We had a great long weekend here with all the family. The house is beautiful decorated and feels luxurious, with lots of fun details to explore. All the beds are large and very comfortable and every floor has bathrooms which was very convenient. We also loved the dining table with the lazy Susan at the centre. It's also a stone's throw from the shops, pubs etc of the old town.

This was my first time using an Airbnb, communication with the host was great, house was lovely and as described, we all had as lovely stay Parking: Sophie kindly sorted the permits out which was easy and no issue, however if you moved your car it was problematic getting the space back, so we all decided to leave cars in situ and took an Uber, which was easy, cheap and solved the issue. I would definitely recommend staying here to others but would say if you have a disabled person in party they might struggle with the steepness of the street and around the area as my husband did Overall beautifully presented home ideal for anyone wanting to explore Brighton!! Thank you for allowing us to stay ☺️

We had a wonderful long weekend at Spring farm. The house is really well-suited for a multi-generational family holiday. It's comfortable, spacious, very well-equipped and has an indoor swimming pool and a snooker table. The beds were really comfortable with lovely bed linen and it was great to have plenty of bathrooms for a large group. It is set in peaceful and lovely countryside. There is a pub in the village of Waldron within easy walking distance and another, the Blackboys, within a short drive that served a great Sunday lunch and looked after us very well. The house is in an area with plenty of great places to visit: we had fun at High Rocks (near Tunbridge Wells) and Bodiam Castle. Sophie always responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall, a great experience and we would very happily stay again.

We have stayed at Tahir's place several times now and we love it. It's both spacious and cosy. The parking situation in Brighton is grim and this house has lots of room to park in the drive. The place is clean and bright, user friendly, in a very handy location. We warmly recommend Tahir's house and hope to use it again in the future.

The cottage was beautiful, clean, well furnished, well maintained and very cosy. It's in a fabulous central location so everything was walkable. The parking spot is an absoultely God send in Rye and literally just around the corner from the cottage. We were allowed to check in much earlier than the usual 3pm as there were no guests staying the night before, so that was a real plus. When we arrived, the place was lovely and warm and Sophie had even gone to the trouble of leaving a Happy Birthday balloon for me. All in all, we had a fantastic few days and would happily recommend Sophie's cottage to anyone.

Great place to stay for our family (and dog) for a weekend trip to Tunbridge Wells. The house has been renovated really beautifully and had everything we needed for a comfortable peaceful stay. There were lots of little personal touches too which were really appreciated. There's a nice park nearby which was nice to take our dog and son too. It's hard to find somewhere when you have a one year and a dog that ticks all the boxes you need to make the trip easy and stress free - but Jen's place really did and more.

We only stayed one night but it was a lovely experience. The house is quite small but has everything you need, including a very friendly cat. Location is great - an easy walk into the centre and the beach. Andy was very helpful and made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

We loved our stay at the Crow’s Nest in Rye. It was in an amazing location just off the Main Street. If you are looking for a cosy idyllic getaway, Hannah’s place is perfect. Highly recommend!

Glenn and Anita's place was a perfect weekend getaway from London. The airbnb was right in the centre of town and very convenient to local pubs, shopping, cafes etc. The living room was perfect for our night in next to the fire on the large chesterfield sofas. Glenn and Anita's were very responsive and clear in there communications. Would highly recommend!

my son and I stayed for three nights in this lovely apartment, very quiet area and so convenient, clean and homey. Claudia was very nice to us and she let us in before the official check-in time. we felt very much at home. I slept on the opening couch at the living room and it was very convenient. since it was winter time we managed to control the heating according to our preferences. the water at the shower were warm enough to have a nice showerh. we washed our clothes in the washer easily. and we do not have even one single bad thing to say about the place.

Had the bestest serene birthday! So happy to find Jasper’s place. The accommodation is exactly what is posted online. Stunning sea views in the morning 🥰🥰🥰 Jasper is so ever helpful and responsive. We had the best quiet time just admiring all the interiors and the view of the house. I would love to gate keep this little nook we found but it deserves a spotlight. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Best place to stay in Bexhill I would say, thanks so much Gemma and Marc.

L’appartement est très bien situé en centre-ville et face à la mer. Il est extrêmement bien équipé, très propre et offre une vue incroyable sur le Pier. Il est aussi très calme. Les tickets de parking mis à disposition permettent de se stationner facilement juste à côté de l’immeuble. Une très belle expérience.

Super beautiful home! It’s so nice to view the sea indoor during winter time. This home is too cosy I don’t even wanna go out while staying here.

Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again

Camber Beach house was a beautiful place; 5 double en-suite rooms and a generous living area was just what our family wanted. The house was just as described and the kitchen was so well equipped with loads of mugs, plates, serving bowls etc. there’s nothing worse than a holiday rental that accommodates 10 people just having 10 plates and not enough chairs for guests to sit on! Jeanni’s house is the perfect place, very comfortable with everything anyone could want. Our family loved the house, the decor and especially being so close to the beach where we walked for miles and the more youthful members of our family had morning runs. We ate at The Owl just around the corner where the food and service was excellent. We were also blessed with the most perfect spring sunshine, we had a fabulous weekend and would love to stay again in the future.

We spent New Year with a group of friends at Stuart villa for the second time. We liked our last year experience so much that we did not even look for other options. It is a wonderful space, which provides enough privacy for every one and also allows to have fun in a big group. Very big and very well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms with clean, comfortable bathrooms, fireplace, private garden, total privacy except for deer and birds. Wonderful country walks (which Stuart provides with detailed descriptions) and warm local pubs. Highly recommended.

Booked 3 day getaway with kids, lots of information before arriving which made the process very easy. As soon as I walk into caravan you could see how clean it was and loads of games and dvds made available as well as netflix. I was also left a little box of milk, tea,coffee and sugar great touch. The kids loved all the activities and entertainment and I thought staff round the complex were very helpful. I had abit of a mishap with the key and Rob drove out late at night and was so friendly and helpful. Thanks so much..

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!
