Great flat, excellent location. Plenty of towelsand spare bedding. Was a perfect stay for us and our dogs, just a short walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat right on the seafront with a real suntrap of a balcony and sun front early morning almost until sunset. Easy to park directly outside with the Ringo app and only £2.20 all day on the sea side of the road (no charge 6pm til 8am) The flat itself was larger than it appeared in the pictures with lovely high ceilings and was comfortable,homely and stylish at the same time. The bed was extremely comfortable with decent linens and (grown up, tall) daughter said the sofa bed was too. Kitchen was very well equipped. The welcome letter with instructions for dishwasher, bins etc was appreciated and helpful. Peter's communication was spot on from start to finish and he was flexible on both check in and out times which we were very grateful for. I honestly can't think of a single thing I'd improve upon for a future stay and would 100% stay again and highly recommend to others, you definitely won't be disappointed!

Room was clean and cost. We had a bit of trouble finding the place at first but the hosts were super helpful and patient.

Nice flat with great views . Clean & tidy with a nice feel. Les is a lovely guy and made all very easy for us. A great choice.

Beautiful property, very well presented. Great location, a few minutes walk from the sea, beach, nature reserve. Great pub and local shop very close by. Easy to park on the street. Close by car to Rye town.

Very nice place, exactly like on the photos. Plenty of space and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Good parking.

What an amazing find Barn Croft is! Rodmell is so pretty in the early summer - and we we were able to go on so many different walks right from the front door We got an amazing welcome hamper from Ali & Tim and felt at home straight away - they also checked in on us during the stay, which was kind. This eco home feels very cosy with lots of wood and natural fibres everywhere - just like the pics. The beds were comfy, the only sound was birdsong and everything was clean and user friendly as expected. The house manual was a great help and also suggested lots of cool places to explore. Angel the cat is very sweet - she needs feeding quite a bit, but there were plenty of instructions on her likes and dislikes. We found it was best to top up her food before bedtime. All I all we had such a restful time in the corner of Sussex and would love to come here again sometime.

Enjoyed my stay at Jonny’s place. Started to feel like home. Great location! Easy access to the train, motorway. Nice spacious place, nice neighbourhood. Definitely will stay again!

Lisa was a gracious and helpful host. She answered inquiries quickly, and the house was exactly as she said it would be - lovely!

Lovely welcoming hosts and very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Would definitely return. Bus into Brighton and Hove is super convenient, basically on the doorstep.

Amazing location so accessible by train to car. Hot tub was amazing ! And place was spotless. Perfect for couples and private. 5/5 on all corners. Only caveat was that it’s very cold only 2 heaters in the whole place. And no heating turned on on the arrival. Thermostat was set to above 24 degrees but as there is only 2 small radiators it took approx 4-5 hours to get warm. Unfortunately it was very cold leaving the hotub trying to get warm again. Can imagine this isn’t a problem at all in spring or summer. Would 100% recommend and stay again !

Hayley has been an amazing host from start to finish with great communication and very helpful. Hayley’s place is a little gem! Very cosy and homely in a really convenient location.

Janet was very helpfully responsive and flexible with the time I could check-in. She was friendly and shared a lovely area of her flat which was a bright lounge area leading to a terrace that had a view of the sea and the Pavilion. I would happily stay there again when visiting Brighton. Thank you, Viv

Me and my partner had a lovely night away. Easy parking right opposite and a short walk into the town for dinner! The hot tub was lovely to relax in the evening! Josh was amazing with communication and extremely helpful with anything we needed.
