Comfortable, full of character and style. A very comfortable base in a great location - easily walkable to old Hastings and its amenities as well as Hastings and the shopping centre/train station. Great local recommendations and very clear instructions. A perfect base.

We stayed at Stephanie’s place between Christmas and new year. Great location for exploring the Laines and the city centre. Hosts were very responsive and very helpful when we locked ourselves out!! We’re a family of 6 and found the place to be well equipped and comfortable. Would recommend staying here and would definitely look to stay here again

A very homely yet spacious place. Bright, clean, gorgeous decor - the best pillows ever. My daughter said the bed was like silk Thanks so much for accommodating at such short notice. Easy and quick walk to the beautiful beach. Nothing negative to say. 100% all the way

We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Best place to stay in Bexhill I would say, thanks so much Gemma and Marc.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was really nice and had nice little touches. The decor and touches to the apartment were beautiful. I loved the garden and also the nook in it. Very close to the beach and also to the centre. It was nice and quiet too and very easy to relax. Host was very nice and also checked in to make sure everything was ok which I really appreciated. As a family we had a fantastic 3 days staying at the park dean complex. The accommodation was clean, warm, quiet & even had home from home bits like salt, pepper, oil & kitchen equipment which was great for us. Tina communicated & responded to messages without fail. We will be back very soon!

We had an amazing time at Claire’s place. The chalet was very cosy and extremely clean. Everything is within walking distance. The host is welcoming and really responsive. The children loved the area and all the activities that are around. We would definitely want to go there again.

We loved this caravan. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have needed for our family weekend away. The beach is just a few steps away and we enjoyed a walk to the harbour. Even spotted a seal in the sea. The site was very quiet and peaceful and is tucked right away from the main road. Jenny was a very responsive host who answered all our questions immediately. The minute we walked in it felt welcoming and homely, there were great added extras like board games which the kids loved, towels and extra bedding and blankets to curl up on the couch with. This is a prime location not only on site right next to the arcade and shops, but not where you get disturbed with noise, but also amazing location to travel to all the sight seeing opportunities in the local area. Everything was was really easy to get to and ensured we had an amazing time exploring without worrying about extra travel. Both hosts were fantastic with responding and being contactable and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great value for money place to stay in a great location! Our hostess Jo was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The view of the sea was incredible, and the house was clean and very charming with it’s different levels and details. There was also a great selection of movies and books, and the TV was perfect for relaxing. The only thing to note is that the stairs are quite steep. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I have just spent a wonderful relaxing 2 weeks at High Knap. It is a perfect spot to recharge the batteries. The house itself works brilliantly. A lovely bright sitting room with spectacular sea views, extremely comfortable bedrooms & a well appointed easy to manage kitchen where one didn’t spend hours trying to locate items! Lovely shower room too. The bedrooms have splendid views, are extremely comfortable & the entire house feels so welcoming on arrival. The location is excellent with the historic towns of Rye, Winchelsea & of course Hastings nearby plus a nature reserve to hand. I went on some bracing sunny walks along Winchelsea beach, which although a typical south east shingle one, nevertheless has charms of its own with the view of Fairlight hills & cliffs to the west and Dungeness (looking like a castle in the mist sometimes) to the east. Another plus point is that the beach is absolutely not crowded but has one delightful cafe half way towards Fairlight. Much to enjoy!

The property was modern and extremely well supplied. Kitchen amenities were exceptional and lots of space in the living area. Lots of children’s games and books to occupy them. Large dining table to sit 8 comfortably. Beautiful view of the sea from the full window in the dining area. Outside the facilities were equally as good, dining table and seating, BBQ (and all items to use the BBQ). Very quiet spot but many interesting places a short drive away. This house exuded quality items throughout. Host was very helpful and instructions and information were detailed. Certainly would go back to this property in the future.

Definitely one of our favourite Airbnbs we have stayed in. The house was stunning and spotlessly clean. The views were amazing. There are lots of lovely walks from the property. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and listening to the waves was so relaxing. There are plenty of shops and takeaways close by. It was also only a short drive into Brighton or you could walk as our teenagers decided to do one day! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and I hope to visit again in the future 😍

We loved our stay here! The apartment was beautiful and just as described. The view of the sea was very special too, as well as being able to step outside onto the sea front! Amandeep and Rebecca were very responsive and helpful. They provided a booklet with recommendations of the area and everything we needed to know about the apartment. An added bonus, if you’re a keen runner like me, Hastings parkrun was just a 5 minute walk away - 5k along the coast! We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Thanks again!

Nice house with a very well equipped kitchen (the best we've had in the Eastbourne area). Also very comfortable beds and loads of space. The layout of the house means that the dining room is one floor above the kitchen (although there is an outdoor dining table right behind the kitchen if the weather is warm and dry enough) which is a bit strange, but we mostly ate out so this wasn't a big issue for us (Thai Marina in Sovereign harbour is highly recommended as is Raipur in Pevensey Bay). If you have the windows open at night there is occasional noise from people walking past - it seems to echo a lot - but again that didn't bother us. The only other issue is that the water pressure isn't great, so despite having 3 showers in the house only one can ever be used at a time. However, the house really was very nice and is now at the top of my list for a return trip to Eastbourne (we go 2 or 3 times a year for my other half to go scuba diving)

Lovely house in a great location you can see the sea from upstairs rooms. Saw some lovely sunrises! House was clean and tidy and well stocked. The town has a local pub, Pub 31 and the Landlord was very welcoming! Theres a cafe bar/ farm shop called The Ship and a Coop. You can walk the whole way along the sea wall to Rye (5k). House was toasty warm too. Had a fab xmas break.
