Sara is a fantastic host. We are staying again and I would recommend Sara and her accommodations to anyone looking for a friendly, clean and well kept place to stay with all the amenities you could ask for.

This is one of the best places we've stayed! The apartment is clean, modern and has everything you need. The view was amazing and the balcony was a real sun spot, perfect for sunbathing! One thing I'd suggest is updating the mattress as you could feel a few springs, otherwise this place is hard to beat!

We enjoyed our stay at the Nab House very much. It’s spacious and comfortable. Ample supply of dish-ware, glasses and cutlery should you have a larger group. Plenty of blankets and bedding. One of the bathrooms is quite large with a big bathtub that my wife enjoyed. My daughter found a fun board game. There were two tower fans you can take to whichever room. I can’t sleep without a fan blowing on me so this vas very helpful. Location is wonderful. Enjoyed the walks. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in this property. Communication was swift and our family enjoyed nights in cooking and drinking in the large kitchen/dining area. Location wise, it's also brilliant as Hambledon must be one of the nicest spots in the south downs.

Woodlands is absolutely outstanding!! Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The house is STUNNING. Beautifully furnished, 6 gorgeous big double rooms, incredible kitchen living space with every gadget/crockery/cutlery you could need. They had left some super thoughtful welcome gifts and there’s loads of herbs and spices which makes the world of difference if you’re cooking every day like we did. Everything is state of the art and top quality from the heating system to the spacious bathrooms. And there’s an abundance of everything - toiletries, towels, bath mats, hair dryers. There’s a lovely garden with a summer house with a football table which the kids loved. Annie and her lovely father were welcoming and responsive. The area is stunning, right by the beach with a wonderful restaurant on the doorstep. We honestly couldn’t fault it. We will be back!! Thank you Annie!

Wir waren mit sieben Personen in der Unterkunft und hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Aufenthalt bei Dawn war angenehm. Das Haus ist schön und in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Dawn war für Rückfragen stets erreichbar. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

The perfect spot to relax and unwind. Hilda Cottage is beautifully styled and furnished, with everything you can possibly need and more! Squeaky clean, comfy beds, a secluded garden and plenty of seats for a party of six. Perfectly located just a hop and a skip to the sea, and the coastal path. Down the road from a very well stocked Co-Op and a fabulous pub. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the Crab and Lobster, and frequented the bar on numerous occasions, it’s so close!!! The Harbour View made for a very pleasant coffee stop too! The amazing weather truly was the cherry on top. This home was perfect for our stay. It was really near to the beautiful West Wittering beach and there are loads of lovely places to eat out. There were lots of thoughtful touches - particularly liked the soft light on the landing for night-time trips to the bathroom, the plentiful supply of tea, coffee and biscuits, toiletries (smelt divine) and the games provided. The shower was one of the best I've ever come across and so easy to operate. The kitchen is superb and love the adjoining conservatory. The house is immaculate, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The host was welcoming, but not intrusive. It was a very peaceful spot and we enjoyed watching the wildlife in the paddock.

Fab seaside location, walking distance to the high street/ pier. House was stunning very clean. The hot tub was a beautiful addition. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely stunning accommodation, immaculate, great attention to detail, we had everything we needed, everything was perfect and Natalie was a lovely and very helpful host. Lovely bed linen, tastefully decorated, great to be able to walk to the river, play tennis, table tennis and all the other games in the Games Barn. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful place with views of the beach, all felt very new and clean. Right next to a lively pub only thing was slightly overwhelming check out rules (hard to have done the dishwasher and emptied it all by 10am before checking out, and expecting guests who’ve paid £500+ to strip all the beds and put all bedding and towels in a laundry bag felt a bit OTT).

The apartment is in the center of the village which is where you want to be. Walk to pubs, tea rooms, restaurants and stores in less than 2 min. The apartment has a lockbox with keys to the front door of the building and the front door of the apartment. There is a very slow lift that takes you directly into the apartment, or you can walk up two flights of stairs to the front door to the flat and then walk up two more flights to the main living area. We used the lift for our suitcases, but otherwise always took the stairs. The lift requires a code and the simultaneous pushing of buttons, but it's handy for heavy bags or if you've got mobility issues. So nice to have two bathrooms, though there are some quirky things about both. Due to the ceiling heights, the master bath doesn't have a shower, and there isn't a mirror. There's a small mirror on the bedroom dresser. The second bedroom has really low to the ground twin beds. They'd be lovely for little kids but were awkward for us.

Very comfortable stay, close to restaurants , and attractions . Easy to stroll along the beach to Brighton and bus was only two stops away . We were visiting friends and my daughter goes to university here and we really had everything on our doorstep . Fiona was very responsive and we even had a lovely bowl and bed and some toys for our little cavapoo (I think she had the best two days of her life here !! 🤣) Was handy to have parking for one car too . Highly recommend location .

The loft is a bright, spacious place if you are looking to stay just outside of London. Since it sits between two streets, be aware of general traffic noises, but otherwise it was a great home base for London, Windsor, etc! And the pub right across the street (The Black Swan) is amaaaazing!

Rosalind, our host, has been most helpful and attentive to our every need. The flat was very clean and warm. We would definitely return and recommend it.
