment. Gina the host was such a great help and responded to any questions quickly and continuously sent updates about the property. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again on my next trip

Jordan was a terrific host, he helped us with our late check in and assisted with all our queries. The apartment was exactly as described, and a great spot close to town. Highly recommend!

Nichola's place is an absolute gem of a place. The apartment is modern and spacious with immaculate decor and extremely comfortable beds and furniture. It has 2 massive bedrooms one of which is en-suite plus a huge kitchen diner lounge. There is plenty of parking on site but if you have a large van over 2.2m tall there is street parking only 2 minutes from the apartment.

Tastefully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Communication was excellent and Ellie was very accommodating to our requests. Would totally recommend a stay here.

Great place to stay, with secure underground parking. Just a 10min walk to York city centre. Apartment was very modern and clean, kitchen well equipped. Jordan was very responsive, answered my queries in a short space of time. Good value for money.

Great stay at Nicola’s place everything on your doorstep just wish people would listen to the receptionist about the smoke detectors went off at 2-15am thankfully not for long. 100% recommend

We had a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and looked just like the pictures.

Exceptional value with free parking included was a bonus. Location was ideal for our travel to a nearby venue. The accommodation was spacious with lovely bedrooms, meeting all of our needs. We weren’t able to locate communal bins and reluctantly had to leave rubbish behind. Maybe some instructions about this would be helpful. Fantastic stay would definitely recommend.

My colleagues have stayed at this property before. Little difficult to find, it would be ideal for a What3Words to be issued with the check in details. But they enjoyed their stay again, and would stay again should we be in the area. Communication from host was good.

Really friendly host family in an amazing house. Deffo suggest if you’re staying in Hull. You’ll really really love it!!

My stay with Simon & Catherine was most welcoming, anything needed was at hand. Lovely room with a private bathroom to use. Kitchen facilities were everything needed was at hand. Quiet location with use of a large back garden. Very friendly and other guests very friendly too. Would recommend a stay, everything was simple. Thank you for letting me stay the week, most appreciated.

Lovely place to stay for few nights. Simon was very responsive with clear instructions. Checked in late night and found all keys and everything was as described. Spacious room and lovely neighbours

we had a lovely stay - as we always do in the various properties this host owns super spacious always really responsive if we have any issues / questions. lovely amenities and surrounding area. WiFi was a bit slow but it probably can't be helped with it being a rural area and a large property
