Lovely peaceful break close to the coast. Very nice accommodation and comfy bed. Sarah was helpful & provided lots of recommendation’s and some lovely arrival treats. We loved the games room!

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Great location for a stay in Holt. Parking hot tub and welcome hamper all an added bonus. All as described and would highly recommend. Really cosy cottage great stay.

The property was in superb condition, spotless and immaculately clean and presented. All fixtures and fittings were of great quality and there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, containing local cakes, biscuits and so forth. We met Cindy and her husband Mark when they came to service the hot tub and they are delightful people. We spent time chatting during which they recommended restaurants, one of which we used (Buckinghamshire Arms) where we enjoyed Sunday lunch. Overall, a great experience, top notch Airbnb.

Myself and my partner had a great stay at the cottage, it was very peaceful and had all the appliances and things we needed to enjoy a great weekend away. I'd love to revisit.

We had a fantastic stay at the house for a family get together and celebration. The house was in a beautiful location with lots of lovely walks. The garden area was a fantastic space for all the dogs to run around safely outside of the house. The house was spacious with lovely bright and sunny rooms and space for a cot for our 15 month old grandson. Coral made us feel very welcome with chocolates, wine and flowers awaiting us on arrival. Coral was also very helpful and responded very quickly whenever we contacted her during our stay. Thank you so much to Coral for making our weekend very special and we would definitely recommend the house to family and friends. Liz's country cottage was truly a perfect hideaway for our long weekend getaway (Mar 28-31, 2025). From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean and tidy everything was, both inside the house and throughout the grounds. The property itself is absolutely beautiful - exactly as advertised and even more charming in person. The location is stunning, providing the perfect peaceful countryside setting for a relaxing escape. We had an amazing 4 days here, and the comfort and beauty of this cottage played a significant role in making our stay so memorable. Everything we needed was provided, and the attention to detail throughout the property was evident. I would highly recommend Liz's cottage to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in a beautiful location. We hope to return again soon!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

What a lovely, cosy cottage. It was beautifully presented with fresh flowers, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome cake, Prosecco and milk were really thoughtful touches and gratefully received. Communication from our hosts was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dog Cottage and can’t wait to visit again.

We had a lovely time at Nick and Liz’s cottage with our kids. It was a great base to explore around Norfolk. The view across the fields was really peaceful. Liz was really helpful with local recommendations for pubs and places to explore.

Just wow! The cosiest, most beautiful cottage, close by to shops and beach we didn’t need to use the car. Went on the Norfolk light express which was magical, then back to put the fire on, feeling very festive. Thankyou Fiona we will be back!

I booked Pip's place for my elderly parents whose neighbours are doing some pretty heavy building works. They needed a bit of peace and quiet. Pip's was perfect. She went out of her way to look after them and make their stay super comfortable and I am very grateful. I am also looking forward to visiting myself in the future as it looks absolutely lush 🤗 Thanks Pip 🙏

A perfect stay! Very lovely, clean cottage. Perfect to stay with a dog. Small shop opposite the house so very convenient if you forgot something and don’t want to drive to the big shop. There is also a lovely farm-shop nearby. It was very peaceful and quiet. Perfect relaxing gateway. Only 3 miles to Southwold (it took us 10 mins to get there by car). It was very comfortable, we stayed as a couple with a medium size dog. There is also some garden furniture, so you can have a lovely meal in the garden! Tom was very helpful, I got a flat tire on the way to the cottage and he recommended a garage to get it fixed, was super speedy and they were very flexible. Will definitely be back! Would highly recommend!

We (4 adults, 1 toddler) had a really lovely stay at Kate's place. we booked it looking for a long weekend of peace and sea access, and it was perfect for that. The cottage was nicely laid-out, characterful but also well-appointed, and had very comfortable sofas. the kitchen, dining table and living area were all open-plan, which wasn't obvious in the photos but suited us great. dog park across the road if you have a dog. Kate greeted us on arrival and gave us some tips about the local area, and otherwise left us to get on, with the understanding of reaching out if we needed anything. The nearest beach (Cart Gap Beach) was about half a mile walk down a small country road, where there is also a car park, Cafe and public toilets. be aware that at high tide, there's not a lot of sand at Cart Gap - possibly better to move south wards down the coast. At medium or low tide, there's tons of flat sand, perfect for beach games or making sandcastles/holes. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had never visited Norfolk before, it was a delightful place and more than met our expectations. The Stables is in an excellent location within easy reach of beaches, delightful villages and Sandringham . Thank you Maxine, your cottage was perfect.

Great cottage in Docking, really good area which was nice and quiet. Cottage had all the amenities we needed, great little welcome pack for the dogs. One of our dogs loved the bed and dog blanket provided :) Would recommend for either a couples getaway or family. We will certainly be back in the future! Thank you very much!

The cottage looked exactly like the photos and was perfect. Very nicely furnished, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom and the kitchen had all we needed. Milk and biscuits on arrival were very useful. Denise was so helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

What a unique and quirky air b'n'b. Never stayed somewhere with ruins in the grounds that I can see from the bedroom window. So nice to stay in an unusual property that had all the quirks we love, but is still warm spacious and inviting. Fiona was very welcoming, positive and on hand when you needed her.
