Comfortable well-equipped modern house a short drive from the coast, Bridlington, Flamborough, Filey etc. We also walked from the coast path back to the house across the fields. House is mainly comfortable although small double is, as described, a small double bed - so this room is not really sufficient for a good night’s sleep for a couple. Kitchen is well-equipped and there is plenty of parking (3 cars possible).

We booked Villa 2 for a family get together for a 70th birthday celebration. (8 including a child) The location is central and a couple of minutes walk to harbour. Check in was easy, the host Rachel communicated well and was informative. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Bathrooms were clean, towels, shampoo and shower gel were provided. All bedrooms had a wall mounted tv and storage. Parking permits were provided for the duration of our stay and after request we had a later check out time. (Which after a day of sea air and clocks changing thrown in there were some tired people)

Great communication from the host made entry to the property easy. This is the second time we have stayed here. The cottage has everything you need, it is located within minutes of walking distance to the town, which has numerous eating and drinking places. The cottage has a very homely feel as soon as you walk through the front door. We will be back!!

Another lovely stay in Rachel's luxury caravan away from all the hustle and bustle, we have now stayed four times in the past twelve months and never once had a problem thank you rachel from Ian and Christine.

LOVED our stay! Beautiful accommodation, surroundings and wonderful animals! Loved our highland cow experience and afternoon tea, loved meeting the goats and sheep also! The hosts were lovely, Cat was so helpful and said to text if we needed anything. The fussy wagon was absolutely beautiful, we loved every minute of our stay and think this will be a yearly trip now! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The home was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend, including logs for the fireplace and plush towels. The layout was perfect, with three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms (two with showers and one with a bathtub), which made it feel extra luxurious. Although the weather didn’t cooperate—there was a cold windstorm and constant rain, which kept us indoors and made the hot tub unusable—we still thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house made staying in a delight, and we look forward to returning in the spring or summer to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces and hot tub. The location was great as well, with a charming local pub nearby that we visited on Friday evening. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we absolutely plan to book again in the future!

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.

Great place to stay, with secure underground parking. Just a 10min walk to York city centre. Apartment was very modern and clean, kitchen well equipped. Jordan was very responsive, answered my queries in a short space of time. Good value for money.
