Rosalind was a great host and made us feel very welcome in her home. The location was fantastic and right by the beach and an easy walk into town. The room was clean and well presented and the tea/coffee in the room was much appreciated. It is worth noting that the room has a bath and basin, but the toilet and shower are downstairs in the private bathroom. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend Rosalind as a host.

We had a lovely stay at Simon and Sharon's place. It was a well equipped and bright bungalow and wonderfully situated, right on the beach. We were very lucky with the weather although early October, and had some good walks along the beach to Pevensey Bay. A delightful mini break. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou 🙏🏼

This was a fantastic place to stay, right on the beach and the house was beautifully furnished with lovely sea views. Really comfortable and tranquil. We loved watching the sunrise over the ocean.

The crab shack is a lovely place to stay, 50 yards from the beach, peaceful and beautifully presented inside. Everything you need, great bathroom, home comforts and a very nice welcome pack, highly recommended.

Fisherman's Croft is the perfect beachside getaway, suitable for couples or a family. The accommodation is very well equipped and feels very spacious once inside, the large doors overlooking the patio and garden give you a wonderful panoramic view of the sea, with such easy access to the beach. The master bedroom has a huge, very comfortable bed and the other two bedrooms are a good size too. The bathrooms are modern, with one having an excellent walk in shower. I was accompanying my elderly parents for a weeks stay, so the level layout was great as an accessibility option, once the graduated steps up to the property had been navigated. Excellent to have a parking space outside too. Wonderfully peaceful location with everything you need for an amazing getaway!

Pip’s place is a perfect getaway!so cosy inside with stunning views.A really magical little place which my friends and I all said we would come again in a heartbeat.On arrival there was even a chocolate cake left for us!Pip was a great and friendly host.I really couldn’t fault this place and pip in any way.

Steve was a very congenial host, extremely helpful, very pleasant, understanding and when he found out I was a keen tennis player he even offered to introduce me to his local social tennis club! The property backs onto Chatsworth Park which has a whole range of facilities including two children’s parks, open spaces, nature trail and a memorial garden - walking to the park entrance at the top of the road and then walking the inside perimeter is exactly 1 mile. It’s also a lovely stretch walking up through the park to a local Tesco Express! We have really enjoyed our stay of two weeks - felt like a home, very comfortable. Also a very convenient location with a number of beauty spots within a short drive. Parking outside on the road is easy, plenty of spaces except at morning school drop off and 3pm school pick up as the property faces a Junior school - but the congestion only lasts about 10 mins., so it’s easy to avoid once you’re aware of the times! I would certainly stay here again!

We enjoyed a lovely half-term stay at Harbour Cottage. The property is very well equipped, nicely decorated, comfortable and well positioned to enjoy all the local amenities. The beds are particularly comfortable - we all slept like babies! Recommend Pomodoro e Mozzarella in the town centre - we were glad to have booked as it was really busy. Also Calamar Fish Bar on Pembury Road, about a 5 minute drive from the cottage. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This was our second visit to this property and we were made to feel even more welcome than the first time! Jane is a kind and generous host and the property is the perfect place to take in the wonders of the nearby nature reserve

Me and my two small children had a wonderful time. Sheila was so helpful and the bungalow was cosy, comfortable and spotless. I would 100 percent stay again and recommend to friends and family.

This is our 2nd visit to Casa Cromarty, it’s a great location for us to meet up with family. The property is spotless and very welcoming, and has everything you need for a perfect stay. Check in and out was flexible and easy. Eastbourne centre is just a short drive away and the children love going to The Pier. We look forward to booking again with you in the future!

This was hands down one of the best air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It was beautiful and the location was perfect. But more than that the hosts were so welcoming, the communications fantastic and they went above and beyond. They put so many lovely touches in with the house and everything was so well thought out. I couldn’t fault anything. The attention to detail was fantastic, couldn’t recommend enough!

Can’t doubt our stay really! Was cozy, quiet and clean! I brought an extra loo roll after reading you only get one which I did need! Also both mornings had no water but this was due to the pipes being frozen but this was sorted out straight away when I contacted them 😊 Would definitely come again!
