We really enjoyed staying at this house so close to the river, with a lovely outdoor space to take in the beautiful scenery and air. The house is the best appointed house we have ever rented, and that made everything so easy for us. Kathy was so nice to reach out to make sure everything was well suited for us, and offered lots of suggestions for close places to visit for fun and food. We would definitely recommended staying here!

We had a fantastic stay, everyone loved the place and the roominess. The pool & sauna were superb, and the home was extremely clean. Plenty of linens and toiletries provided as well, which is super important when you have a big & full house! The view is spectacular and everyone said the beds were comfortable as well (even the bunks!). We would 1000% stay again!

This was a special weekend away for my birthday. My husband, 2 grown children & their spouses along with 4 of our grandkids were present. The house was plenty large enough & allowed everyone to sleep comfortably without using couches or pull outs! The large OPEN kitchen was well stocked and provided plenty of space for 3 Momma’s to cook and prepare snacks like synchronized swimmers! Babies were bellied up to the breakfast bar doing art projects & eating snacks all weekend! The large dining area was much appreciated!! We all were able to eat meals together & enjoy family game nights in total comfort! In short, this was a very family friendly COMFORTABLE home & we were lacking for nothing! The hot tub was a nice place to unwind at night, as well! Side note… SUPER COOL Viking stove for those culinary nerds like myself!

We were visiting Leavenworth for a day and found Nikki's place as a great place to stay after our day trip! Everything you need is at home exactly according to the information shared as per the listing. Would definitely recommend for those visiting the area!

Spacious, warm and inviting! This home is absolutely fabulous for a large family gathering. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and special extra touches throughout. We really enjoyed the newer larger hot tub, the pack man game and the spacious kitchen. Thank you for great communication and a great stay!

This home was perfect for 3 families on a ski trip. The location was great (30 min from Mission Ridge), beautiful views, spacious interior with multiple hang out spaces. After a long day of skiing it was nice to hot tub, make dinner in the large kitchen and play a round of pool or cards before cozying up to watch a movie.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning scenery and how thoughtfully everything was designed to accommodate everyone in our group. The place was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the deck with breathtaking views or cozying up by the fireplace in the evening, every moment felt magical. The property offers the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and modern comfort. The attention to detail in every corner of the cabin truly sets this place apart. We can’t recommend it enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Some things we've loved; very clean home, dog friendly, kids' area and bunks downstairs, hot tub, stocked with all the needed houseware essentials, grocery store nearby, close to skiing (around 30 mins drive), feels very safe

Our stay at Prospector Perch was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the home’s warmth, elegance, and attention to detail. The spacious layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of cozy spots to gather—whether by the fireplace, around the dining table, or out on the deck soaking in the hot tub under a sky full of stars. The kitchen was a dream, fully stocked with everything we needed to cook big family meals. Each bedroom felt like a private retreat, with comfortable beds and serene views that made for restful nights. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the winery and a quick drive to golf, hiking trails, and all the fun Suncadia has to offer. One of our favorite parts? The sledding hill right outside! The kids had an absolute blast, and the adults loved watching with a cup of coffee in hand. This home felt like a true escape, blending luxury with mountain charm. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for families & friends!

This place is AWESOME. Exactly as described plus so much more. Beautiful views no matter where you look. The house is loaded with everything needed to fully relax. Very clean & with tons of amenities. We cooked & used the kitchen a lot. Very comfy beds. The heated floors were a sweet bonus with the cold weather! Both the indoor & outdoor fire pits were great & easy to use. For people bringing dogs, this is a great place! Concrete floors for ease of any clean up, lots of room, nearby walking trails, etc. The only thing is I’m sure when it’s more busy in the summer, there is not as much privacy if that is what you prefer! Other houses are right next to you & backyard spaces aren’t private. There is wine tasting & restaurants within almost walking distance, which we loved. And then obviously The Gorge only a short shuttle ride away. Such a cool place & the hosts were great if you had any questions. Will definitely be back! We loved it!

This place was perfect for 12 of us moms for the weekend! Such beautiful bedrooms and the game room and hot tub were such an amazing bonus! Stunning home! Would love to come back again!

Such a cute little place. We loved it and it was so nice to be so close to the concert! Bed was super comfy and so many extra little features!

Super convenient house for a ski week at mission ridge (28 min drive). Spacious house with a comfortable layout for our group of 8. Sauna was welcome after a cold day on the hill.

We loved this place. So clean, all decorated for Christmas, hot tub, ping pong table, Lots of space, open kitchen, owners very help and informative, awesome location, they had everything we needed and more. Would completely recommend this place. Above and beyond our expectations.

First time in Leavenworth! The home had everything we needed from ample towels, blankets, linens etc. We came with 2 families and the layout worked out well for us. Greg’s place was about 5 min drive from town and very easy to get to. The surroundings of the house were lovely with beautiful views of the mountains and quick access to the river. Felt like my grandma’s place ;)

We enjoyed our stay at Rick's place and had to book last minute due to a power outage at home. The place was cozy and perfect for our group of 2 kiddos and 5 adults along with 2 well behaved dogs. The home had lots of great activities and plenty of items for entertaining if we wanted to stay in and close to other places to explore if we wanted to go out.

Perfect stay—clean, comfy, and in a peaceful location. The hot tub was the cherry on top! Would definitely come back.

The initial stay (work trip) was about two weeks followed by another 3 week's stay. I raved about it so much that my company decided it's where everyone will stay for the next 3 months or so. When I reached out, he reached right back (even when I asked questions that were clearly explained in the info page). I think the value was exceptional and the location is great. Peaceful and scenic.

Wonderful place and very comfortable which was a huge plus given the rain episodes. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked all our meals there easily. Our host was very generous with supplies. We hope to be back.

Spacious home with nice large private rear deck

This was a great place to stay, and having multiple living areas to utilize was fantastic with kids in tow. They loved the movie room. Instructions both online and inside the house were very clear and helpful. Lindsay provided a quick and helpful response when I messaged with a question. Loved the close up photo of the coffee set-up in the kitchen; I usually have to zoom in on kitchen photos to figure out what type of coffee maker there is so I know what to bring with us! I would very happily stay here again in the future.

Steven was a wonderful host! The place was very clean and organized and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was another great amenity! Steven was so quick to respond and help us out with anything we needed!

We have stayed at Bill's property several times now and are never disappointed. Great location, close to Mission Ridge, with spacious layout and amenities to enjoy after skiing. In addition, Bill is a fantastic host, very responsive and provides very thorough instructions to make check-in and check-out easy. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
