Such a peaceful and magical place, one of my favourite places to have stayed in ever and the hosts and accommodation were great.

Logement très propre et accueillant. Le logement est à 30 min du centre à pied. Une longue rue amène du centre au logement par une grosse pente en montée. Séjour très agréable chez Emily.

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und authentische Gastgeberin, die sich um die Gäste und deren Wohlergehen kümmert. Stetig erreichbar über email und Telefon. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit Wohlfühleffekt. Das habe ich von einem alten englischen Haus erwartet. Viel Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Die Umgebung ist perfekt, das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Trubel am Palace Pier und ganz viele Shops und pubs etc. fußläufig erreichbar. Ganz tolle Unterkunft für 8 Tage oder mehr. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht ins Hotel möchte.

My friends and I stayed at Alison’s place for two nights - the house was lovely, exactly as described and within walking distance to the city centre and the beach! Alison was a great host, she answered all our questions, was proactive in contacting me over the time in between when I made the booking and our stay, and was flexible about check-out times. It was really easy to check-in as well! I would highly recommend her place and her as a host!

Great place to rent for a stay in Brighton, however short it might be. The room and bathroom are great, and the kitchen is always clean and very nice to use, with the added perk of discovering an uncommon type of stove/furnace (you'll see once you're here, it's a very good surprise). Barbara herself is very welcoming, warm and always nice to talk to. As well as both her cats adding to the friendliness of the place. She's lived in Brighton for a long time and as such always has a bit of trivia or a recommendation on things to visit. All around a great place, I warmly recommend Barbara's house if you need to stay here.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche! Jon hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit! Danke nochmal! Ein Parkplatz war meistens direkt vorm Haus frei bzw. in der Straße. Zu Fuß kommt man gut an den Strand und auch die Innenstadt und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Zimmeraufteilung! Waschmaschine vorhanden! Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

A lovely home that feels lived in and loved. A 10 minute walk to the beach and a pub on the corner with a fantastic view. Friendly neighbours in a quiet well-kept area.

Would definitely be visiting Stephanie’s beachfront home again! Quiet and relaxing break away with beautiful views and very comfortable stay.

A perfect place to stay in the centre of town. Amazing hosts with great communication. Place was easy to find and truly spotless. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable modern cottage with sunny garden in old Lewes. Easy to find and within walking distance of great pubs, indie restaurants, flea markets, boho shops, market stalls and all major supermarkets. The huge bed was extremely comfortable and all linens, towels etc are top spec. Plenty of hanging and drawer storage for longer stays and the lounge diner with French doors out to the garden is great for chilling, games, movies etc. The kitchen is spotless, very well equipped and fully functioning. Thank you for the welcoming milk, biscuits, tea and coffee, the top walking tips and local recommendations. Rachel and Verna are great communicators and keep a delightful home from home. Highly recommended 🙂

Roz was kind and helpful. She told us of events in the area and provided us with helpful information. The kitchen was stocked with treats and snacks on arrival. We had eight people stay and the house accommodated us all nicely.

Truly one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in, everything was so well thought out. The house has everything you and more. The bedrooms are really cute, each having their own theme and super comfy. The host was amazing from day 1, we got a welcome pack that had everything we needed and he was there to greet us with cake and fizz as it was my birthday. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I even got a message from everyone one I came with, to say thank you to the host!!

This house had everything to ensure a comfortable stay with an extremely well equipped kitchen, all the essentials provided and a very generous welcome pack. Our teenage grandson loved the TV room and we loved the location , just minutes from the old town shops. The garage was a bonus which thankfully (just!) accommodated our Golf car. Communication with Gilly and Rachel was excellent, check in / out was easy and flexible. If only all Airbnbs could be like this -highly recommended!

Helena’s place is great - a great house with lots of room and good amenities. Steps away from Waitrose and Lewes High Street meant that this was an extremely convenient place to stay for all members of our group. Thank you!

Joanne's pretty cottage is comfortable and inviting, being well fitted out and cosy. It's in easy reach of pubs, restaurants and shops, and public transport to/from Brighton is easy. In addition to the amenities listed, there is the added convenience of a downstairs lavatory. Joanne was very helpful, responding promptly to all my enquiries. All in all, an excellent host for a great stay.

Incredible house in Hastings Old Town in a picturesque street. The property is simply stunning. Jaw-dropping views, beautifully decorated, warm and comfy beds. Peaceful, tasteful, and spacious. Excellent shower and bath! Old Town is fab. Great pubs for food, nice antique shops, indie shops, etc. Helpful and welcoming check-in from Angela. Hope to return! Thank you so much!

Nice cosy home. Basement kitchen and living area was a nice space to retreat to at the end of the day - perfect location for us, easy walk to the north lanes - fantastic Japanese/korean place to eat O’shio a few minutes walk away and couple of pubs at the end of the street. We visited in Feb so was cold and didn’t use the outdoor space - but would have made a nice spot to chill out in when warmer - Mathew was good, quick to respond with info etc - check-in etc all very nice easy. Would stay again next time we back in the uk/brighton!

Dale’s house is a beautiful home, perfect for a family break in St Leonard’s. We booked the property for a few days over NY and had a great stay. It is a fantastic house, stylishly decorated and very homely. It is kitted out with everything you could possibly need, super clear instructions and useful tips for the area. We had two families of 4, with kids aged 4-11 and it was a perfect home for us over the NY celebration. It coincided with 60mph storms but we were able to bed in and still enjoy our break. It is a great house for families with bedrooms spread over 4 floors (1 in the lower ground, 2 on 1st, 2 on 2nd) and separate lounges on the lower ground and ground floors that meant everyone had their own space. 5 minutes walk from the front, really recommend Bellavista for homemade Italian, Heist Market for some great independent and v tasty eateries and Goat Ledge for coffee and bacon baps on the beach. All round one of our favourite AirBnB stays, we will be back.

My friend and I stayed at Carl’s cottage for 6 weeks during our clinical placement. The cottage was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed for a long stay, from various kitchen equipment, to lots of clean bed sheets and bath towels. When the radiator in the bedroom stopped working, Carl was quick to assess the problem within a day and organise for a plumber to come round to fix it in a very timely manner. The beds are very comfortable and the big shower is lovely too. The cottage is in prime location to the town centre and station, within 20 mins walk, or the nearby Waitrose and local pubs which were a 3min walk away. Even in a good location, the road was very quiet and away from busy traffic and free street parking was never a struggle to find. Overall, we would definitely recommend Carl’s cottage to anyone looking to stay for either a short or long duration- thank you Carl!

Lovely modern house, very close to the marina, very spacious and had everything we needed. I struggled to get the tv working and Taryn was very quick to respond to help me. Comfy beds and bedding Wish i couldve stayed a little longer!

We had a lovely weekend in this Brighton town house. The place was exactly as pictured, lots of room, nice decor and spotless. Faye was prompt in sending over all information and checking we were settled in ok. Perfect spot to stay in Brighton, in walking distance to the centre and right near the sea front.
