Really beautiful apartment that is lots more spacious than it seemed in photos! Huge lovely kitchen and living room space to all hang out together. And the bathtub in the middle of the big bathroom was a dream on a cold January weekend! Also found Lorna super responsive to any questions. It’s a really nice part of town, super close to a couple of really cute, quirky bars and bakeries.

2 night stay - couldn’t recommend highly enough. The location is not only beautiful but perfectly placed too. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean & somewhere you’d be proud to call home. The bed is one of the comfiest we have ever slept in & Carla was so helpful with local recommendations. We will 100% be returning.

We loved our long weekend at this very well equipped apartment on the top floor of a recently converted building right by the beach at Pett Level. It has a fantastic view of the sea from both inside and outside on the terrace. Comfortable arm chairs allow you to just watch the sea all day or sit/sunbathe on the terrace. Everything inside is new and it is tastefully decorated. Comfy beds. Amazing moon and stars at night and country walks from just across the road. There is a small cafe between the house and the sea which sells tasty treats. And a tiny church right next door. Warren was very helpful. Would recommend.

Had a fantastic time staying in this BnB. There was a big open living area/ kitchen and all facilities were clean. Host was really helpful and a great communicator before our stay. The pub downstairs is lively showing sports as well as darts and pool. Perfect BnB for larger groups wanting to stay in Brighton

Location was perfect within walking distance to everything you could need, the accommodation was perfectly clean and well presented couldn't fault it. Thank you for having us, i will be sure to return soon!

Dans place was easy to access and within a 10 minute walk of the beach and New Town. We found a lovely Italian La Cucini within 5 mins walk away well worth booking. The Old Town was around a 20 mins walk away always worth a visit. Dans place was very clean and tidy with lots of nice touches food in the freezer, milk, tea etc which we were welcome to use. What was most impressive was Dans availability when we had an issue. We were in Hastings to run a half marathon that was cancelled and Dan was not only on hand to help us with regard to alternative arrangements but extremely flexible regarding our stay. His instant responses to my text messages was well above anything I have yet to experience and I couldn’t recommend him more. It was a weekend of adventure and we will be back. Thanks Dan

I’m incredibly grateful to have found this gem, especially during a time when I had to move out of my previous rental unexpectedly. Sam & Andy were so kind and flexible, offering me a long-term stay that made all the difference. The apartment itself has been perfect - peaceful, comfortable and exactly what I needed to feel settled and take care of myself during a slightly unsettling period. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I look forward to returning soon :) Highly recommended!

Lovely stay at Paul’s Airbnb. He was in touch with us quickly after the booking was made. Clear and concise instructions on how to find the place. Easy to find street parking close to the property. Have us a good and helpful induction to the property and also made some good food recommendations! Property itself was lovely and clean and really well located!

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location right on the beach with lots of great restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The apartment itself was so clean and the way the space has been used is fantastic also lots of lovely touches to make you feel welcome including toys and a blanket for the dog. A lovely little apartment within walking distance of lot’s of a Brighton’s highlights! We felt right at home. Will is a pro-active and friendly host. The door of the building was painted while we were there and he made sure to let us know so we didn’t get any wet paint on our clothes. The free parking space is also great, although the steep entrance might scratch the bottom of your car like it did with us. But overall a great place to stay in Brighton!

Whether you’re planning a funfilled time or relaxing break away, I can honestly confirm that Siobhan’s place is the perfect place to stay. All that is advertised was found to be accurate, detailed guide provided useful information about the house and outside in the community.

If you are looking for a lovely apartment to stay in Brighton, this is the one! Firstly, the location is absolutely perfect just a few minutes walk to the sea front and has a great little pub literally a 30 second walk away called the Black Dove. Also great distance from the city centre. Christabel has such amazing communication and the flat made us all feel right at home. Extremely comfortable beds (even the sofa bed was fab), such a great place to relax and enjoy. Extremely clean and has such a cosy/homely feel. Parking is tricky in the area but Christabel recommended some places to park and we ended up in the Buzz Bingo car park which was great and in-expensive. I would 100% recommended this place for your next Brighton stay!

Beautifully decorated apartment in a ideal location. A side note, the flat smelt INCREDIBLE and was something we kept talking about. Great pub/cocktail bar on same street and easy to walk to and from beach and or town. Fantastic stay and would happily return.

A great stay in St Leonard’s with gorgeous sea views and superb local sights, supported by a very knowledgeable and kind host in Debi.

The photos do not do Debbie’s place justice. A really special, beautiful home full of unique touches and with a breathtaking view. We felt really at home here, and Debbie was super friendly and responsive. We can’t wait to go back !

We stayed for a weekend, the flat was ideally located and looked just like the photos. Lee was very responsive and helpful as well as providing recommendations with this being our first stay in Brighton. I would highly recommend.

We needed a temporary home for a month while we were in between places and Nicky’s was just the place! Well equipped, very spacious and comfortable bed - a perfect stay! Nicky helped with everything we needed and was so responsive. Was sparkling clean and we felt right at home and the outside patio is a real bonus! Would recommend

Great place, perfect for 6 of us and the location was amazing just a short walk from the beach and high street. Space was cosy, spacious and well stocked with everything we could need!
