We had a wonderful long weekend at Spring farm. The house is really well-suited for a multi-generational family holiday. It's comfortable, spacious, very well-equipped and has an indoor swimming pool and a snooker table. The beds were really comfortable with lovely bed linen and it was great to have plenty of bathrooms for a large group. It is set in peaceful and lovely countryside. There is a pub in the village of Waldron within easy walking distance and another, the Blackboys, within a short drive that served a great Sunday lunch and looked after us very well. The house is in an area with plenty of great places to visit: we had fun at High Rocks (near Tunbridge Wells) and Bodiam Castle. Sophie always responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall, a great experience and we would very happily stay again.

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

We booked the gorgeous coach house for a week at Christmas for 9 adults and 5 small children including 2 very new babies. Shawn was an incredible host and made everyone’s lives so much easier by providing cots and high chairs for the little ones. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed to cook up a storm, including Christmas dinner, with the facilities. With top local knowledge and great pub suggestions we were able to create a lovely itinerary with a mixture of relaxing in the very comfortable house and also getting out and about in the beautiful East Sussex countryside. On our last night we had a medical emergency and Shawn and Tom’s response to help us was quick, effective and compassionate, really taking the stress out of the situation. We would highly recommend Shawn’s Air Bnb. We only wish we could come back in summer to get some use out of the wood fired hot tub and pool! Thanks to Shawn and Tom!

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

I had an amazing time at Miles's place; Robbie, Ian and all the crew were fantastic welcoming people and really made my stay one to remember! The place was fabulous, I was so welcomed and it was a great base for me, off road parking, internet, everything was spot on!! Thank you for a lovely stay, Best Wishes, Sarah x x

Really lovely caravan. Has great homely touches and lots of luxury items. You can tell lots of thought has gone into the furnishings. As soon as we walked in from a cold windy day it was so lovely and warm with a gorgeous smell. The park dean site is a bonus if you’re with kids. On site restaurant (with soft play) and entertainment every night. It is right next to the beach as well although it’s the stoney part (sandy part is a short drive). The site also has swimming and an entertainment each night - we got guest passes for £18 per person for a 3 night stay. We had such a brilliant relaxing time away and the sun shone every day. Hoping to come back soon.

What a fantastic place to stay! We throughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. From the cottages, the staff to the pool & jacuzzi .. absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t have hoped for more. We were a large party and asked for a later check out time. Kildare was very accommodating, which was very appreciated. Thank you Kildare!

Lovely house, very peaceful neighbourhood, lots of appliances in the kitchen, Sophia is very helpful and quick to answer any question. We had a great family time there!
