An amazing stay in Brighton! The room is just lovely and the property is located in a very quiet area. Janet is a super friendly host and, although we didn’t meet, she called ahead to say that an early check in would be fine as she was going away for the weekend. This worked perfectly for my travel schedule and I was very appreciative of the proactive communication. Can’t recommend Janet and the Silveroom highly enough!

Camber Beach house was a beautiful place; 5 double en-suite rooms and a generous living area was just what our family wanted. The house was just as described and the kitchen was so well equipped with loads of mugs, plates, serving bowls etc. there’s nothing worse than a holiday rental that accommodates 10 people just having 10 plates and not enough chairs for guests to sit on! Jeanni’s house is the perfect place, very comfortable with everything anyone could want. Our family loved the house, the decor and especially being so close to the beach where we walked for miles and the more youthful members of our family had morning runs. We ate at The Owl just around the corner where the food and service was excellent. We were also blessed with the most perfect spring sunshine, we had a fabulous weekend and would love to stay again in the future.

We spent New Year with a group of friends at Stuart villa for the second time. We liked our last year experience so much that we did not even look for other options. It is a wonderful space, which provides enough privacy for every one and also allows to have fun in a big group. Very big and very well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms with clean, comfortable bathrooms, fireplace, private garden, total privacy except for deer and birds. Wonderful country walks (which Stuart provides with detailed descriptions) and warm local pubs. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!

The location was fantastic and we even managed to squeeze our car in the space. The house was spotless and having two bathrooms was a godsend. Finally a really big thank you. The journey took 7 hours not 4. We missed dinner and our 1 year old was starving. Thank you so much for the butter and eggs, scrambled eggs on toast was just the ticket for him after being in the car for such a long time.

Beautiful house inside straight onto the beach over looking the sea. As we ate in every night clearer instructions on how to use the oven and under floor heating would be helpful, but this didn’t cause too much of an issue. Not Sonia’s fault or she could do anything about it but four heavy duty caterpillar quarry Lorrie’s transporting shingle from one end of the beach to the other which started at 0715 until 1700 which apparently was being done to create a wetland area, hopefully completed before summer when doors and windows will be open Instructions are fine but in the dark it was a little difficult to find the road to the property but Sonia couldn’t have explained it any better than she did. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism, as we all had an amazing stay celebrating a birthday and we would certainly return again it is one of the best beach houses in the area

Beautiful property on a quite beach. At low tide patches of sand appear for kids to play with. They had a great time. Very responsive host with all queries.
