Apart from difficulty relating to the car park space ( took several communications with AirBNB to find the way into the car park and the parking space number - needed to use Google Earth to work out just where it was) everything was perfect for our 2 night stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The Courtyard! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Nicky was an excellent host, and the place was absolutely spotless. The home itself was incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk easily to all the sights and attractions we wanted to visit in York. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much x

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Sheila’s place. As before everything was perfect. The location is great, the cottage is lovely with everything you need, super clean , great layout.. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Many thanks Sheila.

This flat is fantastic. Spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the showers, powerful and hot. We were so well supported by Rosie who sorted out any problems immediately. The proximity to the sea front was great. Literally 2 minutes and we were on the prom. Parking is an issue during the day. We parked a street away and moved the car in the evening.

Had a fab stay at Claudia's. We used the flat to stay while we visited friends in Beverly,Hull. It was comfortable and spotless. My son loved the beach themed bedroom. The flat is really well equipped and loved the nice touches of spreads and biscuits etc on arrival. Claudia responded really quickly when asking about an early check in and was very accommodating. Beautiful home and will definitely use again when coming to visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hayley‘s property. Everything was clean and tidy . The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a lovely hamper for us when we arrived, which we really appreciated! Thank you again! Highly recommended ! A*****

An attractive, charming little home. Close to the river and a lovely, 20 minute, short walk beside it to the city centre. Comfortable, perfectly clean and well positioned for a couples’ trip to York. Friendly host, who was very welcoming. Would stay again. Highly recommended 😊

Kerrie was an excellent host and her property was wonderful. Lovely decor, immaculately clean, comfortable beds, so very well equipped in all areas. Kerrie really had thought of everything in the finest of details. From booking to check-out, Kerrie was very responsive and offered lots of excellent suggestions. This was only booked for 1 night for 2 x employees working locally, lovely property in ideal location for working locally and Jonathan was a brilliant host and communicated well with all relevant information needed.

This was my first experience with Airbnb and it was absolutely fantastic. Laura is a wonderful host. She was welcoming helpful, friendly flexible and did everything she could to make our stay. pleasant and welcoming. The apartment was very comfortable. Warm had lots of equipment that felt just like. Home. It was only 10 minutes to walk into the city which was really convenient. The parking on site made life much easier.

This is a great apartment - the bedrooms have aircon and everything you’d need, there’s a large on-suite with rainfall shower - and small touches like the walk in light sensor just elevate the comfort levels. The living room is a decent size with a really (no realllly) comfy sofa, there’s plenty of space to eat and chill in the dining area and the kitchen has everything you would need whilst away. WiFi is very fast and there’s virgin media to watch TV… however, the wrap around balcony is the star of the show! Whilst it does overlook a T junction, theres plenty of privacy and surprisingly little noise. The area is largely businesses so after working hours it’s quiet… the view is great as well. You can get to the bars/market/river front in about 10 mins walking, everything you could need is around you within 1-2mins, it’s really well located. I’d happily recommend this place to anyone, great service by Rebecca and a great property - all round excellent stay! Thank you 🙏

This is a lovely littlw place to stay at, host was very quick at replying and very helpful, she has thought of everything, she also stocks the place up on fresh milk, ornage juice bread and eggs which was a great little touch. We asked if we could have the travel cot, she went above and beyond and not only put the travel cot up, but left loads of different Blankets sleeping bags, baby towels and chnaging mat out for our little boy, which was just fantastic and is very helpful if youve forgotten somthing. Very clean and a lovely quiet arwa not far from the town at all. We would definitely use this place again.

Checkout your bearings in terms of parking location, which is definitely a premium in this area, being so close to the Minster. We had a big car which we managed to park okay but it's tight. Otherwise, we were in walking distance of all amenities and places of interest - a fantastic location. Would definitely book again.
