The house was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It was extremely well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The beautiful beach was within easy walking distance and there were lots of local pubs and takeaways.

We booked this at short notice and it was perfect for what we were looking for, after a very busy and stressful period we just wanted somewhere to chill and relax for a few nights. The yurt itself is well furnished and very comfortable with lots of attention to detail. There’s a decked area that leads to a bathroom and well equipped kitchen. A personal note from Camilla with a pack of biscuits and eggs was much appreciated as was the coffee, tea and milk that was in the kitchen. The weather whilst we stayed varied a lot but the yurt stayed warm and we didn’t find the need to use the log burner. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Ganders Cottage, with two young children. The cottage was spotlessly clean, pleasant to stay in and we put the patio to good use by having breakfast there every day. We even spotted a pheasant from the garden. The kids enjoyed the cottage and it was very family friendly. We only regret not taking the time to explore the farm and walk the area. The cottage was ideally situated to explore the Jurassic Coast, and we had many lovely outings to the nearby beaches. Charlotte and Robin were great hosts, attentive yet unintrusive, kind and thoughtful. They gave us good tips before and during the stay.

What can we say another wonderful stay and we will be back again this year! It’s home from home and so cosy and it’s just immaculate. So easy to get on the A30 and very central to get to places. It’s beautifully quiet and we just enjoy going back of an evening and being able to cook and relax in a cosy atmosphere. Do not hesitate to book it will be well worth it. Really spacious, warm and comfortable with fantastic views - convenient for the ferry, the shop and the pub and well placed for walks Beds were comfortable and the interior was stylish and pleasing - bigger than expected from the pictures and as good as any place we’ve rented in Polruan previously Beds just inside the entrance perhaps would make it less appealing to 6 adults but was fine for us as we were a smaller party and used the 2 other sizeable bedrooms William was a very good communicator and sorted an electrical problem we had very promptly (we didn’t notice where the fuse box was) Would definitely stay again!

We visited the place over New Year's period. It is very quite place. The house is amazing and very clean. In great location to go sightseeing. We managed to use the pool which very clean. Highly recommend the place.

It was my son and his family who stayed in the cottage between Christmas and New Year as it was very close to our home. (I booked it on their behalf.) They loved their stay there, found it extremely comfortable and that it had everything they needed and much more. They would be very happy to stay there again. Obviously because of the time of year and with the rest of our family nearby they didn't need to explore the area on this occasion. Nadia could not have been more helpful to me and them, thank you!
